本発明によるダクトレス天井構造は、所定の間隔で平行に設置された梁を備えたリブ付スラブ、該リブ付スラブの平行な梁間に掛け渡した照明反射板、該照明反射板とリブ付スラブの梁とで構成され交互に給還路を形成するダクト部及び該ダクト部と連通し該照明反射板と梁との間に配置されるスリット部とから構成され、前記照明反射板を梁の下端部よりも上部に設置し、該梁の下端部を室内に突出させる態様で前記照明反射板を梁間に掛け渡したことを特徴としており、天井面を露出させたリブ付スラブの平行な梁間と天井面を形成させる照明反射板とで、給還気ダクトとして活用すると共に化粧仕上げ材を省略して、梁型を仕上げとして見せるデザインにすることによって、長手方向に従来を越える長さの無柱空間を実現させながら階高も抑制している。
