SE=97−20log(L・f)+20log{1+ln(L/S)}

In the above-described embodiment, an example in which the number of frames is provided as many as the number of regions on which electronic components that should shield electromagnetic waves are provided. However, it is also possible to connect and integrate these frames. Thereby, manufacture can be made easier.
[0086]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, an electronic component that should shield electromagnetic waves is mounted.pluralHas an area,These multipleAn electronic circuit board provided with a ground pattern on the outer periphery of the region;Provided for each area, eachEnclose the areaInWith grounding patternRespectivelyConnectionWasA frame,A partition part that fits into a gap formed by a plurality of frames is provided inside, covers the plurality of frames collectively, and connects to a grounding pattern to shield electronic components that should shield electromagnetic waves in each region. With shielding coverEven if there are multiple areas where electronic components that should shield electromagnetic waves are present on the electronic circuit board, each frame can be individually separated by a partition by simply covering the frame surrounding this area with a single shielding cover. Therefore, the number of parts can be reduced, and the manufacturing cost can be reduced. Further, there is an effect that it can be easily manufactured as compared with the conventional case.
[0087]
According to this invention, an electronic component that should shield electromagnetic waves is mounted.pluralHas an area,These multipleAn electronic circuit board provided with a ground pattern on the outer periphery of the region;Provided for each area, eachEnclose the areaInWith grounding patternRespectivelyConnectionWasConsists of a frame and a foldable electronic circuit board, and the electronic circuit board is bent into a lid shape. The partition part which is formed in the gap formed by the plurality of frames and is fitted inside the gap and simultaneously covers the plurality of framesWith shielding coverThe shielding cover shields the electronic components that should shield the electromagnetic wave in each region by covering a plurality of frames together and connecting them to the ground pattern. Therefore, since the electronic circuit board that can mount components that do not need to shield electromagnetic waves can also serve as a shielding cover, the number of components can be reduced. Thereby, there exists an effect which can reduce manufacturing cost. In addition, since the electronic component can be mounted on the shielding cover, the mounting space on the electronic circuit board can be effectively used.
Furthermore, there exists an effect which can manufacture a partition part easily.
[0088]
According to the present invention, a plurality of terminals are provided on the outer peripheral portion of the frame body, and the connection terminals for connecting the frame body to the ground pattern are provided. There is an effect that the stability of the connection with the ground pattern can be improved. In addition, since the connection interval between the frame body and the electronic circuit board can be adjusted by the interval between the connection terminals, it can be reduced as much as necessary. Therefore, there is an effect that electromagnetic waves having a high frequency can be shielded. Furthermore, since it is not necessary to create an extra space between the frames mounted on the electronic circuit board, high-density mounting is possible.
[0089]
According to the present invention, the connection terminals of the adjacent frames are alternately arranged between the connection terminals of the other frame, so that the interval between the adjacent frames can be reduced. The interval between the ground patterns can also be reduced. Therefore, since the mounting area occupied by the frame can be reduced, there is an effect that high-density mounting can be realized.
[0090]
According to the present invention, the gap between the frame between the connection terminals and the ground pattern is set to 1/10 or less of the wavelength of the electromagnetic wave to be shielded. There is an effect that it is possible to provide an electrical connection between the frame body and the ground pattern necessary for ensuring sufficient electrical performance.
[0091]
According to the present invention, since the frame body is collectively connected to the ground pattern by the molten metal, there is an effect that the number of parts and the manufacturing cost can be reduced because screwing and gaskets are unnecessary. Thereby, the man-hour in manufacture is also reduced, and it can manufacture easily at low cost compared with the past. In addition, when the reflow soldering is performed as a connection method using molten metal, for example, the connection process can be automated, so that the manufacturing can be further facilitated.
[0092]
According to the present invention, since the projection is provided on the frame and / or the shielding cover and electrically connects the shielding cover and the frame, the shielding cover and the frame are covered when the shielding cover covers the frame. There is an effect that the body can be reliably electrically connected.
[0093]
According to the present invention, since the projections are installed at intervals of 1/10 or less of the wavelength of the electromagnetic wave to be shielded, it is necessary to guarantee sufficient electrical performance against the electromagnetic wave to be shielded (or the electromagnetic wave to be used). There is an effect that an electrical connection between the frame and the shielding cover can be provided.
[0094]
According to the present invention, since the outer periphery of the frame body has elasticity, there is an effect that it is possible to prevent the frame body from being deformed by an unexpected external force and losing contact with the shielding cover.
[0095]
According to the present invention, since the end portion of the partition portion on the electronic circuit board side is formed in a blade shape, the shielding cover can be easily fitted into the frame body, and the manufacturing can be facilitated.
[0096]
According to this invention, since the shielding cover has high thermal conductivity at least on the inner surface, the heat generated inside the shielding surrounded by the electronic circuit board, the frame, and the shielding cover can be dispersed to the shielding cover. There is an effect that it is possible to prevent an unexpected failure such as deterioration of the characteristics of components mounted inside due to a temperature rise inside the shield.
[0097]
According to the present invention, the cover-side heat dissipating means is provided inside the shielding cover and thermally radiates by contacting the electronic components to be radiated in the frame body, so that the heat generated inside the shielding structure is shielded. There is an effect that it can be dispersed efficiently.
[0098]
According to the present invention, the housing that covers the shielding cover, and the housing-cover heat dissipating means that is provided on the housing and / or the shielding cover and radiates heat by bringing the housing and the shielding cover into thermal contact with each other. Therefore, there is an effect that heat dispersed from the inside of the shielding structure to the shielding cover can be efficiently released to the outside.
