Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention is a surface decoration product in which the surface of a base material made of plastic, metal, wood, glass, ceramics, etc. is coated, and the appearance is beautiful with the color and texture of the painted surface (coating surface), and its coating. It relates to the decoration method.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Coating generally has protective effects such as rust prevention, anticorrosion, and weather resistance improvement, improvement of surface hardness and heat resistance, or improvement of physical properties and functions such as imparting electrical insulation and conductivity, and the paint surface has The main purpose is to decorate the appearance with color and texture (texture). Especially for metal products and wood products, it is one of the most important decoration methods to add desired color and texture to the surface. One.
[0003]
On the other hand, for plastic products in which the molding material itself can be colored to the desired color and textured, such as irregularities, can be applied with a molding die, painting is essentially not necessary. Rather than as a surface finish required for metal and wood products (beautification of the appearance), painting was mainly used as an alternative means of printing patterns and marks.
[0004]
Recently, however, the range of use of plastic products has significantly increased, and not only electronic equipment such as home appliances and office automation equipment, but also interior and exterior parts of automobiles have been reduced in weight and improved in formability. Accordingly, the demand for coating plastic products for the purpose of only the decorative effect of beautifying the appearance has increased remarkably.
[0005]
In particular, for interior parts of automobiles, there is a demand for high-quality decorative painting that combines appearance quality that creates a comfortable living space in the vehicle and novelty that satisfies the individualization orientation of users.
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the case of painting, the type and number of paints used are limited, and there are restrictions on how to paint, so that a complex design can be created by combining many colors and motifs as in printing. It is not easy to impart a novel and high-class color and texture to the coating film.
[0007]
In particular, in the case of mechanical coating in which paint is sprayed by a coating machine, it is impossible to impart a three-dimensional effect by undulating the coating film with a brush or a roll, as in the case of spicule coating, and the variation in texture is limited.
[0008]
For building ceilings and walls, spray cereal paint with coarse lime powder or silica powder mixed with cement powder, as well as spicule paint, with a mortar gun of 3 to 5 mm in diameter. However, these coatings are not applicable to the surface finishing of industrial products such as automobiles, home appliances, and electronic devices because the texture of the coating film is too rough.
[0009]
In addition, as a painting means to add texture to the surface of industrial products, hammer tone painting that makes a three-dimensional pattern appear in a flat state by spraying a paint containing silicon resin with a spray gun and hitting it with a hammer, There are cracking paint that sprays cracking enamel on the intermediate coating film and causes cracks in the coating film, and chirimene paint that causes fine shrinkage on the surface of the coating film. It is used for surface finishing of optical machines and metal lockers, and hammer tone coating is also common as surface finishing for machine tools and the like, and lacks novelty and lacks luxury.
[0010]
In addition, metallic paints that show a metallic shine with paints containing glitter materials such as aluminum powder and aluminum flakes, and pearls or rainbows with a paint containing pearl liquid. There is pearl coating, but the monotonous texture that gives the entire coating a uniform metallic luster or pearl luster lacks novelty and may impair the sense of quality depending on the industrial product.
[0011]
Therefore, the present invention uses a glitter paint such as a metallic paint or a pearl paint in which a scaly glitter material is blended as a pigment, and has a novel and high-class feeling by a method different from the conventional metallic paint or pearl paint. The technical challenge is to provide the optimal color and texture for the surface finish of industrial products.
[0012]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention is a surface decoration product in which a part or the whole of the surface is decorated with a coating film of a glittering paint using a scaly glittering material as a pigment, and the dilution of a solvent The low-viscosity paint particles obtained by roughening the glossy paint having a relatively large ratio and the high-viscosity paint particles obtained by coarsening the bright paint having a relatively low solvent dilution ratio are mixed with each other. And a coating film is formed that shows a spotted pattern in which the bright part formed by drying and solidifying the low-viscosity paint particles and the dark part formed by drying and solidifying the high-viscosity paint particles are formed. An ink pattern exhibiting an arbitrary pattern is printed on the coating film.
[0013]
In the process of decorating the surface of the present invention, the low-viscosity paint particles and the high-viscosity paint particles of the glitter paint that are mixed and applied to the surface of the surface decorate in the process of shrinking the volume by evaporation of the solvent and drying and solidifying. Since the low-viscosity paint particles with a large dilution ratio have a large volume shrinkage rate, the volume shrinkage action causes the scaly glittering material contained in the paint particles to flow in a direction parallel to the coating surface. Since it is in a state of being arranged horizontally like scales, the reflectance of light is large and the concealing power of the coating surface is also large, so that the bright and bright bright part is formed.
[0014]
On the other hand, high-viscosity paint particles with a small solvent dilution ratio have a small volume shrinkage rate, so that the scale-like glittering material does not flow at the time of volume shrinkage, and is in a direction parallel to the coating surface. Since there are few, the reflectance of light and the concealment power of a coating surface are small, and it becomes a dark brilliant dark part.
[0015]
As a result, the paint film coated with a mixture of low-viscosity paint particles and high-viscosity paint particles of glitter paint shows a novel spotted pattern with a mixture of bright and dark areas, and at the same time, The brightness of the dark area and the light reflection change slightly depending on the viewing angle, and the change and contrast of light and darkness combine to reveal an apparent unevenness in a flat state. Brew.
[0016]
Furthermore, by printing an ink pattern having an arbitrary pattern on the coating film, a composite pattern in which the ink pattern and a ground pattern composed of a spotted pattern in which bright and dark parts are mixed is overlapped. Appears to have a deeper and more luxurious appearance.
[0017]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Embodiments of the present invention will be specifically described below with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is a cross-sectional view showing an example of a surface decorative article according to the present invention, FIG. 2 is a plan view showing the appearance of a coating film of glitter paint formed on the surface of the surface decoration article, and FIG. FIG. 4 is a schematic view showing an example, FIG. 4 is a plan view showing an example of an ink pattern printed on a coating film of a glittering paint, and FIG. 5 is a plan view showing the appearance of a surface decorative article on which the ink pattern is printed, FIG. 6 is a plan view showing a modified example of the ink pattern, FIG. 7 is a plan view showing the appearance of the surface decorative product on which the ink pattern is printed, and FIG. 8 is a cross-sectional view showing a modified example of the surface decorated product.
[0018]
For example, as shown in FIG. 1, the surface decoration product of the present invention is provided with a

At least two glitter paints for forming the coating film 4 having different solvent dilution ratios are prepared. For example, as shown in FIG. 3, a glitter paint having a relatively large solvent dilution ratio is applied to the

As a result, the coating film 4 reveals a spotted pattern 10 in which a bright portion X formed by drying and solidifying the low

That is, since the low-
[0022]
On the other hand, since the high-viscosity paint particles 9 have a small solvent dilution ratio and a small volume shrinkage, the degree of flow of the glittering material 3 is small, and the glittering material 3 that is oriented parallel to the coating surface is small. The coating 4 is a dark and low-brilliant dark portion Y, and the dark portion Y and the bright portion X are intermingled with each other, and a novel spotted pattern 10 having a bright and dark contrast as shown in FIG. 2 appears. It is formed.
[0023]
In addition, the bright and dark portions X and Y that make up the mottled pattern 10 are combined with the contrast of light and dark and the visual effect of subtle changes in the degree of brightness and the degree of light reflection depending on the viewing angle. Appears in a flat state, creating a depth and luxury to the entire exterior.
[0024]
In order to make the spotted pattern 10 appear with the contrast of brightness between the bright part X and the dark part Y, the bright paint coarsened by the
[0025]
Bright paints include uncolored silver, colored silver gray, gold, blue, red, yellow, violet, etc., but they can be prepared in the same or a single color or mixed color paint with a large and small solvent dilution ratio. Alternatively, for example, two colors of silver having a large solvent dilution ratio and gold having a small solvent dilution ratio may be prepared.
[0026]
Further, the glittering material 3 to be blended in the glittering paint is not limited to metallic pigments such as aluminum powder, aluminum flakes obtained by chopping aluminum foil, and vaporized flakes obtained by chopping vacuum deposited foil, and mica pieces are coated with titanium dioxide. Pearl pigments such as titanium mica may be used.
[0027]
Further, the glittering material content (PWC) of the paint used for general metallic coating is about 10% by weight of the total amount of the paint, but if it is at least 1% by weight, a metallic feeling can be obtained, and 20% by weight. % Or less, the coating film performance is not impaired, so the content of the glitter material 3 of each glittering paint coarsened by the
[0028]
The means for simultaneously coarsening two or more glittering paints is not limited to using two or more coating machines as shown in FIG. 3, but two or more paint spray nozzles or paint supply nozzles are provided in one coating machine. It may be a side effect.
[0029]
The degree of coarsening of the glitter paint is such that the average particle diameter of the
[0030]
Next, the ink pattern 5 to be printed on the coating film 4 of glitter paint by hydraulic transfer is, for example, the black cypress pattern t shown in FIG. 4 or the red, blue, and yellow cloud pattern s 1 shown in FIG. An ink pattern 5 having a s 2 , s 3 and green grass leaf pattern p and having a herringbone pattern t as shown in FIG. 4 is printed on the coating film 4 of FIG. Then, the ink pattern 5 and the spotted pattern 10 of the coating film 4 overlap each other, and a composite pattern as shown in FIG. 5 appears.
[0031]
The composite pattern in FIG. 5 is a combination of the Sugaya pattern t of the ink pattern 5 and the silver-gray background color of the coating film 4 and exhibits a neat and calm appearance similar to Tweed, a traditional English fabric. At the same time, a visual effect such as contrast of light and darkness and a change in brightness of the spotted pattern 10 on which the coating film 4 appears is added to give an elegant and luxurious appearance with depth and stereoscopic effect.
[0032]
Also, an ink pattern 5 having colored patterns s 1 , s 2 , s 3, and p as shown in FIG. 6 is printed on the coating film 4 of FIG. 2 made of an uncolored silver or silver gray glitter paint. The surface decorations that show a synthetic pattern like 7 are silver foil multi-colored assorted with a glaze for coloring on a silver foil ground by baking a silver foil wound around the surface of the base material. It has a brilliant appearance that is often mistaken for Cloisonne ware.
[0033]
That is, the texture and color of the coating film 4 that reveals the silver spotted pattern 10 are similar to the cloisonne baked silver foil, and the colored pattern s 1 , s 2 , s 3 and p are formed on the coating film 4. The ink pattern 5 is very similar to the case where the glaze for coloring is placed on the silver foil and baked, so the surface decoration in Fig. 7 is a cloisonne ware product with multicolored silver foil. Appears very similar to. Therefore, according to the present invention, there is an excellent effect that it is possible to mass-produce high-quality surface decoration products that can be used as substitutes for cloisonne ware products that are expensive and difficult to mass-produce.
[0034]
In addition, although the ink pattern 5 is directly printed on the surface of the coating film 4 of the glitter paint, the surface decoration product of FIG. 1 is not limited to this, and for example, as shown in FIG. The surface of 4 may be formed by forming a clear transparent or colored
[0035]
In this case, both the patterns 10 and 5 are formed so as to overlap each other because the
