Description

【0001】

The second suction tool 10 to which the suction head 40 is connected is detachably attached to the first suction tool 11. The second suction tool 10 is attached to and detached from the first suction tool 11 by depressing the operation lever 13 provided in the first suction tool 11 so that the holding state of the holding tool 12 that holds the second suction tool 10 is released. 2 The suction tool 10 can be detached from the first suction tool 11, a narrow place can be cleaned using the second suction tool 10, and the second suction tool 10 is placed in the holder 12 and lightly pressed. The second suction tool 10 is attached to the first suction tool 11, and the surface to be cleaned can be efficiently cleaned using the first suction tool 11.
[0011]
As shown in FIGS. 3A, 3B, and 3C, the second suction tool 10 has a lower side surface that is a mounting direction surface to the first suction tool 11 formed in an arc shape, and an arc in the arc axis direction. A raised cloth (raised body) 14 is attached to the apex portion, a lower surface intake port 15 is opened on both sides thereof, and the raised cloth 14 is also attached to each side. In addition, in the state where the tip suction port 16 communicating with a suction port 23 of the first suction tool 11 described later is opened on the tip side and the second suction tool 10 is detached from the first suction tool 11, FIG. As shown, the tip opening 16 is closed by a spring-biased lid 18 leaving a part on the lower surface side. Reference numeral 17 denotes a pair of left and right power supply contacts for power supply connection to an electric motor 21 that rotationally drives a rotary brush provided on the first suction tool 11 described later, and the wiring lead wire from the cleaner body 7 is a hose 6. The power supply unit 19 provided in the connecting pipe 9 is wired to the tip of the extension pipe 2 through the hand handle 4 and the extension pipe 2 and when the second suction tool 10 is connected to the extension pipe 2 by the connection pipe 9. Is electrically connected to the distal end wiring of the extension pipe 2, and the inside of the second suction tool 10 is wired from the power feeding portion 19 to the power feeding contact 17.
[0012]
The raised cloth 14 is formed by densely raising fine hairs on the sheet surface. The raised cloth 14 seals both sides of the lower surface intake port 15 to improve the dust sucking ability from the lower surface intake port 15, and the movement of the second suction tool 10. Accordingly, the dust in the recesses is scraped out, the dust on the cleaning surface is guided to the lower surface intake port 15, and the effect of wiping the cleaning surface is exhibited. The brushed cloth 14 is most desirable to be applied to the second suction tool 10, but a brush, felt or the like having the same shape can also be used.
[0013]
In addition, in the structure of a present Example, although the lower surface inlet 15 of the 2nd suction tool 10 is provided in 2 rows, it is provided in 1 row at the vertex part of a circular arc, and the raising cloth 14 is arrange | positioned on the both sides. It can also be configured as follows.
[0014]
As shown in FIG. 5, the first suction tool 11 is configured as a so-called power nozzle, and a rotary brush 20 having a brush, a blade, or the like attached to a rotary shaft is rotationally driven by an electric motor 21, and dust from a carpet or the like. It has a function to scrape off. Power supply to the electric motor 21 is performed by mounting the second suction tool 10, so that a pair of power supply contacts 17 disposed on the second suction tool 10 are paired with power reception contacts disposed on the first suction tool 11. 22 by sliding contact. Here, when the second suction tool 10 is removed from the first suction tool 11, the power reception contact 22 is separated from the power supply contact 17, the supply of power to the electric motor 21 is stopped, and the rotation of the rotary brush 20 is stopped. When the second suction tool 10 is attached to the first suction tool 11 again, power is supplied to the electric motor 21 and the rotating brush 20 starts rotating. As described above, the rotation of the rotary brush 20 is stopped by the operation of removing the second suction tool 10 from the first suction tool 11, so that the next operation can be smoothly performed, and the rotary brush 20 of the removed first suction tool 11 is cleaned. It doesn't hurt the surface.
[0015]
The power supply contact 17 provided on the second suction tool 10 and the power reception contact 22 provided on the first suction tool 11 are attached at positions where the second suction tool 10 in front of the rotation connecting means 8 does not rotate. Contacts can be securely connected and durability can be improved.
[0016]
The first suction tool 11 is provided with a wide suction part 24 in which a horizontally long suction port 23 accommodating the rotating brush 20 is formed, and a running part 25 projecting rearward from the central part thereof, and the planar shape is T. As shown in FIG. 6, a second suction tool storage recess 26 is formed on the upper surface side from the rear end of the running portion 25 to the suction portion 24. A communication port 27 communicating with the suction port 23 is opened on the front side in the second suction tool storage recess 26, and when the second suction tool 10 is attached to the second suction tool storage recess 26, the second suction tool The lid 18 of the tip inlet 16 formed in 10 opens, and the communication port 27 and the tip inlet 16 communicate with each other to form an air flow path to the cleaner body 7.
[0017]
FIG. 7 is a cross-sectional view showing a state in which the second suction tool 10 is attached to the first suction tool 11, and when the second suction tool 10 is attached to the first suction tool 11, the inside of the second suction tool storage recess 26. Opening / closing operation rib (tip air inlet opening / closing means) 28 projecting from the front side to the rear side of the second member 10 rotates the lid body 18 that partially closes the front air inlet 16 of the second suction tool 10 by a spring bias. Then, as shown in the figure, the lid 18 is opened against the biasing of the spring, the tip air inlet 16 is fully opened, and an air flow path from the inlet 23 to the connecting pipe 9 is formed. In addition, since the lower suction port 15 of the second suction tool 10 is blocked by the bottom surface of the second suction tool storage recess 26, when the second suction tool 10 is attached to the first suction tool 11, Only the intake air is used, and the dust suction capability of the first suction tool 11 is not impaired.
[0018]
As shown in FIG. 6, the second suction tool storage recess 26 formed in the first suction tool 11 is formed to a depth substantially equal to the height direction dimension of the second suction tool 10. When the second suction tool 10 is accommodated, as shown in FIGS. 2B and 7, the second suction tool 10 only slightly protrudes from the upper surface of the first suction tool 11, so that the A flat first suction tool 11 into which the first suction tool 11 can be inserted can be configured. Further, the height of the first suction tool 11 can be reduced by providing small turning wheels 36 on both sides of the second suction tool storage recess 26 as shown in FIG.
[0019]
The second suction tool 10 can be detached from the first suction tool 11 when the operation lever 13 provided in the first suction tool 11 is pushed downward (stepped on with a foot tip). As shown in FIG. 4, the lid 18 provided at the tip intake port 16 is not pressed by the opening / closing operation rib (tip intake port opening / closing means) 28. Close the intake port 16. At this time, by setting the vertical dimension of the lid 18 to be smaller than the opening height dimension of the tip intake port 16, a state in which the tip intake port 16 is partially closed while the lower portion is open is obtained. Further, since the lower surface intake port 15 is in an open state, an air flow path is formed below the front end intake port 16 and from the plurality of lower surface intake ports 15 to the connecting pipe 9, and the dust collection function by the second suction tool 10 is obtained. .
[0020]
Next, the attachment / detachment structure of the second suction tool 10 with respect to the first suction tool 11 will be described with reference to FIGS. 8 and 9.
[0021]
8 and 9, a holding tool (second suction tool attaching / detaching means) 12 is disposed in the second suction tool storage recess 26 formed in the first suction tool 11 so as to follow the cross-sectional shape thereof. Yes. The holder 12 is connected to a pair of left and right at the hinge portion at the center, and can be switched between a released state shown in FIG. 8 and a gripping state shown in FIG. 9, and the operation is performed by depressing the operation lever 13. The release state shown in FIG. 8, that is, the second suction tool 10 is detached, and the second suction tool 10 is pushed into the holding tool 12, whereby the gripping state shown in FIG. 9, that is, the mounting state of the second suction tool 10. It can be.
[0022]
In the detached state shown in FIG. 8, the holding tool 12 is in a state where it is unfolded from the central hinge portion to the left and right. Since the pressing member 29 is pressed and lowered while the raised cloth 14 at the arc side surface apex portion of the second suction tool 10 is divided and disposed in the front and rear (see FIG. 3), the holding tool 12 is the bottom surface of the second suction tool storage recess 26. As shown in FIG. 9, the second suction tool 10 is gripped so as to wrap around the suction head 40 portion. As the pressing member 29 is lowered, the drive member 32 connected thereto pushes down one end of the rod 30 pivotally supported by the support member 31, so that the operation lever 13 provided at the other end of the rod 30 is shown in FIG. So that it goes up. The pressing member 29, the rod 30, the support member 31, and the driving member 32 constitute a second suction tool attaching / detaching means 38 together with the holding tool 12.
[0023]
In order to secure the mounting state of the second suction tool 10 by the holding tool 12, as shown in the figure, locking pins 33 that are biased outward are provided on both side surfaces of the second suction tool 10. When the locking recess 34 is formed in the holding tool 12 correspondingly, when the second suction tool 10 is pushed into the holding tool 12, the locking pin 33 is fitted into the locking recess 34, and the first suction tool Thus, a stable mounting state of the second suction tool with respect to 11 is obtained. The holding tool 12 is formed with a raised cloth storage recess 35 for receiving the raised cloth 14 provided in the second suction tool 10, and the raised cloth 14 is crushed when the second suction tool 10 is attached. The function is prevented from being damaged.
[0024]
To release the second suction tool 10 from the mounting state of the second suction tool 10 with respect to the first suction tool 11 shown in FIG. 9, when the operation lever 13 in the raised position is pushed down, the rod 30 uses the support member 31 as a fulcrum. Since it rotates and pushes up the hinge part of the holder 12 by the drive member 32, the second suction tool 10 is pushed up by the pressing member 29 at the same time as the holder 12 is opened, and the second suction tool 10 is lifted from the first suction tool 11. Can be withdrawn.
[0025]
As described above, the second suction tool 10 is provided with the rotation connecting portion 8 that rotatably connects the intake head 40 and the connecting pipe 9 in the rotation direction, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 7. Thus, in the state where the second suction tool 10 is mounted on the first suction tool 11, as shown in FIG. 1, corresponding to the raising and lowering of the hand handle 4 connected to the connection pipe 9 via the extension pipe 2, When the connecting pipe 9 is rotated up and down with respect to the rotating connecting portion 8 to move the hand handle 4, that is, when a handle operation is performed to change the direction of the first suction tool 11 to the left or right direction, Since the movement of rotating the hand handle 4 in the course direction is naturally made, when turning force is applied to the rotation connecting portion 8, the rotation connecting portion 8 exists on the rear side of the first suction tool 11. movement first suction tool 11 is rotated acts in the rotational direction, smoothly first suction tool 1 Change of course is made.
[0026]
In a state where the second suction tool 10 is detached from the first suction tool 11, it becomes difficult to handle when the second suction tool 10 moves in the rotation direction. Dynamic locking means can be provided. The rotation direction rotation locking means is provided with a spring-biased locking member, and when the second suction tool 10 is mounted on the first suction tool 11, the locking provided on the first suction tool 11 side. When the release member is configured to remove the locking member from the locked state of rotation in the rotation direction against the spring bias, the rotation in the rotation direction is performed when the second suction tool 10 is attached to the first suction tool 11. Since the locking means does not function, the first suction tool 11 can be freely rotated in the vertical direction and the rotation direction. When the second suction tool 10 is detached from the first suction tool 11, the rotation direction rotation locking means functions. Thus, the rotation of the second suction tool 10 in the rotation direction can be locked.
[0027]
When the vacuum cleaner 1 using the suction tool 3 having the above-described configuration is in a state in which the second suction tool 10 is mounted on the first suction tool 11, the wide first suction tool 11 is similar to a general vacuum cleaner. The surface to be cleaned can be efficiently cleaned, and if the operation lever 13 is stepped on as necessary to clean a narrow place or stairs where the first suction tool 11 does not enter, the first suction can be performed without bending the waist. Since the second suction tool 10 can be detached from the tool 11 and the second suction tool 10 can be cleaned, the troublesome work of changing the tip nozzle is eliminated. Moreover, since the 1st suction tool 11 which removed the 2nd suction tool 10 exists in a to-be-cleaned surface, if the 2nd suction tool 10 is arbitrarily pushed in into the 1st suction tool 11, it can change to floor cleaning immediately. it can.
[0028]
When the second suction tool 10 is used in a state of being detached from the first suction tool 11, the forming surface of the lower surface intake port 15 is formed in an arc shape, so that the cleaning surface is schematically illustrated in FIG. 10. In particular, as shown in FIG. 10 (b), the intake air from the lower surface intake port 15 acts on the corners of the wall and furniture to collect dust at the corners. Can be removed. Further, as described above, the tip suction port 16 of the second suction tool 10 is closed by the lid 18 while leaving the lower side when detached from the first suction tool 11, so that the opening area of the tip suction port 16 is reduced. As a result, the intake air flow rate increases and opens on the side closer to the cleaning surface, so that the second suction tool 10 can also obtain a dust collecting effect from the front end side, and can be cleaned in a wider range. The front intake port 16 may be configured to close the entire opening area by the lid 18 to increase the intake capacity from the lower intake port 15.
[0029]
Further, when the second suction tool 10 is attached to the first suction tool 11 by operating the hand handle 4, there is a small turning wheel 36 on the rear side of the first suction tool 11, and the first suction is performed with the small turning wheel 36 as a fulcrum. A small turning wheel 36 is disposed behind the rotation fulcrum of the rotation connecting portion 8 provided in the second suction tool 10 so that the tool 11 does not stand up or run forward.
[0030]
Moreover, the suction tool 3 which comprises the structure of a present Example can also be applied to the vacuum cleaner called the hand cleaner which attached the suction tool with the short pipe line to the small vacuum cleaner main body with a hand handle, and as a hand cleaner Can improve the function.
[0031]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, the second suction tool is detachably connected to the first suction tool so that the cleaning operation using each suction tool can be stably performed, and safety and usability are improved. Can be provided.
