本発明は、調理鍋等の容器体に関するものである。

【従来の技術及び発明が解決しようとする課題】
シチュー等の煮込み料理を作る鍋として、容器を内容器と外容器とから成る二層構造とした保温性の高い調理鍋(容器体)が種々提案されている。尚、この調理鍋を用いての煮込み料理は、該調理鍋をコンロや電磁調理器等の加熱装置上に載置して調理物をある程度まで煮込んだ後、該加熱装置上から調理鍋を除去し、そのまま該調理鍋の保温性を利用して煮込みを進行させて作るものである。

しかし、この種の二層構造の調理鍋は、底壁が内容器の底壁と外容器の底壁とから成る二層構造である為、加熱装置での加熱が二層構造である分、調理物に伝達されにいという問題があり、更に、内容器と外容器との間を保温性の高い真空断熱層にした場合、より一層調理物に伝達されにくくなる。
