Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a work table with a handrail used for construction work sites, interior / exterior work such as ceilings and wall surfaces of buildings, and high work such as electrical wiring work.
[0002]
[Prior art]
A platform with handrails has a ladder frame formed by attaching a plurality of steps at appropriate intervals between a pair of strut legs with handrail struts extended on the top, and the top ends of the ladder frames are opposed to each other with the pair of ladder frames facing each other. It is pivotally mounted, and the tread board unit is folded between the ladder frames at the upper position of the column legs so as to be foldable, and protrudes substantially horizontally toward the outside of the pair of ladder frames at the upper part of the handrail column. There is a handrail frame that is foldable.
[0003]
For example, as shown in FIG. 10 previously proposed by the applicant as Japanese Patent Application No. 2001-262729, a pair of ladder frames 3, a step board unit 6 foldably laid between the ladder frames 3, and a pair of ladder frames 3 are provided. A handrail-equipped work table 5 is constituted by handrail frames 8 and 9 that are foldably attached to the upper portion of the ladder frame 1.
[0004]
The ladder frame 3 spans a plurality of (seven in the illustrated example) traversing bridges 2 at appropriate intervals (in the illustrated example, approximately 300 mm in the height direction) between the pair of support legs 1 and 1. The handrail support 4 is extended upward from the upper end of the support leg 1, and both the support leg 1 and the handrail support 4 are made of, for example, an aluminum alloy and formed in a U-shaped cross section.
[0005]
The support leg 1 is divided into an upper main leg 1a and a lower main leg 1b, and a lower end of the upper main leg 1a and an upper end of the lower main leg 1b are rotatably connected by a connecting bracket 10, and the lower main leg 1b is connected to the upper main leg 1b. The legs 1a are combined so as to be rotatable upward.
[0006]
Then, the length of the traverse 2 is set to be shorter as the lower main leg 1b becomes the upper one, and is formed so that the interval between the support legs 1 and 1 becomes narrower as it goes upward.
[0007]
The tread board unit 6 is rotatably mounted between the opposing support legs 1 and 1 at the upper end of the support legs 1. The tread board unit 6 includes a flat tread board 6a and a stay 6b that supports the tread board 6a from below. The stay 6b is pivotally attached at one end to a substantially central position below the tread board 6a. The other end is pivotally attached to the upper end of the support leg 1 or the lower end of the handrail support 4 or the boundary between the support leg 1 and the handrail support 4 with a mounting bracket.
[0008]
The tread board 6a is pivotally pivoted at the end where the stay 6b is not overlapped to the upper end of the support leg 1 or the lower end of the handrail support 4 or the boundary between the support leg 1 and the handrail support 4 with a mounting bracket. To wear.
[0009]
The upper end portions of the handrail support columns 4 and 4 are brought into contact with each other, and are coupled by a rectangular rotating metal fitting 11 so as to be rotatable. In the figure, reference numeral 14 denotes an extension leg attached to the lower part of the support leg 1 so as to be freely extendable.
[0010]
The handrail frames 8 and 9 attached to the handrail strut 4 at the top of the ladder frame 3 are a stay 13 whose base end is pivotably mounted in the middle of the handrail strut 4 and a pivot 13 at the tip of the stay 13. The combined opening end portion is composed of a handrail frame main body 12 that is detachably locked to the upper end of the handrail support column 4, and an aluminum alloy or the like is used, and the handrail frame main body 12 is formed in a cylindrical hollow mold. Formed.
[0011]
11 and 12 show the storage state in which the handrail-equipped worktable 5 is folded, and in this state, the lower main leg 1b is folded upward via the connecting bracket 10 and overlaps with the upper main leg 1a and the handrail support column 4. ing. Further, the tread unit 6 has a stay 6b and a tread plate 6a that are connected to each other so that the stay 6b and the tread plate 6a are moved upwards with respect to the pivoted portion of the ladder frame 3, respectively. It rotates and is folded between the opposing ladder frames 3 in parallel therewith.
[0012]
In order to use the handrail-equipped worktable 5, the lower main leg 1 b is connected to the connecting bracket 10 in order to carry the handrail-equipped worktable 5 into the use site in a state where the worktable with handrail 5 is folded flat and short. The pair of ladder frames 3 and 3 are opened in a square shape with the upper rotating metal fitting 11 as an axis. In this state, in the tread unit 6, the tread plate 6a and the stay 6b are in a horizontal state in conjunction with the open leg of the handrail-equipped work table 5.
[0013]
As for the handrail frames 8 and 9, the stay 13 and the handrail frame main body 12 are folded in parallel and stored inside the handrail support column 4, and then the handrail frame main body 12 is pulled up to the horizontal position while standing on the step board 6a. Set between the front and back of the handrail column 4. And it works on the tread 6a in the space enclosed by the handrail support | pillar 4 and the handrail frames 8 and 9. FIG.
[0014]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
When working while standing on the tread 6a, the tread 6a is a flat plate and has a flat upper surface as described above. Therefore, tools, materials, etc. that have been accidentally dropped on the tread 6a from the hand during the work are directly removed from the tread 6a. There is a risk of falling down or dropping the tool or material temporarily placed on the tread board 6a with a foot or the like. In such a case, another worker below the workbench It is dangerous because it may cause injury.
[0015]
In addition, the side of the tread 6a, that is, the side where the handrail frames 8 and 9 are not attached, has the handrail support column 4 in a triangular shape, so that the operator cannot easily fall from the handrail support column 4 from this side. However, if the foot is slid on the tread 6a, the body slides into the narrow triangular gap formed by the handrail support column 4, and the handrail-equipped work table 5 itself may fall over due to the momentum. And dangerous.
[0016]
The object of the present invention is to eliminate the inconveniences of the conventional examples, prevent tools and materials from slipping and falling from the tread, and the operator can put his feet on the tread on the side where the handrail frame is not attached. Even if it is slid, the body can be prevented from slipping into the narrow triangular gap formed by the handrail struts, and the safety of the handrail-equipped work table itself can be prevented from falling and the safety can be improved. An object of the present invention is to provide a handrail-equipped workbench that does not hinder the folding of the workbench with a handrail and that is not particularly unusable.
[0017]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, according to the present invention, first, a ladder frame is formed by attaching a plurality of step bars at appropriate intervals between a pair of column legs each having a handrail column extending thereon, and a pair of the ladder frames is formed. Opposite and pivot on top of each other so that they can be pivoted to each other, and the treadle unit is foldable between the ladder frames at the upper position of the column legs, and the upper part of the handrail column is directed outward of each of the pair of ladder frames. In a workbench with handrails that foldably attaches a handrail frame that protrudes in a substantially horizontal direction, the gist is to place a baseboard on the side edge of the treadle and fix the end of the baseboard to the support leg. is there.
[0018]
Secondly, the skirting board is formed of a plate-like member, the lower end of the plate-like member is pivotally attached to the upper end of the side part of the tread, a locking member is attached to the end of the plate-like member, and The gist is to attach a latch receiving member to the inside, and detachably latch the latch member to the latch receiving member to fix the plate-like member to the support leg.
[0019]
Thirdly, the skirting board is formed of a flexible member having elasticity, and the gist is that both ends are fixed to the support legs.
[0020]
Fourthly, the gist of the skirting board is positioned between a pair of opposing ladder frames and fixed to the support legs.
[0021]
According to the first aspect of the present invention, since the skirting board is provided on the side edge of the tread board by providing the skirting board on the side edge of the tread board, the skirting board is formed even if the upper surface of the tread board is flat. This prevents the tool or material from dropping from the tread. Also, even if the operator slides his / her foot on the tread board, it will not be dropped as it is blocked by the skirting board.
[0022]
In addition, because the end of the skirting board is fixed to the support leg, the tread board of the tread board unit that is foldable can be lifted by the base board even if it tries to lift up due to external forces such as the force generated when the treadle is raised or lowered. Can be prevented.
[0023]
According to the second aspect of the present invention, in addition to the above-described operation, if the support base is opened in a C shape and the treadle is set horizontally, the skirting board is pivoted upward about the pivoting portion. Stand up on the side of the tread. If the locking member attached to the skirting board is locked to the locking receiving member attached to the support leg in this state, the end of the skirting board is fixed to the support leg, and the skirting board is locked in place. It will never fall. Further, the fixing of the skirting board to the support leg prevents the tread board from being lifted through the skirting board.
[0024]
When folding the treadle, release the latching between the locking member and the latch receiving member, rotate the skirting board toward the treadle around the pivot point, and fold it on the treadle so that it folds on the treadle. It is.
[0025]
According to the third aspect of the present invention, since the skirting board is formed of a flexible member having elasticity, when folding the workbench with a handrail, if the workbench is folded, the space between the footboard and the support leg is folded. It is folded in a crumpled state as it is. When the support leg of the workbench with handrail is opened in the shape of a letter when in use, the skirting board is fixed to the support leg at both ends. Get up automatically. In this state, since the baseboard has elasticity, it is stretched around the side of the tread.
[0026]
According to the fourth aspect of the present invention, in addition to the above-described function, the baseboard is disposed only between the pair of opposing ladder frames, so that there is no handrail frame and the baseboard is easy to fall from the tread. Therefore, the safety of workers can be ensured. In addition, since there is no skirting board on the side of the side where the treadle is provided, the skirting board does not get in the way when moving from the treadle to the treadle.
[0027]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. 1 is an overall perspective view showing an embodiment of a workbench with a handrail according to the present invention, FIG. 2 is a side view of the same main part, FIG. 3 is a front view of the same, FIG. 4 is a front view of the same main part, FIG. Is a cross-sectional plan view of the main part, and the basic structure of the handrail-equipped workbench is basically the same as the conventional example shown in FIGS. 10 to 12, and the same reference numerals are used for the same components as in the conventional example Is attached.
[0028]
The workbench with handrail 5 of the present invention also includes a pair of ladder frames 3, a step board unit 6 that is foldably foldable between the ladder frames 3, and a handrail frame that is foldably attached to the top of the pair of ladder frames 3. 8 and 9.
[0029]
The ladder frame 3 spans a plurality of (seven in the illustrated example) traversing bridges 2 at appropriate intervals (in the illustrated example, approximately 300 mm in the height direction) between the pair of support legs 1 and 1. The handrail support 4 is extended upward from the upper end of the support leg 1, and both the support leg 1 and the handrail support 4 are made of, for example, an aluminum alloy and formed in a U-shaped cross section.
[0030]
In this embodiment, the support leg 1 is divided into an upper main leg 1a and a lower main leg 1b, and a lower end of the upper main leg 1a and an upper end of the lower main leg 1b are connected to each other by a connecting bracket 10 so as to be rotatable. 1b was combined so as to be rotatable upward with respect to the upper main leg 1a.
[0031]
Then, the length of the traverse 2 is set to be shorter as the lower main leg 1b becomes the upper one, and is formed so that the interval between the support legs 1 and 1 becomes narrower as it goes upward.
[0032]
The tread board unit 6 is rotatably mounted between the supporting column legs 1 and 1 so as to be positioned at the upper end portion of the column legs 1. The tread board unit 6 includes a tread board 6a and a stay 6b that supports the tread board 6a from below, and the stay 6b is pivotally attached at one end to a substantially central position below the tread board 6a, and the other end. The upper end of the support leg 1 or the lower end of the handrail support 4 or the boundary between the support leg 1 and the handrail support 4 is pivotally attached by a mounting bracket.
[0033]
The tread board 6a is pivotally pivoted at the end where the stay 6b is not overlapped to the upper end of the support leg 1 or the lower end of the handrail support 4 or the boundary between the support leg 1 and the handrail support 4 with a mounting bracket. To wear.
[0034]
The upper end portions of the handrail support columns 4 and 4 are brought into contact with each other, and are coupled by a rectangular rotating metal fitting 11 so as to be rotatable. In the figure, reference numeral 14 denotes an extension leg attached to the lower part of the support leg 1 so as to be freely extendable.
[0035]
The handrail frames 8 and 9 attached to the handrail strut 4 at the top of the ladder frame 3 are a stay 13 whose base end is pivotably mounted in the middle of the handrail strut 4 and a pivot 13 at the tip of the stay 13. The combined opening end portion is composed of a handrail frame main body 12 that is detachably locked to the upper end of the handrail support column 4, and an aluminum alloy or the like is used, and the handrail frame main body 12 is formed in a cylindrical hollow mold. Formed.
[0036]
In the handrail-equipped worktable 5 having such a configuration, the baseboard 15 is attached to the side edge of the tread 6a. 2 to 7 show the first embodiment, which is formed of a horizontally elongated plate-like member using, for example, aluminum, aluminum alloy, iron, stainless steel, synthetic resin, wood, or the like having rigidity. The part was pivotally attached to the upper edge of the side part of the tread 6a with a mounting bracket 16 such as a hinge.
[0037]
As shown in FIGS. 2, 4 and 5, the skirting board 15 is formed in a substantially U-shaped side, and the lower inclined portion 15a and the upper vertical portion 15b are formed to have the same width as the tread 6a. A horizontal portion 15c that is bent horizontally toward the outside from the tip is formed, and the horizontal portion 15c is formed to be shorter by the width of the support leg 1 so as not to hit the support leg 1.
[0038]
As shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, a roller 17 is provided on the outside of the vertical portion 15 b of the skirting board 15 as a locking member with the support leg 1. On the other hand, a roller catch 18 to which the roller 17 is engaged is attached as an engagement receiving member inside the columnar leg 1 having a U-shaped cross section. The roller catch 18 is composed of a pair of openable and closable rollers urged in the opposite direction. The fixing member by the roller 17 and the roller catch 18 can be attached to both ends of the skirting board 15, but can be locked even if attached to only one end as shown.
[0039]
Next, the usage will be described. FIG. 11 and FIG. 12 show the storage state in which the handrail-equipped work table 5 is folded. In this state, the lower main leg 1b is folded upward via the connecting bracket 10 and overlaps with the upper main leg 1a and the handrail support column 4.
[0040]
As shown by the chain line in FIG. 4, the skirting board 15 is folded in a state where the whole is superimposed on the tread 6a with the mounting bracket 16 as an axis. In this state, since the roller catch 18 is disposed inside the columnar leg 1 having a U-shaped cross section, the roller catch 18 does not protrude outward, does not collide with other objects, and does not interfere with folding. .
[0041]
As for the handrail frames 8 and 9, the stay 13 is rotated downward about the pivot shaft attachment portion with the handrail support column 4, thereby rotating the handrail frame body 12 rotatably connected to the stay 13 downward. Move. Thereby, the stay 13 and the handrail frame main body 12 are stored inside the handrail support column 4 in a state of being folded in parallel. In this state, the tread board 6a fits inside the handrail frames 8 and 9.
[0042]
In order to carry and use the handrail-equipped worktable 5 in the use site with the flat and short folded state as described above, the lower main leg 1b is rotated downward via the connecting bracket 10 and the upper main leg. As a single state, 1a, the pair of ladder frames 3, 3 are opened in a square shape around the upper rotating metal fitting 11 as an axis. In this state, in the tread unit 6, the tread plate 6a and the stay 6b are in a horizontal state in conjunction with the open leg of the handrail-equipped work table 5.
[0043]
In this state, the skirting board 15 is folded on the tread board 6a and is in a horizontal state. In order to stand the skirting board 15 perpendicularly to the side of the tread 6a, the pedestal 2 is raised, the skirting board 15 is erected with the location of the mounting bracket 16 as a central axis, and the roller catch 18 is composed of a pair of rollers. And the skirting board 15 is fixed to the support leg 1.
[0044]
In order to set the handrail frames 8 and 9 horizontally, the handrail frame main body 12 that is suspended downward is pulled up while standing on the tread board 6a with the stepped-up rail 2 raised. As a result, the stay 13 pivots around the pivot shaft attachment portion with the handrail support column 4 and the stay 13 is pulled up while pivoting upward, so that the stay 13 and the handrail frame main body 12 are pivotally attached. When the portion is pulled up to a position substantially horizontal with the upper end of the handrail post 4, the handrail frame body 12 is locked to the handrail post 4.
[0045]
Since both handrail frames 8 and 9 are opened on both sides of the handrail support column 4 by the same operation, the work is performed on the tread 6a in this state. During operation, the skirting board 15 stands on the side of the tread board 6a, so even if the top surface of the tread board 6a is flat, it is blocked by the skirting board 15 to prevent tools, materials, etc. from falling on the tread board 6a. it can. Further, even if the operator slides his / her foot on the tread 6a, it will not be blocked by the skirting board 15 and fall as it is from the narrow triangular gap formed laterally by the support leg 2.
[0046]
Further, since both ends of the skirting board 15 are fixed to the support leg 1, even if the tread board 6a of the tread board unit 6 foldably folds up is lifted by an external force such as a force generated when the tread bar 2 is raised or lowered, etc. The skirting board 15 can prevent the lifting.
[0047]
FIGS. 8 and 9 show a second embodiment of the skirting board 15. The base material of the skirting board 15 is made of a flexible member having elasticity, for example, soft rubber, soft synthetic resin, etc., and both ends thereof are strut legs. 1 was fixed with a bolt, a rivet, an adhesive or the like, and the lower end of the skirting board 15 was brought into contact with the tread 6a.
[0048]
The bottom edge of the skirting board 15 may be brought into contact with the tread 6a as it is, but since the tread 6a is rotatable with respect to the support leg 1, there is a little gap between the tread 6a and the support leg 1. In order to cope with the occurrence and prevent the tool or the like from dropping from this gap, as shown in FIG. 9, the lower end portion of the skirting board 15 is bent at right angles to the direction of the tread 6a so that the end portion rests on the tread 6a. It may be.
[0049]
In the state where the tread 6a is unfolded, the left and right ends of the skirting board 15 are fixed to the support leg 1 with bolts or the like, so that the base board 15 is stretched by being pulled in a horizontal direction. It is good to have it.
[0050]
When folding the workbench with handrail 5, the skirting board 15 of the second embodiment is crumpled as it is in the space between the tread board 6 a and the column base 1 by pulling the opposite ladder frame 3 and folding the tread board 6 a. It is folded in the state. When the support leg 1 of the workbench with handrail 5 is opened in the shape of a letter when in use, the skirting board 15 is fixed to the support leg 1 at both ends. , Automatically rises to the side of the tread board 6a. In this state, since the baseboard 15 has elasticity, it is stretched around the side of the tread board 6a.
[0051]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, the handrail-equipped workbench according to the present invention prevents tools and materials from slipping and falling from the tread, and the operator can put his feet on the tread on the side where the handrail frame is not attached. Even if it is slid, it prevents the body from sliding into the narrow triangular gap formed by the handrail struts, and prevents the handrail-equipped work table itself from falling over following the fall of the worker. Safety can be improved, and for that reason, there is no trouble in folding the handrail-equipped workbench, and the usability is not particularly deteriorated.
