本発明は、化粧品等のクリーム状物を収納させた合成樹脂製チューブ容器に関する。

【従来の技術】
広く知られているように、従来のチューブ容器は、胴部上端から肩部を介して収納物取り出し用のノズル兼用の口頸部を起立し、該口頸部にキャップを着脱自在に嵌合させていた。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
上記従来のチューブ容器の場合は、胴部の圧搾によって収納物を押し出して使用するが、肩部は剛性が高いために圧搾が困難であり、このため口頸部および肩部内にかなりの収納物を残したまま廃棄することとなるものであった。

本発明は、上記収納物注出用の口頸部に該当するノズルのほか、容器内収納物が殆どなくなったとき、上記ノズル部分除去によって大口径の口部を形成し、該口部利用によってノズル下端内に残った収納物を取り出し、使用できるよう設けたものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
第１の手段として、弾性圧搾可能な胴部２上端から口頸部３を起立する合成樹脂製のチューブ容器本体１と、
上記口頸部３外面へ、口頸部上端開口面を密閉するノズル６付きの第１頂壁７外周部から垂設した、第１周壁８を嵌合させたキャップ本体５と、
上記ノズル６の上端開口面を閉塞する第２頂壁12外周から、上記第１頂壁７の外周部上面へ載置させて第２周壁13を垂下し、該第２周壁の後部と第１周壁８の後部とを肉薄ヒンジ14で連結した補助蓋11とからなり、
上記キャップ本体５と補助蓋11とを合成樹脂材で一体成形し、
上記口頸部３の外面に凹溝４を周設すると共に、該凹溝内へ強制離脱可能に嵌合させた嵌合突条９を上記第１周壁８の内面ヘ周設した。

【発明の実施の形態】
本発明容器は、チューブ容器本体１，キャップ本体５および補助蓋11からなり、チューブ容器本体１は、下端を押し潰して熱溶着した弾性圧搾可能な胴部２上端から肩部を介して口頸部３を起立し、かつ該口頸部の下部外面に凹溝４を周設している。

キャップ本体５は、上記口頸部３の上端開口を密閉するノズル６付きの第１頂壁７を有し、該頂壁の外周部下面から、内外両周壁8a, 8bで形成した第１周壁８を垂下し、かつ図２のように、該第１周壁の内周壁8a下端内面に嵌合突条９を周設して、該嵌合突条を上記凹溝４内へ強制離脱可能に嵌合させている。図示例では、図２が示すように、内周壁8a後部の嵌合突条９部分を切欠き10して、凹溝４から嵌合突条９を強制離脱させ易いよう設けている。

補助蓋11は、第２頂壁12の外周から、上記キャップ本体の第１頂壁７外周部上面へ載置させて第２周壁13を垂下すると共に、該第２周壁の後部下端と上記第１周壁８の後部下端とを肉薄ヒンジ14で連結し、又第２頂壁11の前部から垂下した嵌合筒部15の内面を上記ノズル６の外面に着脱自在に嵌合させて、その嵌合筒部15の上端が囲む第２頂壁部分で上記ノズル６の上端開口面を閉塞している。

本発明容器は、補助蓋11を開蓋させ、かつチューブ容器本体の胴部２を弾性圧搾することで、収納クリーム状物をノズル６から押し出して使用する。又収納クリーム状物が残り僅かとなって、口頸部および肩部内のクリーム状物が押し出し不能となったならば、図３が示すように、補助蓋11を開蓋させ、かつ該補助蓋を握持部として利用してキャップ本体５の後部を引き上げ、凹溝４内から嵌合突条９を強制離脱させて第１周壁８の内周壁8aを口頸部３から引き抜くことで、口頸部上面を開口させて、指ないしヘラ等を用いてクリーム状物を取り出す。又クリーム状物を使い残した場合は、キャップ本体第１周壁８の内周壁8aを口頸部３外面に再嵌合させて、口頸部の上面を閉塞させる。

【発明の効果】
本発明は、チューブ容器本体口頸部３の外面へ凹溝４を周設すると共に、該凹溝内へ強制離脱可能に嵌合させた嵌合突条９をキャップ本体第１周壁８の内面ヘ周設したから、胴部２を圧搾することで収納クリーム状物を押し出すことができなくなったとき、キャップ本体５を引き上げて、該キャップ本体の第１周壁９を口頸部３から引き抜くことで、該口頸部の上面を開口させることができ、よって、押し出し不能なクリーム状物を簡単に取り出して使用でき、又キャップ本体の第１周壁８後部と補助蓋の第２周壁12後部とを肉薄ヒンジ14で連結したから、図３のように、補助蓋11を開蓋させ、かつ該補助蓋を握持部兼用として利用して、キャップ本体５の後部を引き上げることで、第１周壁８を口頸部３外面から容易に引き抜くことができ、かつキャップ本体５と補助蓋11をチューブ容器本体から分別して廃棄する場合に便利であり、又別途握持部を形成する場合に比して構造が簡単で容易に作製でき、更に、キャップ本体第１周壁８を口頸部３外面に嵌合させることで、口頸部の上面を簡単に再閉塞できる。
