Description

The present invention relates to a mirror in which the latent pattern is projected onto a screen when projected onto the screen, and a method of manufacturing such a mirror.
BACKGROUND ART This type of mirror is generally called a magic mirror. The mirror surface of the magic mirror is macroscopically the same as an ordinary mirror, it is flat and can display images normally, but the mirror surface of the magic mirror has the potential due to minute depressions that cannot be directly recognized by the naked eye. Since the pattern is formed, when a light beam such as sunlight is applied to the mirror surface, the light is scattered and converged by this depression, and the latent pattern is projected on the screen.
Traditionally, magic mirrors have been manufactured by hand, which depends exclusively on the experience and intuition of the producer, requiring years and training to acquire manufacturing technology, and can only be manufactured by skilled workers. This takes time and effort, and has caused the problem that mass production is impossible.
In order to solve this problem, the inventor of the present application prepares a stamp having a plan view-shaped blade corresponding to a latent pattern to be formed on the surface (mirror surface) of a metal plate. After forming the latent pattern on the surface (mirror surface) of the metal plate by imprinting a wedge-shaped groove in plan view corresponding to the latent pattern on the back surface (the surface opposite to the mirror surface) of the plate A mirror manufacturing method in which the surface of the metal plate including the latent pattern is formed into a mirror surface has already been proposed (see Japanese Patent Publication No. 7-73557). In this case, the marking blades are arranged in a plan view shape completely corresponding to the latent pattern, and the marking blade portions corresponding to the intersections of the lines in the latent pattern are arranged to intersect each other.
According to this method, it is possible for a press engineer to easily mass-produce magic mirrors of a certain quality without using manual operations by skilled workers as in the prior art.
However, in this method, when a delicate latent pattern is formed on the mirror surface, the reflected light from the mirror surface is projected onto the screen, and in the latent pattern image projected on the screen, the lines intersect each other. It appeared as a black shade, and a clear latent pattern could not be obtained, resulting in a problem that the commercial value of the magic mirror was significantly reduced.
In this case, in order to minimize the appearance of black shading, the protective sheet previously attached to the surface of the metal plate is peeled off in order to protect the surface of the metal plate (the mirror surface). The back surface of the plate needs to be engraved. For this reason, the surface of the metal plate is likely to be damaged by the engraving, and defective products are likely to be produced, resulting in a problem that the production efficiency is extremely deteriorated.
DISCLOSURE OF THE INVENTION Accordingly, the problem of the present invention is that the intersection of lines in the image of the latent pattern projected on the screen appears as a bright image like the other parts, so that the entire latent pattern is clear. It is to provide a mirror that appears on the screen as an image.
Another object of the present invention is to improve the manufacturing efficiency of the magic mirror so that it is not necessary to remove the protective sheet for protecting the mirror surface at the time of manufacturing the magic mirror.
In order to solve this problem, according to the present invention, there is formed a pattern (latent pattern) made of a metal plate, and made of a fine depression that cannot be directly visually recognized on the mirror surface of the metal plate, When a mirror surface is irradiated with light rays and the reflected light is projected onto the screen, the latent pattern is projected onto the screen, and is arranged on the back surface of the metal plate in a shape corresponding to the latent pattern. The latent pattern is formed on the surface of the metal plate by stamping the corresponding shape with a stamping die provided with a cutting blade, and the lines in the latent pattern in the stamping die are formed. There is provided a mirror characterized in that blade portions that generate an intersecting portion are arranged with a gap therebetween without intersecting each other.
According to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the thickness of the metal plate is 0.5 mm to 5 mm, and the gap of the blade portion that causes the intersection of the lines in the latent pattern is equal to the thickness of the metal plate. It has a size of 10% to 50%, and the depth of stamping by the stamping die has a size of 0.5% to 15% of the thickness of the metal plate.
According to another preferred embodiment of the present invention, the cutting edge of the blade in the stamping die has an angle of 10 ° to 45 °.
According to still another preferred embodiment of the present invention, the metal plate is made of stainless steel, copper, iron, brass, gold or silver, or an alloy thereof.
In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, according to the present invention, a pattern (latent pattern) made of a metal plate and formed of a fine depression that cannot be directly visually recognized on the mirror surface of the metal plate is formed, In a method of manufacturing a mirror in which the latent pattern is projected onto the screen when the mirror surface is irradiated with light rays and the reflected light is projected onto the screen, a blade disposed in a shape corresponding to the latent pattern is provided. The metal in which the punching die provided is prepared, the blade portions corresponding to the intersections of the lines in the latent pattern in the punching die are arranged with a gap without crossing each other, and the surface is mirror-finished A method is provided in which the latent pattern is generated on the surface of the metal plate by stamping the corresponding shape on the back surface of the plate by the stamping die.
In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, and according to the present invention, a pattern made of a metal plate, and a fine recess that cannot be directly visually recognized on the mirror surface of the metal plate, is formed on the mirror surface. In a method of manufacturing a mirror in which a light beam is irradiated and the reflected light is projected onto a screen, the pattern is projected onto the screen. In the method of manufacturing a mirror, a stamp provided with a blade arranged in a shape corresponding to the pattern A mold is prepared, and blade portions corresponding to the intersections of the lines in the pattern in the stamping mold are arranged with a gap without crossing each other, and on the back surface of the metal plate, by the stamping mold By providing the corresponding shape, the pattern is generated on the surface of the metal plate, and the entire surface of the metal plate including the pattern is mirror-finished.
According to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the thickness of the metal plate is 0.5 mm to 5 mm, and the gap of the blade portion corresponding to the intersection of the lines in the latent pattern is equal to the thickness of the metal plate.
According to still another preferred embodiment of the present invention, the corresponding shape is stamped on the back surface of the metal plate having a protective sheet adhered to the surface by the stamping die.
According to still another preferred embodiment of the present invention, the metal plate is made of stainless steel, copper, iron, brass, gold or silver, or an alloy thereof.
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION Preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. The mirror manufactured by the method for manufacturing a mirror of the present invention is generally called a magic mirror, is made of a metal plate, a latent pattern is formed on the surface of the metal plate, and the mirror surface is irradiated with light rays. When the reflected light is projected onto a screen such as a wall surface, the latent pattern is projected onto the screen.
According to the mirror manufacturing method of the present invention, the metal plate is preferably made of stainless steel, copper, iron, brass, gold or silver, or an alloy thereof, but is not limited thereto. What is necessary is just to consist of the metal which has suitable hardness. The metal plate shape is not particularly limited, but usually has a disk shape with a diameter of 30 to 100φ. Although the thickness of a metal plate is 0.5 mm-5 mm, it is not limited to this range. Further, the surface of the metal plate (mirror surface) is mirror-finished in advance (preferably, the mirror surface degree is 400 to 800), and the surface of the metal plate is prevented from being scratched. A protective sheet is attached.
Then, a stamping die having a blade arranged in a shape corresponding to the latent pattern is prepared. The stamping die is formed of a suitable metal material and is made of, for example, SKD. The dimensions of the stamping die are selected according to the area of the metal plate and the area of the latent pattern occupied by the metal plate. It is desirable that the stamping type blade has a cutting edge angle of 10 ° to 45 ° and a cutting edge height of 0.8 mm to 1 mm in accordance with the shape corresponding to the latent pattern.
Further, the blade portions corresponding to the intersecting portions of the lines in the latent pattern in the embossing die are arranged with a gap without intersecting each other. FIG. 1 and FIG. 2 are plan views for explaining the correspondence between the intersection of lines in the latent pattern to be formed and the corresponding blade portion in the stamping die. In FIG. 1, (A) shows an example of the intersection of the lines in the latent pattern to be formed, and (B) shows the corresponding blade part. In FIG. 2, (A) shows another example of the intersection of the lines in the latent pattern to be formed, and (B) and (C) show the corresponding blade portions.
When the crossing portion 1 of the line as shown in FIG. 1 (A) is to be formed in the latent pattern, the
The gap of the blade portion corresponding to the intersection of the lines in the latent pattern has a size of 10% to 50% of the thickness of the metal plate.
Then, the corresponding shape is stamped on the back surface of the metal plate by a stamping die. The depth of stamping by the stamping die is 0.5% to 15% of the thickness of the metal plate. The pressure at which the stamping die is pressed against the metal plate at the time of stamping only needs to be large enough to be stamped at a predetermined depth over the entire metal plate, and the material of the metal plate used An appropriate value is selected according to.
By this stamping, a latent pattern is generated on the surface of the metal plate. At this time, although the blade portions do not intersect with each other, in the latent pattern formed on the surface of the metal plate, fine linear depressions that cannot be directly seen with the naked eye intersect with each other, and the corresponding intersections. Part is formed. Thereafter, the protective sheet attached to the surface of the metal plate is peeled off to obtain a magic mirror.

As shown in FIG. 4, the flat part of the mirror surface of the
In the above example, a mirror is manufactured using a metal plate whose surface (mirror surface) has been mirror-finished in advance, but a metal plate that has not been mirror-finished in advance is used and stamped on its back surface. It is also possible to manufacture a mirror by engraving with a mold and generating a latent pattern on the surface, and then finishing the entire surface of the metal plate including the latent pattern into a mirror surface by plating or the like.
Next, based on a specific example, the structure of this invention is demonstrated in detail.
As a metal plate used as a material of the embodiment mirror, the surface is mirror-finished (specularity: 400 to 800), and is a disk-shaped stainless steel 304 having a diameter of 26φ, which has four different thicknesses ( Thickness = 1.0 mm, 1.2 mm, 1.5 mm, 2.0 mm) was used. A protective sheet made of a plastic film having a thickness of 0.005 mm was previously attached to the surface of the metal plate.
As shown in FIG. 5A, a stamping die 30 having a
Each stamping die 30 is attached to a hydraulic press, and is pressed against the back surface of the corresponding metal plate at a pressure of 20 kg / cm 2. As shown in FIG. A
Thereafter, the protective sheet was peeled off from the surface of each
Next, as a comparative example, as shown in FIG. 6 (A), the
Thus, according to the present invention, a magic mirror that has been manually manufactured by a skilled worker can be easily manufactured by using a press working technique. This makes it possible to mass-produce magic mirrors with a certain quality in a short time. In addition, since it can be pressed with a protective sheet attached to the surface of the metal plate (mirror surface) that is the mirror material, almost no defective products are produced and high production efficiency can be achieved. it can.
Industrial Applicability As described above, according to the present invention, it is possible to mass-produce magic mirrors having a certain quality in a short time by using a press working technique. It can be provided at low cost.
