Description

【0001】

The present invention relates to a conductor support insulator for supporting a conductor.
[0002]
[Prior art]
FIG. 11 is a side view showing an implementation state of a main circuit conductor support method in a switchgear using a conventional conductor support insulator (hereinafter abbreviated as Conventional Example 1). In FIG. 11, reference numeral 11 denotes an insulating conductor support insulator, and the upper and lower end portions of the conductor support insulator 11 are filled with buried metal 12 and 12. The lower end of the conductor support insulator 11 is fixed to the support frame 14 by screwing the bolt 13 to the padding 12. The main circuit conductor 15 in the switchgear is attached to the conductor support insulator 11 by screwing the bolt 16 to the padding 12.
[0003]
Next, the procedure of the method for supporting the main circuit conductor 15 in the switch gear will be described. The conductor support insulator 11 is attached to the support frame 14 with bolts 13, holes for attachment to the conductor support insulator 11 are formed in the main circuit conductor 15 disposed in the switchgear, and the main circuit is directly provided to the conductor support insulator 11 with the bolts 16. The conductor 15 is attached and arranged.
[0004]
FIG. 12 is a side view showing an implementation state of another method for supporting a main circuit conductor using a conventional conductor support insulator (hereinafter abbreviated as Conventional Example 2). In FIG. 12, reference numeral 21 denotes an insulating conductor support insulator, and the upper and lower end portions of the conductor support insulator 21 are filled with 22 and 22 screws. The lower end portion of the conductor support insulator 21 is fixed to the support frame 23 via a padding 22. An L-shaped support fitting 24 is fixed to the upper end portion of the conductor support insulator 21 by screwing the bolt 25 to the filling 22. In addition, the main circuit conductor 26 in the switch gear is attached to the support fitting 24 by a bolt 27.
[0005]
Next, the procedure of the method for supporting the main circuit conductor 26 with the switch gear will be described. The conductor support insulator 21 is attached to the support frame 23, the support fitting 24 is attached to the conductor support insulator 21 with bolts 25, holes for attachment to the support fitting 24 are made in the main circuit conductor 26 arranged in the switch gear, and the support is provided. A main circuit conductor 26 is attached to the metal fitting 24 by bolts 27.
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Since the conventional method for supporting the main circuit conductor is as described above, when supporting the main circuit conductors 15 and 26 in the switchgear, holes for fixing the main circuit conductors 15 and 26 in the conventional examples 1 and 26 are provided. In addition, it is necessary to fix the support bracket 24 in the conventional example 2.
[0007]
Further, in both the conventional examples 1 and 2, it is necessary to provide the metal supports 12 and 22 with the conductor support insulators 11 and 21, which not only increases the cost but also supports the main circuit conductors 15 and 26 that are insulated conductors. The paddings 12 and 22 are at an intermediate potential, leading to dielectric breakdown of the insulator, which makes it impossible to maintain the insulation performance. Therefore, although only the fixed part is eliminated and the potential is made equal to that of the bare charged part, there is a problem that the space insulation distance from the main circuit conductor of the other phase and the ground metal cannot be reduced.
[0008]
Further, in the conventional example 1, when the conductor support insulator 11 is attached to the support frame 14, it is necessary to fix it with the bolt 13 from the back side of the support frame 14, and there is a problem that the workability is poor.
[0009]
The present invention has been made in view of such circumstances, and by providing a hole in a mode capable of penetrating and supporting a plurality of types of conductors, it is possible to obtain a configuration in which no metal is buried, and for fixing bolts, support fittings, and the like. An object is to provide a conductor support insulator that does not require a member and can easily support various types of conductors.
[0010]
Another object of the present invention is to provide a conductor support insulator that can reduce the amount of insulating material to be used and reduce the cost by making the shape of the body part a cross.
[0011]
Still another object of the present invention is to provide a conductor support insulator that can make assembly work convenient by slitting a part of a fixing portion to an external body such as a support frame into a U-shape.
[0012]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The conductor support insulator according to the present invention includes a head for supporting a conductor, the head has a hole through which the conductor penetrates, and the periphery of the hole penetrates and supports a conductor having a different shape. The peripheral edge formed by the circular arcs is composed of concave portions adjacent to each other.
The conductor support insulator according to the present invention is provided with a fixing portion to be fixed to an external body, and a part of the fixing portion is formed in a slit shape in a U shape.
The conductor support insulator according to the present invention includes a head having a hole through which a plurality of conductors pass to support the plurality of conductors, and the hole is for supporting the first conductor. The first support portion and the second support portion have a peripheral edge, and the first support portion and the second support portion have a thickness portion in the longitudinal direction of the first conductor, and the thickness The portion is in contact with the first conductor along a substantial length of the first conductor.
The conductor support insulator according to the present invention includes a first support portion and a second support portion for supporting the first conductor, and a third support portion for supporting a second conductor having a shape different from that of the first conductor. And the 4th support part is provided in the position where the periphery of the said hole differs.
In the conductor support insulator according to the present invention, the hole has a semicircular cross section at the bottom of the groove and a groove extending in the longitudinal direction of the bar conductor in order to support the plate-shaped bar conductor. It is characterized by.
The conductor support insulator according to the present invention is characterized in that the first support part and the third support part, or the second support part and the fourth support part have different patterns of curved shapes.
[0013]
In the conductor support insulator of the present invention , one or a plurality of conductors are supported through the holes. Therefore, it is possible to easily support the conductor in the switchgear without using special members such as bolts and support metal fittings as in the past. In addition, the space insulation distance can be reduced by eliminating the filling of the conductor support insulator, and the insulated conductor can be held as it is.
In the conductor support insulator of the present invention, the shape of the hole is set so as to be compatible with a plurality of types of conductors. Therefore, various conductors can be supported, and various arrangements of the conductors in the switch gear are possible.
In the conductor support insulator of the present invention, the trunk portion for maintaining the strength has a cross-shaped cross section. Therefore, it is possible to reduce the insulating material used compared with the case where it is made cylindrical.
In the conductor support insulator of the present invention, the portion fixed to the external body is slit into a U shape. Therefore, the attachment work to the external body from the conductor support insulator side becomes possible, and the work efficiency can be improved.
[0020]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, the present invention will be specifically described with reference to the drawings showing embodiments thereof.
1A and 1B are a front view and a side view of a conductor support insulator of the present invention, and FIGS. 2A and 2B are a top view and a bottom view of the conductor support insulator of the present invention.
[0021]
A hole 1a for penetrating and supporting several kinds of main circuit conductors in the switch gear is formed in the upper part (head) of the conductor support insulator 1. The peripheral edge of the hole 1a is formed by connecting arcs of various diameters so that one or a plurality of main circuit conductors of various shapes can be penetrated and supported.
[0022]
In addition, a cross-shaped reinforcing member 1b for maintaining strength is provided at the central portion (body portion) of the conductor support insulator 1. Further, the lower part (foot part) of the conductor supporting insulator 1 is a fixing part to a supporting frame 3 described later, and U-shaped slits are formed at four places of the fixing part to form a screw fixing part 1c. ing.
[0023]
The conductor support insulator 1 having the above-described configuration is integrally molded using an epoxy resin-based / glass-based polyester resin-based molding material.
[0024]
Next, a method for supporting the main circuit conductor in the switchgear using the conductor support insulator 1 having such a configuration will be described. 3 and 4 are a side view and an enlarged front view showing an implementation state of an example of a method for supporting the main circuit conductor. In the example shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, two main circuit conductors 2, 2 are supported by penetrating through the holes 1 a of the conductor support insulator 1 in the horizontal direction.
[0025]
5 and 6 are a side view and an enlarged front view showing another embodiment of the main circuit conductor supporting method. In the example shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, one main circuit conductor 2 is supported by penetrating through the hole 1 a of the conductor support insulator 1 in the vertical direction.
[0026]
Further, FIGS. 7 to 10 are enlarged front views showing a further embodiment of the method for supporting the main circuit conductor. In the example shown in FIG. 7, one main circuit conductor 2 having the same width as the example shown in FIGS. 3 and 4 is supported by penetrating through the hole 1a of the conductor support insulator 1 in the horizontal direction. In the example shown in FIG. 8, one main circuit conductor 2 having a narrower width than the example shown in FIG. 7 is supported by penetrating through the hole 1 a of the conductor support insulator 1 in the horizontal direction. In the example shown in FIG. 9, one main circuit conductor 2 having a wider width than the examples shown in FIGS. 5 and 6 is supported by penetrating through the hole 1 a of the conductor support insulator 1 in the vertical direction. In the example shown in FIG. 10, two main circuit conductors 2 having the same width as the example shown in FIG. 9 are supported by penetrating through the holes 1 a of the conductor support insulator 1 in the vertical direction.
[0027]
In this way, the mounting method (horizontal mounting, vertical mounting), size (narrow, wide), and number (1 or 2) of the main circuit conductor 2 to be supported are properly used according to the energizing current. Is possible. It should be noted that the shape of the hole 1a of the conductor support insulator 1 and the mounting example of the main circuit conductor 2 described above are examples, and it goes without saying that the present invention is not limited to these.
[0028]
Next, the procedure for supporting the main circuit conductor 2 will be described. First, the conductor support insulator 1 is fixed to the support frame 3 by the fixing bolt 4 through the screw fixing portion 1c of the conductor support insulator 1 (see FIGS. 3 and 5). At this time, by using a welding nut or nutsert or the like on the support frame 3 side, all the fixing operations can be performed from the conductor support insulator 1 side, and the work efficiency is good. Further, the attachment position of the conductor support insulator 1 to the support frame 3 can be determined by moving the fixing bolt 4 within the screw fixing portion 1c of the U-shaped slit.
[0029]
Then, one or a plurality of main circuit conductors 2 to be supported arranged in the switchgear are supported by penetrating through the holes 1a of the conductor support insulator 1. At this time, one or a plurality of main circuit conductors 2 can be supported by the conductor support insulator 1 without using a fixing member such as a bolt or a support fitting by using the arc shape of the periphery of the hole 1a. In addition, including the above-described support examples, it is possible to support various main circuit conductors 2 on the conductor support insulator 1 regardless of the size, shape, and number.
[0030]
In addition, since screw fixing is not required when supporting the main circuit conductor 2, when the main circuit conductor 2 is an insulated conductor, the main circuit conductor 2 can be supported in an insulated state. The space insulation distance from other main circuit conductors and the surrounding ground metal can be reduced as compared with the conventional example.
[0031]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, in the conductor support insulator of the present invention, since the hole for penetrating and holding the conductor to be supported is provided, the conductor can be easily used without using special members such as bolts and support fittings as in the past. It is possible to support. Moreover, the space insulation distance can be reduced by eliminating the need to fill the conductor supporting insulator, and the insulated conductor can be held as it is. Further, fixing members such as bolts and support metal fittings are not required, so that parts can be reduced and work time can be reduced, and further, the cost of the switch gear can be reduced.
[0032]
In the conductor support insulator of the present invention, the shape of the hole to be formed is set so as to be compatible with a plurality of types of conductors, so that various types of conductors having different shapes can be supported, and the inside of the switchgear Various arrangements of conductors are possible.
[0033]
Further, in the conductor support insulator of the present invention, the shape of the cross section of the body portion for maintaining the strength is made a cross shape, so that the amount of the insulating material to be used can be reduced and the cost can be reduced. It is.
[0034]
Furthermore, in the conductor support insulator of the present invention, a part of the fixing portion with the external body such as the support frame is slit into a U-shape, so that the conductor support is not performed from the back side of the support frame as in the prior art. Installation work from the insulator side to the support frame can be performed, and work efficiency can be improved.
