【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a drilling machine for a concrete foundation that drills a long distance into a concrete foundation with high accuracy in order to accurately cut a concrete foundation provided with a large structure using a wire saw.
[0002]
[Prior art]
When dismantling a large structure fixed on a concrete foundation, the structure provided on the concrete foundation is divided and disassembled to shorten the dismantling process. In order to further shorten the process in such a state, in order to remove the part of the structure fixed to the concrete foundation from the concrete foundation, it is necessary to cut the structure between the concrete foundation and the structure. There is.
Regarding the dismantling of large structures, Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2000-59109 discloses a method for repairing a blast furnace. In this repair method, a plurality of concrete foundations for a blast furnace are separated in order to separate the structure from the concrete foundation. A through hole is opened in the horizontal direction, and a wire saw is inserted into the through hole to cut the foundation between the through holes. And it is described that a core boring apparatus (core boring machine) can be used as a through-hole drilling means.
As an example of a core boring machine that drills a through hole in a concrete foundation, one having a configuration described in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2000-87777 is disclosed.
[0003]
This core boring machine has a built-in rotation mechanism part, a machine body movable along a guide bar, a core connected to the rotation shaft of the rotation mechanism part of the machine body, and a hollow bit (core bit) attached to the tip. A tube, a base plate arranged orthogonally to the guide bar at the tip end position of the guide bar, a first guide pipe fixed in advance to a predetermined drilling position, a first guide pipe that is fixed through the base plate and guides through the
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the conventional core boring machine still has the following problems to be solved.
Even if this machine body can be installed at a right angle to the perforated portion of the surface of the concrete foundation, the through hole cannot be formed with high accuracy by straightness due to non-uniform concrete strength, embedded metal (bar arrangement) in the perforated portion, and the like. This depends on the piercing force of the hollow bit, but the distance of the pierced hole extends to several tens of meters. As a result, the through hole cannot be horizontally or straightly moved. For this reason, when a wire saw is inserted through the through hole and the concrete foundation is cut, the cut surface is cut in a deformed state. When such a situation occurs, the structure cannot be pulled out, so it is necessary to divide the structure into small blocks, which increases the number of work steps required to divide the concrete foundation, and the construction period cannot be shortened. It was. In addition, if the cut surface is deformed, it is necessary to repair the cut surface flatly, but it takes a long time to repair in a narrow space, and repair is very difficult. It was necessary to design according to the surface, and cost and time were required.
[0005]
The present invention has been made in view of such circumstances, and provides a concrete foundation drilling machine capable of accurately forming long through holes formed for cutting a foundation such as concrete through a wire saw. Objective.
