窓や出入口等の建物の開口部に設けられるアルミニウム製の押出し型成形によるサッシ枠は、外部からの風雨の浸入を確実に防いで気密性を維持することができる点で、現代の建造物に欠かせないものになっている。

このサッシ枠は、殆どの場合、一組みの引き違い戸と一枚の網戸とが嵌め込まれている構造であって、下枠には夫々用に少なくとも三本のレール溝が設けられている。このレール溝は、垂直姿勢のレールプレートの両側に平坦面が形成されているのが基本的な構成であり、この一組みが三列に平行に配置されているのである。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
処でサッシ枠は上述したように気密性を確保して、外部からの特に土埃りの浸入を確実に防ぐことができるのであるが、このレール溝部分にこの土埃りが溜まってしまい、この部分の清掃は、垂直姿勢のレールプレートの両側を夫々ブラシで行っていたので極めて手間がかかっていた。

特に各レール溝は、先ず室内側に室内側引き違い戸用のレール溝が最上位で設けられ、次いで室外側引き違い戸用のレール溝、そして室外側に網戸用のレール溝が最下位として設けられるといった、室内側から室外側方向に階段状に配列された構成であるため、掃除の手間は倍加以上していたのである。

よって本発明は、この従来の不満点を解消し要求に応えるべく発明された清掃用ブラシであって、一度か二度の往復動作でレール溝の全てのゴミを一括して確実に、しかも簡単に清掃できるようにすることを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上述した従来の課題を解決する本発明は、建物の開口部に設けられるサッシ枠に於いて、段差をもって平行に配列された複数のレール溝を清掃するブラシであって、把持部分となるベース板の一方面に植設されるブラシ毛の毛脚を、前記したベース板の長さ方向に沿った先端から基端にかけて段差を形成して切り揃え、刈り込んだ各段差ごとにブラシ群を形成したことを特徴とする構成である。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の実施の形態を説明すると、先ず、建物の窓や出入口等の開口部に設けられるアルミニウム製の押出し型成形によるサッシ枠1にあって、その下枠には内側から外側に下降する段差が形成され、各段差の上面に夫々レール溝2が平行に設けられている。このレール溝2は、段差の上面である平面部3に垂直姿勢のレールプレート4を立設したもので、このレールプレート4は、引き違い戸や網戸の下端面に設けられた溝に嵌入し、或いは同じく下端面に設けられた滑車が乗載動転できるようにしたものである。

次に本発明にかかる清掃用ブラシ5は、把手6を一体設したベース板7の裏面にブラシ毛8を、ベース板7の長さ方向に沿った先端方向に斜めに突出する形態で植設したものであるが、このブラシ毛8はその毛脚を、前記したベース板7の長さ方向に沿った先端から基端にかけて段差を形成して刈り込んだ構成である。即ちブラシ毛8は、各段差ごとにブラシ8群を形成している。

そして、先端方向に斜めに突出する形態の各ブラシ毛8群にあっての毛脚長さは、先端が比較的短く、基端に向かって徐々に長いものになっており、このブラシ毛8群が図1、2、3の場合には四段に形成され、各ブラシ毛8群の毛脚先端は切り揃えられている。
