Description

【0001】

[Field of the Invention]
The present invention relates to an individual packaging structure for individually packaging absorbent articles such as sanitary napkins.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, absorbent articles such as sanitary napkins are individually wrapped in a film-like packaging sheet for each unit used, and the packaging sheet after taking out the product is used as a packaging material for used absorbent articles. This is well known and widely used, and is disclosed in, for example, Japanese Patent No. 3149158. The individual packaging of such absorbent articles has the two purposes of maintaining hygiene before use of the product and concealing and concealing the product after use for putting it in a filth box. It is partly fused or sealed with a tab tape. Fastening with tab tape is a sign that makes it easy for the user to know that the location of the tab tape is the opening position of the individual package, and to stop the packaging sheet that contains the product after use. As a sealing material, a tab tape can be used. However, if the adhesive strength of the tab tape is too strong, the film-shaped packaging sheet may be damaged when the individual packaging is opened, and the adhesive portion of the tab tape may be covered, making it impossible to seal after use. It was. On the other hand, if the adhesive strength becomes too weak to avoid damage to the film, it will not be able to secure enough when sealing the film after use, and the stored product after use must be concealed without fail. There was a problem that could not be.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Although this invention is not involved in the fastening of the opening part of the individual package, it can avoid the risk that the film damaged when opening will be attached and the adhesive force will be broken, but the used product. It is an object of the present invention to ensure that a packaging sheet containing a used product can be securely fastened with a fastening tape.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
Above problems means taken by this invention to solve is secured to the opening portion of the packaging sheet and the absorbent article housed individually packaged (2) (4), the base portion (50) and viscous adhesive layer ( fastening part having a 53) (51) Tona is, and fastening tapes該止attachment part (51) is folded back on the upper surface of the base portion formed continuously with the base portion (50) (50) (5), while the open portion of the package sheet (2) to (4) do not fastened and fixed to the base portion (50) to the end of the unsealing portion side of the packaging sheet (2), the The adhesive layer (53) of the fastening part (51 ) is detachably attached to the upper surface of the fixed base part (50) and attached, and the packaging sheet ( 2 ) wrapped with the product after use is attached to the fastening part (51 ) To enable sealing.
[0005]
In addition, the fastening part has a longer structure than the base part, and is folded and arranged on the upper part of the base part.
[0006]
In addition, a grip margin portion where no adhesive layer is present is extended at the tip of the fastening portion.
[0007]
Further , a non-adhesive portion is provided in the base portion, and the base portion can be extended together when the fastening portion is extended.
[0008]
The fastening tape is disposed inside the opening portion, or the opening portion is tightly sealed by means such as hot mail sealing or heat fusion.
[0009]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below. According to the present invention, a fastening tape including a base portion fixed to an opening portion of a packaging sheet that individually stores and packages absorbent articles and a fastening portion having an adhesive layer is disposed, and the base portion of the fastening tape is packaged. Adhering to the vicinity of the unsealed part of the sheet, attaching the adhesive layer of the fastening part to the upper surface of the fixed base part so as to be peeled off, and attaching the packaging sheet wrapped around the product after use to the fastening part It is characterized by that. The fastening tape is preferably fixed to the opening of an individual package containing unused absorbent articles and serves as a mark for the opening position, but is attached so as not to serve to fasten the opening end. . That is, when the individual package of the absorbent article is unopened, the fastening tape is not bonded to the other side beyond the opening end, and the opening end is not fixed with the fastening tape. The unsealed end is fixed or non-fixed by means or a method such as heat sealing or adhesive application between the overlapping films. After packaging and storing the used product in a packaging sheet that has been opened and taken out, the fastening part of the fastening tape is stretched beyond the end of the film, and then fastened with an adhesive layer to complete the packaging. The product after use is concealed with a packaging sheet. The adhesive layer provided at the fastening part is protected to adhere to the base part of the folded fastening tape until the fastening part is stretched so that it does not adhere to other objects. It is important not to.
[0010]
The fastening tape may be in the form of being folded in half, folded in three, or more. In addition, the base portion fixed to the film and the fastening portion having the adhesive layer are separated, and the adhesive layer is adhered to the base portion to provide a form in which the fastening portion is polymerized. You may make it peel from a part and fix. However, in the case of a structure in which the base part and the fastening part are separated from each other, an accident in which the fastening part is peeled off from the base part after the individual package is opened to take out the stored product is prevented, and used products are stored. It is necessary to devise such that it is peeled only when it is fastened. For that purpose, contrivances such as changing the shape of the fastening tape, adding color, or changing the mounting position are taken.
[0011]
【Example】
1 to 5, an individual package (1) according to the present invention stores a sanitary napkin (3) in a resin film packaging sheet (2) and folds it, sealing both sides in the longitudinal direction. Sealing is performed, and the opening portion (4) on which the packaging sheet (2) is overlapped is sealed with a means that allows easy separation, for example, a relatively weak sealing structure or an adhesive means. In some cases, a structure without sealing may be used. The individual packaging structure of such a sanitary napkin is conventionally known, but the present invention is a fastening used when the used sanitary napkin (4a) is wrapped in a packaging sheet (2) for disposal in such an individual packaging structure. As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the tape (5) is attached only to the opening (4) of the packaging sheet (2), and the packaging body (5) before opening with the fastening tape (5). The unsealing part (4) of 1) is fixed so as not to be sealed. With this structure, it is not necessary to peel off the fastening tape (5) when opening the individual package, and the thin resin film constituting the packaging sheet (2) is damaged when the fastening tape is peeled off as in the past. Therefore, the packaging sheet (2) can be used to wrap the used sanitary napkin (4a).
[0012]
As shown in FIG. 3, the fastening tape (5) includes a base portion (50) and a fastening portion (51), and the base portion (50) is attached to the opening portion (4) of the packaging sheet (52). ), The fastening portion (51) is folded back on the upper surface of the base portion (50), and is adhered to the base portion (50) so as to be peeled off by the adhesive layer (53). As shown in FIG. 4, after wrapping the used sanitary napkin (4a) with the packaging sheet (2), the fastening part (51) is peeled off from the base part (50) and the other part as shown in FIG. Adhere to the packaging sheet and seal. A silicon-treated layer (54) is preferably formed on the upper surface of the base part (50) to which the adhesive layer (53) adheres, so that the fastening part (51) can be easily peeled off.
[0013]
6 to 15 show modified examples of the structure of the fastening tape (5), and FIGS. 6 and 7 show double fastening parts (51a) in which the fastening parts of the fastening tape (5) are continuous. (51b), which is a three-fold structure continuous to the base portion (50), and the length of the fastening portion (51) can be increased. 8 and 9, the front end of the fastening portion (51) is extended forward to form a gripping margin portion (55) having no adhesive layer so that the fastening portion (51) can be easily extended. It is a thing. 10 and 11, the fastening tape (5) is disposed inside the opening portion (4) in a state where the sanitary napkin is housed and packaged. Thereby, it is possible to avoid an accident in which the fastening part (51) is peeled off from the base part (50) and the adhesive layer (53) is exposed due to rubbing with the product and the surroundings during storage and transportation. 12 and 13, in order to prevent the opening portion (4) from being opened, the opening portion (4) is provided with a temporary fixing means (56) so that the opening portion (4) is opened. It is intended to prevent. The temporary fixing means (56) may be adhered until it is opened, and it is not necessary to re-adhere, so that it is adhered by a hot mail seal (HMT) or a heat-sealing seal that is adhesive only at a high temperature during production. I can do it. 14 and 15, the length of the bonding portion of the base portion (50) is reduced to increase the extension length of the fastening portion (51).
[0015]
【The invention's effect】
According to this invention, at the time of individual packaging in which unused products are individually stored, the fastening tape does not seal the opening of the packaging sheet, so that the packaging sheet peels off the fastening tape when the package is opened. Accordingly, there is no risk of breakage, and the packaging sheet can be used effectively as a packaging material for used products.
