Description

【0001】

[0001]
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a neck strap, and more particularly to a neck strap that automatically disengages when a certain load is applied.
[0002]
[Prior art]
The neck strap is a hanging strap that is hung around the neck to present an identification card or the like. By using this, there is a danger that a neck hanging state may occur when an unexpected situation occurs, for example, when a portion of the neck strap is caught between the elevator doors. In order to avoid this, a connector has been developed that automatically disengages the neck strap when a certain load is applied.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The conventional neck strap connector has the following problems.
(1) Since the conventional neck strap connector is located on the neck of the wearer's occipital region, it appears as a force to bite into the neck when such a load is applied, and is temporarily painful .
(2) Since the conventional neck strap connector has both male and female members that are vertically symmetrical, they can be engaged even if they are rotated 180 °. Therefore, if it is engaged in the direction opposite to the original direction, the identification card connected to the neck strap may be turned over.
(3) Since the conventional neck strap connector is not flexible because the male and female members are in a straight line, it cannot be made to follow the curve.
[0004]
An object of the present invention is to provide a novel neck strap that eliminates the above-mentioned drawbacks.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
This gun onset bright neck strap, a coupling consisting of male and female members, a neck strap consisting of a cord, the male member has a base portion that is connected to the tip and cord having a pin The female member has a tip portion having a pin accommodating portion for accommodating the pin and a base portion connected to the string, and the pin and the pin accommodating portion are asymmetric in the vertical direction and have a length that is long or short. There, the longer pin engages the longer pin receiving portion of, characterized by pin receiving portion and the engagement of the pin shorter shorter.
[0006]
(Delete)
[0007]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Strings include ropes and tapes. Manufacturing methods also include braids, braids, and woven cords. For fixing the string and the base, there are a method of covering after passing the string through a groove provided in the base, a method of passing a string through a hole in the fixing part, a method of embedding the string in a resin fixing part, etc. .
[0008]
The pin and the pin accommodating portion are asymmetric in the vertical direction . If the longer pin is engaged with the longer pin holder and the shorter pin is engaged with the shorter pin holder, the ID card connected to the neck strap will be turned over. Absent.
[0009]
In the neck strap of the present invention, it is preferable that the male (first) member and the female (second) member are rotatable about a pin as a fulcrum. By doing so, when the male (first) member and the female (second) member are engaged, a natural curve is obtained instead of a straight line.
[0010]
In the neck strap of the present invention, it is preferable that the connector is provided at a position where it does not contact the wearer's neck. By doing so, even when an abnormal load is applied, it does not bite into the neck.
[0011]
【Example】
Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
[0012]
FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a neck strap 1 according to a first embodiment of the present invention. An identification card or the like is connected to the fixture 7 on the lower side of the figure, and the upper side 8 in the figure is a portion that hits the neck on the back of the wearer. In the present invention, the connector 2 is provided at a position where it does not contact the neck of the string 3. For example, it is the position of either the left or right intermediate part.
[0013]
FIG. 2 is a perspective view of the connected state of the connector 2 according to the present invention, and FIG. 3 is an exploded perspective view. As can be seen from FIG. 2, the engaging part of the connector 2 is the pin 43 on the male member 4 side and the accommodating part 53 for the pin on the female member 5 side.
[0014]
The male member 4 (the right side in FIGS. 2 and 3) includes a distal end portion 41 and a base portion 42, and the base portion 42 is fixed with a string (tape) 3 interposed therebetween.
[0015]
The tip portion 41 has a pin 43, and both ends of the pin are supported by the receiving portion 44. Since the lengths of the receiving portions are different, the length of the pin 43 is larger when viewed from the plane (43a) (FIG. 4 (b)) than when viewed from the bottom (43b) (FIG. 4 (c)). short. Most of the base portion 42 is a shallow groove 45 for receiving the tape 3, and both side portions 46 are raised. Six protrusions 47 that bite into the tape 3 protrude from the bottom of the groove 45. The lid portion 48 has side portions 48 a and slots 49 that fit into the base side portions 46.
[0016]
The female member 5 (the left side in FIGS. 2 and 3) also includes a distal end portion 51 and a base portion 52, and the base portion 52 is fixed with the strap tape 3 interposed therebetween.
[0017]
The tip portion 51 has a pin housing portion 53. The length of the pin accommodating portion 53 is shorter when viewed from the plane (53a) (FIG. 5B) than when viewed from the bottom (53b) (FIG. 5C). Most of the base 52 is a shallow groove 54 for receiving the tape 3, and both side portions 55 are raised. Six protrusions 56 that bite into the tape 3 protrude from the bottom of the groove 54. The lid portion 57 has both side portions 57 a and slots 58 that fit into the base side portions 55.
[0018]
In the male member pin 43 and the female member pin housing portion 53, the longer pin portion 43b engages with the longer pin housing portion 53b, and the shorter pin portion 43a engages with the shorter pin housing portion 53a. To do. Therefore, the male and female members 4 and 5 have the direction of engagement in the vertical direction.
[0019]
In this embodiment, the base part 42 and the cover part 48 of the male member and the base part 52 and the cover part 57 of the female member are separate bodies, but they may be integrated as long as they can be folded and engaged.
[0020]
Engagement and disengagement are achieved by holding the male member 4 or the female member 5 in the left and right hands, engaging the pin 43 against the pin accommodating portion 53 while considering the direction of the male and female members, and pulling them apart. Release the match. In a sudden accident where an abnormal load is applied, the male and female members 4 and 5 are automatically disengaged by the force of the load.
[0021]
< Reference example >
FIG. 7 is a perspective view of a neck strap of a reference example related to the present invention. In this reference example, the male and female members of the connector 2A in the above embodiment have the same shape.
[0022]
Each member 6 (6a, 6b) includes a tip portion 61 (61a, 61b) and a base portion 62 (62a, 62b), and is fixed with the strap tape 3A sandwiched between the base portions 62 (62a, 62b). The distal end portion 61 (61a, 61b) of each member has a pin 63 (63a, 63b) and also has a pin accommodating portion 64 (64a, 64b) for accommodating the pin 63 (63a, 63b). The base 62 (62a, 62b) is made of resin and embeds the tape 3A.
[0023]
At the time of engagement, the pin 63a of the first member and the pin accommodating portion 64b of the second member are engaged, and the pin 63b of the second member and the pin accommodating portion 64a of the first member are engaged.
[0024]
Other structural points that are not clearly described as reference examples are the same as those in the above-described embodiment.
[0025]
【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention , the following effects can be obtained.
(1) Since the conventional neck strap connector is located on the neck on the back of the wearer, it appears as a force to bite into the neck when the load is applied as described above. This problem was solved because it did not touch the neck.
(2) In the conventional neck strap connector, since the male and female members are in a straight line, it has not been able to follow the natural curve. The problem was also solved.
[0026]
If the conventional neck strap connector is engaged in the opposite direction to the original direction, the identification card connected to the neck strap may be turned over, but according to the present invention , Since the top and bottom are asymmetrical, they cannot be engaged in the direction opposite to the original direction.
[0027]
Furthermore, according to the reference example of the present application, since the male and female members have the same shape, only one manufacturing mold is required. Therefore, it can contribute to the reduction of manufacturing cost.
