Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an improvement of a bump stopper that can alleviate an impact associated with the prevention of compression at the time of maximum compression of a hydraulic shock absorber.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In general, for hydraulic shock absorbers, measures have been taken to mitigate the impact associated with the prevention of compression at the time of maximum compression. A stopper structure is widely used.
[0003]
The bump stopper structure has a bump stopper 1 that is formed of a rigid material such as steel and is held at the upper end of a cylinder body C that constitutes the hydraulic shock absorber SA, as shown in FIG. However, although not shown, the bump stopper 1 is made of an elastic material such as a rubber material and is opposed to a bump cushion disposed on the rod body R side that protrudes and retracts from the cylinder body C.
[0004]
Incidentally, in FIG. 6, the bump stopper 1 is illustrated as a cross section at different angular positions rather than being displayed as a straight cross section with the center line indicated by the phantom line interposed therebetween.

Therefore, not only the amount of material for that purpose is required, but also it is formed firmly in order to maintain its shape, and it takes time for processing, resulting in the weight in the hydraulic shock absorber SA. It will not be possible to contribute to the reduction of costs and cost reduction.
[0018]
The present invention was devised in view of the above-described circumstances, and the object of the present invention is to make the structure simple and enable weight reduction and cost reduction, and bumps in a hydraulic shock absorber. The object is to provide a bump stopper which is optimal for constituting the stopper structure.
[0019]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above-described object, the configuration of the present invention is arranged on the rod body side while allowing the rod body to be inserted into and retracted from the cylinder body while being held at the upper end of the cylinder body constituting the hydraulic shock absorber. In the bump stopper that faces the bump cushion, the load receiving portion that receives the load from the bump cushion while allowing the rod body to be inserted into the through hole in the shaft core, and the upper end are connected to the lower surface of the load receiving portion And a lower end side having a connecting portion fitted to the upper end portion of the cylinder body, the connecting portion being formed thinner than the load receiving portion, and the through hole formed in the cylindrical main body. A dust discharge portion that communicates with the cylinder body, and a stopper portion that is also provided on the inner side of the cylindrical body and is engaged with the upper end of the cylinder body, and the dust discharge portion is cut out from a portion of the cylindrical body. Molded and Parts and is characterized in that it is molded in the projection formed by bending the inner side of the tubular body the cutout pieces generated upon molding the dust discharge portion.
[0020]
In this case, it is preferable that the protrusion constituting the stopper portion is a horizontal piece formed by bending the notch piece inward.
Similarly, the protrusion which comprises a stopper part may be the latching piece which bent the notch piece until it followed the inner periphery of the cylindrical main body.
[0021]
Furthermore, it is preferable that the dust discharge portion is constituted by an opening formed in the upper end side of the cylindrical main body by cutting out a part of the cylindrical main body.

【The invention's effect】
As described above, in the present invention, the load receiving portion and the connecting portion constituting the bump stopper are formed by processing from the respective raw materials and then integrated by welding. There is no member corresponding to the spacer member in the stopper, and the weight can be reduced and the cost can be reduced accordingly.
[0054]
In addition, in this invention, even if the load receiving portion in the bump stopper is formed to have an appropriate thickness similar to the head constituting the load receiving member in the conventional bump stopper, the connecting portion However, since the amount of material can be reduced as compared with the load receiving portion, the weight can be further reduced and the cost can be reduced.

When the cylindrical body of the connecting portion is formed so that the cross section becomes a simple circle, regardless of the load receiving portion, the amount of material can be further reduced, reducing the weight and cost. This is even more advantageous in reducing the cost of the product.
[0056]
As a result, according to the present invention, the structure can be simplified, the weight can be reduced and the cost can be reduced, and there is an advantage that the bump stopper structure in the hydraulic shock absorber is optimal.
