Description
【0001】

【0050】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a hybrid vehicle.
[0002]
[Prior art]
As an example of a conventional vehicle driving device, in a hybrid vehicle or the like that travels using both an engine and a motor, the engine is started by a generator and torque fluctuation at the time of starting is suppressed (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 9-109694). Publication).
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in a hybrid vehicle, the engine is cranked by a generator instead of the conventional starter motor, so that there is an advantage that the cranking rotation speed at the time of engine start can be controlled. On the other hand, in hybrid vehicles, the frequency of use of the engine is low, and despite the fact that an oil film is not formed on the piston, cylinder, etc. at the time of engine startup due to the rapid acceleration required after the engine has not been used for a while, Since the engine speed may be set to a speed higher than the idling speed (for example, 2000 rpm) immediately after the engine is started, there is a disadvantage that the reliability of the engine is adversely affected due to an oil film formation failure particularly at the time of starting the engine.
[0004]
The present invention has been made in view of the above-described circumstances, and an object of the present invention is to provide a hybrid vehicle that can suppress an increase in engine speed and improve engine reliability if the lubricity is low when the engine is started.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above problems and achieve the object, a hybrid vehicle of the present invention has the following configuration. That is,
An engine, a motor capable of transmitting a driving force to the engine, in the hybrid vehicle configured to be able to transmit the driving force the engine and the motor to the wheel, at the time of engine start, from the motor as a generator The engine is provided with start control means for outputting drive torque and performing cranking control for increasing the engine speed to a predetermined speed or higher, and then combusting the engine; and determination means for determining the lubrication state of the engine, When the lubrication state at the time of starting the engine is low, the control means controls the driving torque of the generator at the time of cranking control, thereby reducing the degree of increase in the engine speed and correcting it to be gentle. To do.
[0006]
Preferably, the start control means reduces the rate of increase of the engine speed to decrease the degree of increase of the engine speed, and corrects it so as to be gentle .
[0007]
Preferably, the start control means maintains the engine rotational speed at a predetermined rotational speed to reduce the increase degree of the engine rotational speed and correct it so as to be gentle .
[0008]
Preferably, the engine is lubricated with lubricating oil supplied from an oil pump driven by the engine.
[0009]
Preferably, the determination means determines that the lubrication state is low when the engine stop time is equal to or longer than a predetermined time.
[0010]
Preferably, the determination means determines that the lubrication state is low when the engine temperature is equal to or lower than a predetermined temperature.
[0011]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the invention of
[0012]
According to the second aspect of the present invention, the speed of increase of the engine speed is decreased and correction is made so that the degree of increase of the engine speed during cranking becomes gradual . It is possible to prevent adverse effects on reliability.
[0013]
According to the invention of
[0014]
According to the invention of
[0015]
According to the fifth aspect of the present invention, the oil film formation failure at the time of starting the engine can be reliably determined by determining that the lubrication state is low when the engine stop time is equal to or longer than the predetermined time.
[0016]
According to the sixth aspect of the present invention, it is possible to reliably determine the oil film formation failure when starting the engine by determining that the lubrication state is low when the engine temperature is equal to or lower than the predetermined temperature.

[0029]
As shown in FIG. 10, in step S2, the
[0030]
In step S10, it is determined whether an engine start condition is satisfied. However, the engine start condition in step S10 is the time when the engine outputs torque to drive the wheels, and excludes the engine start condition when the
[0031]
The lubricity in step S16 is determined to be low when, for example, the engine water temperature is equal to or lower than a predetermined temperature or the engine stop period is equal to or longer than a predetermined period (for example, one week).
[0032]
Further, the correction coefficient K in step S18 is set according to the map shown in FIG. 12 in which the K value decreases as the lubricity decreases. Further, as shown in FIG. 23, the engine lubricating oil is slid by the
[0033]
In step S20, the basic torque TGB of the generator at the time of engine start is set. The basic torque TGB in step S20 is set from the map of FIG. 14 so that the rotational speed of the generator at the time of cranking increases as shown in the map of FIG.
[0034]
In step S22, the crank angle of the engine is detected. In step S24, the compensation torque TGM of the
[0035]
The compensation torque TGM in step S24 is set from the map of FIG. 15 that changes in the opposite phase to the engine torque in order to suppress torque fluctuation. Further, the period f of the compensation torque T G M in the map of FIG. 15 is set based on the engine speed from the map of FIG. Further, the amplitude A of the compensation torque T G M in the map of FIG. 15 is set based on the engine load (torque) from the map of FIG. As shown in FIG. 18, a four-cylinder engine will be described as an example. A fluctuation waveform having a phase substantially opposite to the fluctuation waveform of the engine torque so as to absorb the drop in the engine torque from the current ignition timing to the next ignition timing. Thus, the compensation torque TGM is set.
[0036]
If the explanation is continued, in step S26, the final torque TT of the
[0037]
In step S28, cranking control of the engine is executed. In step S30, cranking control is executed until the engine start is completed. If the engine start is completed in step S30 (YES in step S30), the flag F is reset in step S32, and the
[0038]
In step S30, the engine when the engine speed fluctuation of or generator or engine when power generation of the or the generator when the change of the generator of current is rapidly increased is not less than a predetermined value is rapidly increased by the engine torque increases rapidly It is determined that the start has been completed.
[0039]
On the other hand, if the engine start condition is not satisfied in step S10 (NO in step S10), the process proceeds to step S11 to determine whether or not the flag F is set. If the flag F is set in step S11 (YES in step S11), the process proceeds to step S16, and if the flag F is not set (NO in step S11), the process proceeds to step S12. In step S12, based on the target torque TR set in step S6, the target torque amount ETB of the
[0040]
As shown in FIG. 19, according to the cranking control, as shown in (3), the engine is compared with the normal engine cranking (1) or the hybrid vehicle engine cranking (2). The engine speed is increased by correcting the engine torque with the K value so that the engine torque is balanced with the cranking resistance (that is, the sliding resistance when the oil film is not formed on the sliding portion when the engine is started). The degree of increase in engine speed during cranking is corrected in the decreasing direction. Note that the engine speed may be maintained for a predetermined time at an extremely low speed as in (4).
[0041]
In this way, in the hybrid vehicle, instead of the conventional starter motor, the engine can be cranked by the generator and the cranking rotational speed at the time of starting the engine can be controlled, so that the lubricity of the engine is low as in this embodiment. Therefore, the degree of increase in the engine speed at the time of cranking is moderated, and even if cranking is performed in a state where the oil film at the time of starting the engine is not sufficiently formed, the reliability of the engine is not adversely affected.
[Hybrid vehicle engine control]
Next, engine control of the hybrid vehicle of this embodiment will be described.

The angular amount θ is calculated, and the throttle valve, injector, and distributor are controlled in step S68.
