Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a built-in cooker that is used by being incorporated in a countertop such as a system kitchen.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, for example, when a cooking device such as an induction heating cooking device is incorporated as a built-in cooking device in a countertop of a system kitchen, the mounting configuration is as shown in FIG.
In FIG. 8, the induction heating cooker 1 includes a cooker body 2 and a top plate 3, and an induction heating coil, a circuit board, etc. are provided in the cooker body 2, although not shown. Although not shown in the top plate 3, the top plate 3 is generally composed of a plate portion facing the induction heating coil and a frame portion 4 that holds the outer periphery of the plate portion. The cooker body 2 and the top plate 3 are: Although not shown in the figure, the frame portion 4 as the outer peripheral edge portion 3a is connected and fixed and integrated by a screwing means or the like (not shown).
[0003]
However, when the induction heating cooker 1 is assembled, the cooker body 2 is first dropped inward from the opening 6 of the countertop 5 of the kitchen, and the outside of the top plate 3 having an outer shape larger than the opening 6 is removed. It is locked at the periphery 3a and supported in a so-called suspended state. And after fastening one end of the metal rectangular flat plate-shaped fixture 7 prepared as an accessory to the nut portion 8 provided on the bottom 2a of the cooker body 2 with the first bolt member 9, the other end is fixed. The counter top 5 is extended to the back surface side, and the second bolt member 10 is screwed into the end portion of the counter top 5, and the tip is pressed against the back surface of the counter top 5. Thus, the cooker body 2 is urged to be pulled downward via the fixture 7, and is sandwiched between the top plate 3 and the outer peripheral edge 3 a of the opening 6 is the upper surface of the countertop 5. It is mounted and fixed so that it is in close contact.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, it is desirable that the joint surface with the top plate 3 locked on the upper surface of the countertop 5 as described above is strongly adhered so that a liquid such as water used in a kitchen or the like does not easily enter. For this purpose, the second bolt member 10 needs to be tightened strongly. In this case, the nut portion 8 that holds the first bolt member 9 through the fixture 7 in the disengagement direction as the bolt is tightened more strongly. External force concentrates.
[0005]
Therefore, in order to increase the mounting strength of the above configuration, not only the fixture 7 is not easily deformed, but also stress is likely to be concentrated on the nut portion 8, so that consideration must be given to increasing the screw tightening margin with a large diameter. In addition, the horizontal bottom 2a of the cooker main body 2 provided with the nut portion 8 is easily deformed. For this reason, for example, increasing the overall thickness of the outer shell of the metal cooker main body 2 is extremely uneconomical in terms of cost. In addition, as another means, a nut member as a separate member must be welded, which is complicated and troublesome.
Moreover, recently, there is an increasing number of cases made of a synthetic resin that can be easily manufactured to form the outline of the cooker body 2, but in such a case, a separate nut portion is molded, It is necessary to devise such as reinforcing the surroundings.
[0006]
In addition, the mounting operation using the fixture 7 as described above is usually performed in a narrow dark place inside the kitchen, and it is preferable that the mounting configuration be as simple as possible.
For example, in the above-described mounting configuration, when the fixture 7 is temporarily fixed to the cooker body 2 in advance and dropped from the opening 6, and the fixture 7 is rotated to a predetermined position and fixed, the fixture It can be expected that the attachment will be much more efficient than connecting and fixing 7 each time.
[0007]
However, in any case, it is necessary to firmly tighten the first and second two bolt members 9 and 10 in the kitchen. The positioning of screwing the second bolt 10 and the work of tightening each of the bolts 9 and 10 using a tightening jig (not shown) may result in an unnatural posture in a narrow space below the kitchen. It was troublesome and difficult.
[0008]
The present invention has been made in view of the above-described circumstances, and therefore the object of the present invention is to facilitate the connection work between the fixture and the cooker main body even if the work is a narrow and dark interior work in the kitchen or the like. In addition, it is an object of the present invention to provide a built-in type cooker that has good strength and can be easily fixed and fixed while reducing the number of parts of the bolt member.
[0009]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the built-in cooker of the present invention drops the cooker body from the upper opening of the countertop of a kitchen or the like, and is locked at the outer periphery of the top plate provided on the upper part of the body. In this case, the side wall of the main body case constituting the cooker body is formed with a protruding step portion protruding sideways, and an engagement port is provided near the step portion of the protruding step portion. Engaging the upper end of the vertical portion of the L-shaped fixture with the engagement port, screwing a bolt member into the horizontal portion of the fixture, and tightening the bolt member to the back surface of the countertop, A counter top is sandwiched and fixed between the top plate and the top plate (invention of claim 1).
[0010]
According to such a configuration, the fixture formed in an L-shape can not only improve its strength but also strengthen the connection with the main body case while reducing the number of parts by the fixture and the bolt member. When the fixing tool is assembled to the main body case, the position is regulated by stopping at the stepped portion of the protruding portion and preventing further movement, and the engagement port to be performed subsequently. Alignment can be done by moving it slightly in the horizontal direction as necessary. Facilitates connection work. Therefore, there is a practical effect that is advantageous in terms of cost, such as being able to easily and surely perform the work in a narrow and dark place inside the kitchen or the like.
[0011]
And in the thing of Claim 1, the convex part which guides the perpendicular | vertical upper end of a fixing tool toward the said engagement port from the downward direction was formed in the side wall which has an engagement port of a main body case. Item 2).
[0012]
According to such a configuration, since the convex portion for guiding the upper end portion of the fixture to the engagement port is provided, when assembling the fixture from the inside of the kitchen, the positioning addressed from the lower side of the main body case having the engagement port can be searched. Therefore, after positioning, the fixture can be guided to the engagement port position simply by sliding upward, and can be easily engaged and connected at the coincident position. It is easier and more reliable to install the interior of the kitchen.
[0017]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
(First embodiment)
Hereinafter, the 1st Example applied and applied to the induction heating cooking appliance 11 as a built-in type cooking appliance of this invention is demonstrated based on FIG. 1 thru | or FIG.
Among these, FIG. 1 is a longitudinal sectional view showing an overall configuration in which, for example, a single-mouth induction heating cooker 11 is incorporated in a kitchen, and FIG. 2 is an external perspective view of the cooker 11 alone. As shown in these drawings, the structure of the induction heating cooker 11 alone is described below in detail. As will be described in detail later, the cooker body 12 that is dropped into the kitchen and the top surface of the cooker body 12 are formed. The top plate 13 is generally composed of a worn top plate 13.
[0018]
However, the cooker main body 12 is made of a synthetic resin in the present embodiment and has a rectangular box-shaped main body case 14 having an open top surface, and an induction heating coil unit 15 disposed in the vicinity of the top plate 13. And a circuit board 17 provided with a heat dissipating member 16 below. Among them, the induction heating coil unit 15 includes a coil base 18 made of a heat-resistant insulating material, and an induction heating coil 19 disposed on the coil base 18, and the circuit board 17 includes the induction heating coil. An inverter circuit for controlling the circuit 19 and other electronic components (both not shown) are mounted.
In addition, although not shown, the cooker main body 12 is provided with a cooling fan and an intake port and an exhaust port therefor, so that the heat-generating components mounted on the circuit board 17 are cooled via the heat radiating member 16.
[0019]
On the other hand, the top plate 13 is composed of a disk-shaped plate portion 20 made of crystallized glass located at a substantially central portion thereof, and an aluminum-made plate-shaped frame portion 21 that holds the plate portion 20. ing. The plate portion 20 is disposed to face the induction heating coil 19 and has an upper surface as a placement portion such as a cooking pan. Further, the frame portion 21 is larger than the outer dimension having the upper surface opening of the cooker body 12, and its outer peripheral edge is overlapped with the opening peripheral edge of the main body case 14 to form a bowl shape as the outer peripheral edge 13 a of the top plate 13. The top plate 13 is connected and fixed to the main body case 14 which is the cooker main body 12 by screwing means (not shown) or fixing means such as an adhesive.
Although not shown in detail, as shown in FIG. 2, a switch key or a heating power adjustment key for turning on / off the induction heating coil unit 15 is provided on the right front portion of the frame portion 21 (front side of the cooking device 11). An operation panel 22 having a thermal power display unit and the like is provided.
[0020]
Thus, the induction heating cooker 11 having the above configuration is used by being incorporated in the system kitchen as shown in FIG. That is, as clearly shown in FIG. 1, the cooker main body 12, which forms an outline by the main body case 14, can be dropped on the countertop 23 of the kitchen and is locked by the outer peripheral edge 13 a of the top plate 13. A rectangular opening 24 having a size is formed. Therefore, the induction heating cooker 11 in which the cooker body 12 is dropped into the opening 24 is locked at the outer peripheral edge 13a of the top plate 13 and supported in a so-called suspended state.
In this state, as will be described in detail later, for example, L-shaped fixtures 25 are firmly attached and fixed to the countertop 23 at two opposite locations, and are incorporated in a stationary state inside the kitchen.
[0021]
Further, a specific configuration in this built-in state will be described with reference to FIGS. First, the left and right side walls 14a and 14b of the main body case 14 constituting the cooker main body 12 have protruding step portions 26 and 26 that bulge outward from the upper opening end in the vertical direction to the lower middle abdomen. In the step portion 26a at the boundary, a rectangular engagement port 27 is formed in front view. Hereinafter, in order to simplify the description, the configuration and attachment means at one location on the left side wall 14a side will be described (the configuration on the other right side wall 14b side is also the same).
[0022]
As shown in the figure, the engaging port 27 is formed in a square hole shape including a part of the protruding step portion 26 and penetrating in the vicinity of the stepped portion 26a. When the mold is formed, the engagement port 27 can be formed at the same time by vertical die cutting. In the present embodiment, the width (lateral) dimension of the protruding step portion 26 is preferably larger than the width dimension of the engaging port 27 as shown in FIG. It is set appropriately.
[0023]
The engagement port 27 is engaged with one end of the fixture 25 bent in the L-shape. Specifically, the fixture 25 is made of a highly rigid metal and has a plate shape that is narrower than the width of the engagement port 27, and is bent into an L shape. At the upper end of the vertical portion that is one end of the L-shape, for example, a flange portion 25a bent in a U-shape is formed, and the flange portion 25a is inserted into the engagement port 27 and hooked. It is in a state of being engaged and connected in the downward direction. Further, for example, a burring nut portion 25b is formed in the horizontal portion at the other end, and a butterfly bolt 28, which is a bolt member screwed into the nut portion 25b, is strongly tightened. The countertop 23 is attached and fixed between the outer peripheral edge 13a of the top plate 13 and the induction heating cooker 11 is immovable inside the kitchen. Built into the state.
[0024]
Thus, an operation procedure for incorporating the induction heating cooker 11 having the above-described configuration into the kitchen will be described with reference to FIGS. First, as shown in FIG. 3, the cooker body 12 is dropped into the kitchen from the opening 24 of the countertop 23. As a result, the outer peripheral edge 13a of the top plate 13 is locked and supported in a suspended state on the peripheral edge of the opening 24 as described above. Next, the hook 25a is engaged with the engagement port 27 from the lower inner side of the counter top 23, which is the inside of the kitchen, so that the fixture 25 is assembled.
[0025]
In this case, the case where the interior of the kitchen is dark and is under a bad condition such as a groping work will be described. As a rough guide, the position of the protruding portion 26 and the engagement port 27 of the main body case 14 is fixed. The hook 25a, which is the upper end of the tool 25, contacts the left side wall 14a and slides upward. At this time, the butterfly bolt 28 may be slightly screwed into the other end of the fixture 25 in advance. Eventually, the flange portion 25a comes into contact with the stepped portion 26a of the protruding step portion 26, and further upward movement is stopped, so that the fixture 25 is slightly left along the stepped portion 26a as needed. Or move right (horizontal). As a result, when the flange portion 25a coincides with the engagement port 27 in the vicinity of the stepped portion 26a, the flange portion 25a is inserted into the engagement port 27, and the fixing tool 25 is pulled downward to the lower edge of the engagement port 27. Engagement is ensured.
In addition, when the fixing tool 25 can be addressed in accordance with the lower position corresponding to the engagement port 27 predicted in advance, the upper edge portion of the engagement port 27 where the flange portion 25a is located at the protruding step portion 26. Needless to say, it can be immediately inserted into the engagement port 27 and engaged to obtain a connected state.
[0026]
After engaging the hook 25a, the butterfly bolt 28, which is a bolt member previously held by the fixture 25, is strongly tightened via the nut 25b, so that the tip of the butterfly bolt 28 is at the top. The back surface of the plate 23 is strongly pressed.
[0027]
Accordingly, as the butterfly bolt 28 is tightened, the cooker main body 12 is pulled downwardly through the fixture 25, and as a result, the counter top 23 is interposed between the outer peripheral edge 13 a of the top plate 13 and the butterfly bolt 28. Is firmly clamped and fixed in an immobile state, so that the induction heating cooker 11 is completely assembled into the kitchen.
[0028]
Now, according to the present embodiment configured as described above, when the induction cooking device 11 is incorporated into the top plate 23 which is a kitchen, the following operational effects are obtained.
That is, when the induction heating cooker 11 is first assembled in the kitchen, the attachment to the counter top 23 can be easily and securely attached to the countertop 23 with two types of accessories, the fixture 25 and the butterfly bolt 28. Efficiency can be improved. In particular, when the fixing device 25 is assembled, the fixing device 25 is stopped at the step portion 26a of the protruding step portion 26, so that further upward movement is prevented and so-called position control is performed. The alignment of the joint 27 and the collar portion 25a can be easily performed only by adjusting and moving in the left-right direction.
[0029]
Therefore, when the engagement between the engagement port 27 and the flange portion 25a is completed, only the tightening operation for rotating the butterfly bolt 28 is simple and the butterfly bolt 28 is attached to the fixture 25 in advance. If it is screwed and held, the alignment operation for screwing the butterfly bolt 28 into the nut portion 25b can be dispensed with and can be incorporated more efficiently. As described above, the number of parts can be easily reduced and the positioning can be easily performed, and the screwing work by the bolt member can be greatly reduced. Therefore, the inside of the countertop 23 as a kitchen is dark and narrow. The induction heating cooker 11 can be mounted and fixed easily and reliably even under conditions.
[0030]
Further, the fixture 25 is formed in an L-shape, and its vertical upper end is engaged with the engagement port 27 and is tightened to the back surface of the countertop 23 with a butterfly bolt 28 via the horizontal portion at the other end. As a result, the mechanical strength of the fixture 25 itself can be increased, and as the butterfly bolt 28 is tightened, the flange portion 25a and the engagement port 27 are applied with an external force in the engagement direction to further strengthen the connection. The stress applied to the connecting portion is received by the inner surface region of the flange portion 25a corresponding to the width dimension of the fixture 25 and the lower edge region of the engagement port 27, and is received by the longitudinal side wall 14a of the main body case 14, so that in the conventional configuration The stress in the separating direction is not concentrated on the nut portion described above, and the horizontal bottom portion of the main body case is not deformed. Therefore, a structure having much higher mechanical strength and excellent durability can be obtained.
[0031]
Further, according to the present embodiment, since the butterfly bolt 28 is employed in order to reduce the number of bolt members, the tightening operation can be facilitated without using a special tightening jig, and as a result, a firm attachment can be achieved. It is possible to increase the state, so-called mounting strength, which increases the degree of adhesion that the lower surface of the outer peripheral edge 13a of the top plate 13 is bonded to the upper surface of the countertop 23, and spilled water or the like enters from this bonded surface. It is effective to prevent.
[0032]
4 to FIG. 7 show the second to fourth embodiments of the present invention. The same parts as those in the first embodiment are denoted by the same reference numerals and the description thereof is omitted. Only the part is described.
[0033]
(Second Embodiment)
4 and 5 show a second embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 4 is a view corresponding to FIG. 2, and FIG. 5 is an enlarged view of a main part of FIG. 4 for explaining the operation.
This is the same as the first embodiment except that the main body case 29 that forms the outline of the cooker main body 12 has a different configuration, and the others are common.
[0034]
That is, the main body case 29 in the present embodiment is different in that it has rib-shaped convex portions 30a and 30b formed so as to be directed in the vertical direction downward from both side portions of the engagement port 27. In addition, although the height of such convex parts 30a and 30b is not restrict | limited at all, it protrudes in the same height as the protruding step part 26 in a present Example. Further, the spacing between the convex portions 30a and 30b is the same as the lateral dimension (width dimension) of the engagement port 27, which is set slightly larger than the width dimension of the fixture 25 shown by the two-dot chain line in FIG. Yes.
[0035]
As described above, since the convex portions 30a and 30b are provided on both side portions of the engagement port 27 in the present embodiment, when the induction heating cooker 11 is incorporated into the kitchen, the projections 30a and 30b cause the fixture 25 to be moved from below. An action of guiding toward the engagement port 27 is performed, and the assembling work can be performed more efficiently. Specifically, after dropping the cooker main body 12 into the opening of the countertop of the kitchen (not shown), the hook portion at the upper end of the vertical portion is engaged with the engagement port 27 of the main body case 29. 25a is routed between the convex portions 30a and 30b as shown in FIG.
[0036]
In this case, even if the inside of the kitchen is narrow or dark, the protrusions 30a and 3b can be easily confirmed by the touch of the fingertips, so that the groping work is possible. When the flange portion 25a is slid and moved in the direction of the arrow indicated by the two-dot chain line in the figure, the flange portion 25a is brought into contact with the upper edge portion of the engagement port 27 located at the protruding step portion 26. It is stopped and further movement is prevented, and the flange portion 25a is inserted into the engagement port 27 substantially simultaneously. Therefore, if the fixture 25 is pulled and moved slightly downward, the collar portion 25a is engaged with and connected to the lower edge portion of the engagement port 27. Therefore, after that, the induction heating cooker 11 is attached and fixed to the counter top by tightening a bolt member (not shown) as in the first embodiment, and the so-called operation of incorporating into the kitchen is completed.
[0037]
Thus, in this embodiment, since the projections 30a and 30b for guiding the flange 25a, which is the upper end of the fixture 25, to the engagement port 27 are provided, the main body case 29 having the engagement port 27 from the inside of the kitchen. Positioning from the lower side of the side wall can be easily performed by searching, and after the positioning, the fixture 25 can be inserted into the engagement port 27 and engaged by simply sliding the fixture 25 upward. Assembling work inside the kitchen, which tends to be troublesome, can be performed more easily and reliably.
[0038]
In the present embodiment, the convex portions 30a and 30b for guiding the upper end of the fixture 25 are formed in so-called two continuous ribs on both side portions of the engagement port 27. Even when only the portion 30a or 30b is formed, positioning to which the fixing tool 25 is addressed can be carried out by hand, and the effect of guiding the fixing tool 25 toward the upper engagement port 27 along this can be expected sufficiently. .
[0039]
(Third embodiment)
FIG. 6 is a cross-sectional view of an essential part showing a third embodiment of the present invention. In particular, the protrusions 30a and 30b (one of the protrusions 30a and 30b described in the second embodiment are specified in a predetermined dimension). It is different in that it has a convex portion 31a only). That is, the convex portion 31a (31b) extending in the vertical direction from both sides of the engagement port 27 is a length from the lower surface of the outer peripheral edge 13a of the top plate 13 shown in FIG. 6 to the lower end portion of the convex portion 31a (31b). The projection is formed with the dimension H set to 40 mm or more.
[0040]
By the way, when examining the thickness dimension of the top plate used in a well-known kitchen that is widely used, it was found that most of the range corresponds to a range from a minimum of 15 mm to a maximum of 40 mm. 6 (a) and 6 (b) show an embodiment in which only the thickness dimensions T1 and T2 of the countertops 23a and 23b are different, and the thickness dimension T1 in FIG. The thickness dimension T2 in FIG. 5B is assumed to be 30 mm, which is highly practical.
[0041]
First, when the thickness dimension T1 of the countertop 23a shown in FIG. 5A is small (15 mm in this example), the stepped portion 26a, the engagement port 27, and the convex portion 31a (31b) of the protruding stepped portion 26 are openings. 24 is exposed to the outside lower part, and positioning and engaging connection to the main body case 32 for assembling the fixture 25 can be performed without difficulty. As in the embodiment, it can be incorporated efficiently.
[0042]
On the other hand, when the thickness dimension T2 of the countertop 23b shown in FIG. 5B is large (in this example, 30 mm), the stepped portion 26a and the engagement port 27 are hidden behind the opening 24 having the thickness dimension T2. Often becomes a configuration. However, in this embodiment, the length dimension H from the lower surface of the outer peripheral edge 13a of the top plate 13 to the lower end of the convex portion 31a (31b) is set to 40 mm or more, so that it is lower than the thickness dimension T2 (30 mm) of the countertop 23b. Thus, the lower end portion of the convex portion 31a (31b) protrudes and is exposed, so that it is easy to place the fixture 25 between the respective lower end portions. It is substantially the same as in the second embodiment as a result of the groping work as a result of being guided between the convex portions 31a (31b) and being easily engaged with the engagement port 27 simply by sliding. Can be expected.
[0043]
As described above, since the length dimension H is set so that the convex portion 31a (31b) is 40 mm or more in consideration of the thickness dimension of the various countertops 23a and 23b, various countertops of most kitchens have various types. The induction heating cooker 11 can be attached and fixed according to the thickness dimension, and can be easily incorporated even in a narrow and dark place inside the kitchen.
[0044]
(Fourth embodiment)
Next, FIG. 7 is a cross-sectional view of the main part showing a fourth embodiment of the present invention. In the first embodiment, the main body case 14 is made of a synthetic resin, and a protruding step portion 26 and an engagement port 27 are provided. On the other hand, this embodiment is different in that a metal main body case 33 is employed. That is, in FIG. 7, the engagement port 35 is cut and raised below the step portion 34a of the protruding step portion 34 and formed by molding.
[0045]
Therefore, when incorporating into the countertop 23 in the above-described configuration, the cooker main body 12 dropped into the opening 24 is addressed by the fixture 25 from below the main body case 33 that forms the outer shell, and outward. The bumps 34 are temporarily stopped at the stepped portion 34a of the protruding stepped portion 34. Then, if necessary, the fixing tool 25 is moved to the left and right so that the flange 25a at the upper end can be easily aligned with the engagement port 35, and is fixed by engaging the flange 25a and the engagement port 35. The tool 25 can be easily connected to the main body case 33, and thereafter, by tightening the butterfly bolt 28, it can be attached and fixed to the countertop 23 in the same manner as in the first embodiment, and the assembling work is easy even inside the kitchen. Can be executed.
[0046]
In this embodiment, the engagement port 35 is formed below the protruding portion 34. However, it can be formed over the protruding portion 34 as in the first embodiment, and if it is provided at least near the step portion 34a. While substantially the same effect can be obtained, it is not limited to cutting and raising. Furthermore, in this embodiment, it is also possible to form a rib-like convex portion downward from the side portion of the engagement port 35 as described in the second and third embodiments.
[0047]
In addition, the present invention is not limited to the embodiments described above and shown in the drawings. For example, the present invention is not limited to induction heating cookers, and can be applied to all cookers incorporated at least inside a countertop such as a kitchen. Of course, the fixing part using the fixing tool may be applied to one place or a plurality of places as required, and more specifically, a U-shaped hook part formed at the upper end of the vertical part of the fixing tool. The shape may be simply bent at an acute angle, and the fixing device may be variously modified in practice, such as forming a reinforcing bead or an appropriate width as required.
[0048]
【The invention's effect】
As is clear from the above description, in the built-in type cooking device of the present invention, when incorporated into the countertop of a kitchen or the like, a protruding portion is formed in the main body case constituting the cooking device main body, and the protruding step An engagement port is provided in the vicinity of the stepped portion of the unit, and one end of an L-shaped fixture is engaged with the engagement port, and a bolt member screwed into the other end is fastened to the back surface of the countertop to fix the mounting. It was set as the structure to do.
[0049]
With such a configuration, the strength of the L-shaped fixture itself can be improved and the connection with the body case can be strengthened while reducing the number of parts by the fixture and the bolt member, and when the fixture is assembled. The position is regulated by stopping at the stepped part of the protruding part. If necessary, it can be aligned with the engagement port with slight lateral adjustment.
