Claims (3)

所要地面を整地し、該整地地面に建築される所望木造建築物の平面形状に応じて地墨を引く工程と;
該整地地面にビニール・シートを敷く工程と;
所要直径と長さとを有し、その平坦な上端から下端近くまで中空とし、その下端を逆円錐形とした円筒形中空管の管状壁内に一定間隔で複数本の鉄筋を埋設したコンクリ―ト・パイプ杭を該地墨の所望箇所で地耐力が必要な硬度を有する地盤に該円錐形下端が達するまで打ち込む工程と;
該コンクリ―ト・パイプ杭の上部を破壊して内部の複数本の該鉄筋の上端部を露出させる工程と;
該コンクリ―ト・パイプ杭上に、所要数の横鉄筋を所要間隔で配置した逆T字形コンクリ―ト成形型枠を配置し、該横鉄筋と、該コンクリ―ト・パイプ杭の該露出鉄筋の上端部とを絡ませて連結する工程と;
該逆T字形コンクリ―ト成形型枠と該コンクリ―ト・パイプ杭内に生コンクリ―トを注入する工程と;
該注入コンクリ―トが硬化後該逆T字形コンクリ―ト成形型枠を脱型してコンクリ―ト基礎本体を形成する工程と;
