Description

BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
For a more detailed description of the present invention, reference will now be made to the accompanying drawings.
First Embodiment FIGS. 1 to 3 show a toe portion 10 of a sock according to a first embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 1 is a longitudinal sectional view of the toe portion 10, and FIG. FIG. 3 is a side view of the toe part 10 and FIG. 3 is a side view when the toe part 10 is mounted. Since other parts are common to FIG. 10, this common part is shown in FIG. 10 and FIG. This will be described using the attached symbols.
In this embodiment, the bulging part 11 is formed in the intermediate part of the toe part 10 continuously formed in the front-end | tip part of the cylindrical knitting part 2, It is characterized by the above-mentioned.
The toe part 10 is braided into a generally flat cylindrical body by a sole part 10a covering the lower part of the toes and an upper part 10b covering the upper part of the toes.
In the present embodiment, the bulging portion 11 is formed at the middle portion of the sole 10a in the longitudinal direction of the toes, and the braiding position is kept constant when the sole 10a is knitted. In the held state, the knitting needle is formed by gradually decreasing and then increasing gradually.
Further, the bulging portion 11 is formed to have a substantially arc shape protruding downward.
In the sock according to the present embodiment configured as described above, when the toe is inserted into the toe part 10 when the sock is attached, the toe part 10 is extended in the front-rear direction and the up-down direction by the toes. It deforms as follows.
And since the swelling part 11 is formed in the said sole part 10a, as shown in FIG. 3, the sole part 10a deform | transforms according to the toe | toe inserted.
Therefore, when the toes are inserted into the toe portion 10, the insertion resistance is reduced, a good wearing feeling is obtained, and the amount of extension at the bulging portion 11 is small after wearing. The tightening force to be applied is reduced, and as a result, the feeling of tightening is reduced and a comfortable wearing feeling is obtained.
On the other hand, although the example in which the bulging portion 11 is formed to have a substantially arc shape has been shown, it can be replaced with a trapezoidal bulging portion 12 as shown in FIG. 4 (a). .
Further, as shown in FIG. 4 (b), the bulging portion 11 can be formed so as to gradually become thinner from the thumb side toward the little finger side. As a bulging part that matches the shape of the, the feeling of wearing and the feeling of tightening are further improved.
Further, these bulging portions 11 and 12 can be formed not only on the sole portion 10a but also on the upper portion 10b as shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, and only the upper portion 10b. It is also possible to form it.
Further, like the toe part indicated by reference numeral 13 in FIG. 7, the toe part 13 is composed of a first insertion part 14 into which the toe thumb is inserted and a second insertion part 15 into which the other toes are inserted. It is also possible to form the bulging portion 11 in each of the first insertion portion 14 and the second insertion portion 15 as shown in FIG.
In this way, by dividing the toe portion 13 into the first insertion portion 14 and the second insertion portion 15, the toe portion 13 is sandwiched between the thumb and the index finger, so that the toe portion 13 and the toes And the feeling of wearing is enhanced.
Further, like the toe part indicated by reference numeral 16 in FIG. 9, the toe part 16 is divided into first to fifth insertion parts 17 to 21 corresponding to each finger of the toes, and is shown in the figure. However, it is also possible to form a bulge part in each of these insertion parts 17-21.
With such a configuration, while maintaining the above-described wearing feeling, it is possible to independently cover each finger of the toes to eliminate stuffiness and to enhance the refreshing feeling when wearing.
And when the insertion parts 17-21 corresponding to each finger of a toe are formed, the insertion resistance to each finger will be increased. In the present invention, however, a bulging part is provided for each insertion part 17-21. Since it is formed, the above-described insertion resistance is reduced, and smooth mounting becomes possible.
Furthermore, the above-mentioned insertion part can be an insertion part that wraps any finger, such as wrapping from the index finger to the ring finger.
The above-described tubular knitting portion 2 can be variously changed such as a shape covering up to the calf, a shape covering up to the ankle, or a shape covering up to the lower part of the ankle.
[Industrial applicability]
As described above, according to the present invention, when the toe is inserted into the toe portion by providing the bulge portion along the up and down direction of the toe in the middle portion of the toe portion covering the toe, The toe part is deformed along the toes without difficulty by the bulging part, and as a result, the toes can be smoothly inserted during wearing, and after the wearing, there is a margin around the toes by the bulging part. It is possible to avoid excessive tightening feeling.
