Tp=KCOND×(PB−PIEGR)×KTAHOS
PIEGR=PIEGR0+(PIEGR1−PIEGR0)×VTCNOW/VTCTRG
【0051】
a:0≦VTCNOW<VTCMID
b:VTCMID≦VTCNOW≦VTCTRG
PIEGR=PIEGR0+(PIEGR1−PIEGR0)×VTCNOW/VTCMID
PIEGR=PIEGR0+(PIEGR1−PIEGR0)×VTCNOW/VTCTRG
【0059】
PIEGR=(1−VTCTK)×PIEGRz+VTCTK×PIEGRa

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a control device for an internal combustion engine, and more specifically, in an internal combustion engine including a variable valve operating device that varies valve timing and / or valve lift and / or operating angle.Fresh air intakeRelated to engine control technology.
[0002]
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, an electronically controlled fuel injection device called a D-JETRO system is known which is configured to obtain a basic fuel injection amount from an intake pipe negative pressure and an engine rotational speed (see Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 59-206624). . Further, there is known a variable valve apparatus that makes the valve timing and / or valve lift and / or operating angle of an intake / exhaust valve variable. For example, in the one disclosed in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 10-068306, The valve timing is advanced / retarded by adjusting the phase of the camshaft with respect to the shaft.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Incidentally, in the electronic fuel injection device of the D JETRO system, the intake pipe pressure (boost) is detected as the total pressure of the intake fresh air pressure and the cylinder residual gas pressure, but when a variable valve device is combined, Since the cylinder residual gas pressure is changed by changing the valve timing and / or valve lift and / or operating angle, the intake of the intake pipe pressure depends on the operating state of the variable valve operating device at that time even at the same intake pipe pressure. There has been a problem that the fresh air pressure becomes unknown, and an injection amount corresponding to the true intake fresh air pressure (fresh air intake amount) cannot be made, resulting in an air-fuel ratio shift.
[0004]
The present invention has been made in view of the above-described problems, and is capable of correctly detecting a fresh air intake amount in response to a change in the cylinder residual gas pressure accompanying a change in operating characteristics of an intake valve or an exhaust valve. The purpose is to improve the control accuracy of the engine.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
Therefore, the invention according to claim 1 is a control device for an internal combustion engine including a variable valve device that continuously varies the operation characteristics of the intake valve or the exhaust valve, in accordance with a target operation state of the variable valve device. Means for calculating a cylinder residual gas correlation parameter (PIEGR1); means for calculating a convergence ratio of an actual operating state of the variable valve operating apparatus to the target operating state; the cylinder residual gas correlation parameter (PIEGR1); And a means for calculating a fresh air intake amount introduced into the cylinder based on the convergence ratio.
[0006]
According to such a configuration, the cylinder residual gas correlation parameter (PIEGR1) is calculated according to the target operating state at that time so as to be able to cope with a change in the operating state of the variable valve operating apparatus. The operating state changes with a delay, and there is a transient deviation between the target and the actual operating state. Therefore, the cylinder residual gas correlation parameter (PIEGR1) calculated according to the target operating state is corrected corresponding to the response delay of the actual operating state, thereby obtaining the cylinder residual gas correlation parameter corresponding to the actual operating state. . Here, the cylinder residual gas correlation parameter (PIEGR1) calculated corresponding to the target value based on the convergence ratio (convergence ratio = actual operation state / target operation state) of the actual operation state with respect to the target value is obtained at that time. Correct to the value corresponding to the actual operating state. Then, the fresh air intake amount is calculated from the cylinder residual gas correlation parameter corresponding to the actual operating state.
[0007]
The invention according to
[0008]
The invention according to claim 3 is characterized in that the means for calculating the fresh air intake amount performs a weighted average of the cylinder residual gas correlation parameter (PIEGR1) based on a weighted weight set based on the convergence ratio. According to such a configuration, the cylinder residual gas correlation parameter (PIEGR1) calculated corresponding to the target value is weighted and averaged, so that the phase delay correction for corresponding to the actual operating state delay with respect to the target value is performed. The cylinder residual gas correlation parameter corresponding to the operating state is obtained.
[0009]
According to a fourth aspect of the invention, it corresponds to a reference operating state of the variable valve operating device.StandardMeans for calculating a cylinder residual gas correlation parameter (PIEGR0), and the means for calculating the fresh air intake amount includes the cylinder residual gas correlation parameter (PIEGR1) and theStandardAn interpolation operation is performed based on a cylinder residual gas correlation parameter (PIEGR0) and the convergence ratio. According to such a configuration, it is assumed that the operating state is a preset reference operating state.StandardCylinder residual gas correlation parameter (PIEGR0), cylinder residual gas correlation parameter (PIEGR1) corresponding to the target operating state at that time, and the cylinder residual gas correlation corresponding to the actual operating state by interpolation based on the convergence ratio When the parameters are calculated and the actual operating state converges to the target, the cylinder residual gas correlation parameter (PIEGR1) calculated corresponding to the target operating state is directly used as the cylinder residual gas correlation parameter (PIEGR1) corresponding to the actual operating state ( PIEGR).
[0010]
In invention of
[0011]
In a sixth aspect of the present invention, the target operating state of the variable valve operating apparatus is determined in accordance with an engine load and an engine speed, and the means for calculating the cylinder residual gas correlation parameter (PIEGR1) is provided. As a map for storing cylinder residual gas correlation parameters according to engine load and engine speed, a map for storing cylinder residual gas correlation parameters when controlled to a target operating state corresponding to engine load and engine speed A cylinder residual gas correlation parameter (PIEGR1) corresponding to the target operating state is calculated by searching a cylinder residual gas correlation parameter corresponding to the engine load and the engine speed at that time from the map. . According to this invention, the cylinder residual gas correlation parameter (PIEGR1) corresponding to the target operating state is obtained by searching the map for the cylinder residual gas correlation parameter corresponding to the engine load and the engine speed at that time. The cylinder residual gas correlation parameter in the transient state is obtained by correcting the cylinder residual gas correlation parameter (PIEGR1) corresponding to the operating state based on the convergence ratio with respect to the target value of the actual operating state.
[0012]
According to a seventh aspect of the present invention, the variable valve operating device is a device that continuously varies the valve timing, and the valve timing advance amount is set to the operating state. According to such a configuration, the variable valve device is configured to advance the valve timing, and the target operation state is set as the target advance angle amount, and the actual operation state is set as the actual advance angle amount, corresponding to the actual advance angle amount. A cylinder residual gas correlation parameter (fresh air intake amount) is obtained.
[0013]
The invention according to
[0014]
【The invention's effect】
According to the first and sixth aspects of the present invention, the correction corresponding to the response delay of the actual operating state is corrected for the cylinder residual gas correlation parameter corresponding to the target operating state of the variable valve operating apparatus. Since the fresh air intake amount is finally obtained based on the convergence rate to the state, the fresh air intake amount should be obtained from the cylinder residual gas correlation parameter that matches the actual operating state even in the transient state of the variable valve system. There is an effect that can be.
[0015]
According to the second and third aspects of the invention, a phase delay correction is performed on the cylinder residual gas correlation parameter obtained corresponding to the target operating state (weighted averaging), thereby obtaining an actual operating state delayed with respect to the target change. There is an effect that the corresponding cylinder residual gas correlation parameter can be easily obtained.
[0016]
According to the fourth aspect of the present invention, the cylinder residual gas correlation parameter corresponding to the actual operating state that changes after the target operating state is determined according to the cylinder residual gas correlation parameter in the target operating state and the reference operating state.StandardThere is an effect that it can be easily obtained by an interpolation calculation based on the cylinder residual gas correlation parameter and the convergence ratio.
[0017]
According to the fifth aspect of the present invention, the inflection point and / or the extreme value (minimum value / maximum value) can be used as the reference point for the interpolation calculation, and the cylinder residual gas correlation parameter corresponding to the actual operating state is interpolated. There is an effect that it can be obtained with high accuracy by calculation.
[0018]
According to the seventh aspect of the present invention, the cylinder residual gas correlation parameter corresponding to the change in the valve timing is obtained while corresponding to the response delay of the actual operational state with respect to the target operational state of the variable valve system. According to the invention, the fuel injection amount can be controlled in accordance with the actual fresh air intake amount, and the ignition timing can be controlled.

Corresponding toCylinder residual gas correlation parameterAsk for PIEGR.
[0042]
The actual advance amount VTCNOW is obtained as an angle phase difference between the detection signal from the
[0043]
The interpolation calculation is performed according to the following equation.
PIEGR = PIEGR0 + (PIEGR1-PIEGR0) x VTCNOW / VTCTRG
According to the above calculation, if VTCNOW / VTCTRG indicating the convergence rate of the actual advance amount VTCNOW to the target VTCTRG is equal to the target VTCTRG and the actual advance amount VTCNOW is “1”, PIEGR = PIEGR1 Become.
[0044]
On the other hand, since the response of the actual advance amount VTCNOW is delayed with respect to the change in the target advance amount VTCTRG, for example, when the target advance amount VTCTRG increases and changes, the convergence ratio VTCNOW / VTCTRG becomes transiently smaller than 1. By multiplying this VTCNOW / VTCTRG by PIEGR1-PIEGR0, it corresponds to the actual advance amount VTCNOW.Cylinder residual gas correlation parameterPIEGR (fresh air inhalation ratio) is obtained by linear interpolation.

For example, in the case of a configuration in which the ignition timing is calculated according to the suction negative pressure PB and the engine rotation speed Ne,Cylinder residual gas correlation parameterThe ignition timing correction coefficient is calculated from the PIEGR, and the ignition timing obtained from the suction negative pressure PB and the engine rotational speed Ne may be corrected and set by the correction coefficient, and the intake detected by the

According to the above configuration, it is obtained corresponding to the target advance amount VTCTRG.Cylinder residual gas correlation parameterThe weighted average of PIEGRa corresponds to the actual advance amount VTCNOW that changes with a delay with respect to the change in the target advance amount VTCTRG.Cylinder residual gas correlation parameterPIEGR is required.
