Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a medium dispersing apparatus using a dispersion medium, and more particularly, an immersion type medium in which a dispersion chamber containing a dispersion medium is immersed in a treatment material flowing in a tank and the treatment material is dispersed in the dispersion chamber. It relates to a dispersing device.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Various configurations have been proposed as a medium dispersion device (bead mill) for dispersing in a batch manner by immersing a dispersion chamber containing dispersion media (beads) in a tank, and usually processing materials ( A material agitating blade is provided below the dispersion chamber so that the mill base circulates in the tank through the dispersion chamber, and the treatment material enters the dispersion chamber through the opening provided above the dispersion chamber and is stirred together with the dispersion medium. It is comprised so that it may discharge | emit into a tank from a dispersion chamber (for example, refer patent document 1). There are also known an apparatus in which no material agitating blade is provided below the dispersion chamber (for example, see Patent Document 2) and an apparatus in which the processing material is sucked up from below the tank (for example, see Patent Document 3).
[0003]
As described above, the conventional apparatus (for example, Patent Documents 1 and 3) has a complicated structure because the material stirring blades are provided outside the dispersion chamber, and the drive shaft that drives the material stirring blades is dispersed. Since it penetrates the chamber, the dispersion medium may be caught in the penetration part, or the dispersion medium may flow into the tank from the penetration part. Further, since an inflow port is provided above the dispersion chamber and the processing material flows only into the dispersion chamber (for example, Patent Documents 1 and 2), the amount of the processing material passing through the dispersion chamber cannot be increased. In the case of a processing material with a large specific gravity that tends to stay on the bottom side of the tank, it has been difficult to uniformly disperse the material.

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The problem to be solved by the present invention is that the treatment material is circulated in the tank through the dispersion chamber without providing a material agitating blade outside the dispersion chamber immersed in the tank in the immersion medium dispersing apparatus as described above. Another object of the present invention is to provide an immersion medium dispersing apparatus in which a treatment material flows into the dispersion chamber from the lower part of the dispersion chamber.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
Conventionally, a plurality of discs are provided at intervals in a substantially cylindrical pump chamber, and by rotating the discs, fluid is sucked into the central space of the disc from the pump suction port and discharged from the discharge port. A rotary disk type pump having such a configuration is known. If the principle of this rotary disk pump is applied to the dispersion chamber, the processing material can be sucked into the dispersion chamber without providing a material agitating blade outside the dispersion chamber. The amount of suction can be increased by introducing the treatment material.
[0007]
That is, according to the present invention, an immersion type medium dispersion in which a dispersion chamber containing a dispersion medium is immersed in a treatment material flowing in a tank, and the treatment medium is dispersed by stirring the dispersion medium and the treatment material in the dispersion chamber. In the apparatus, a lower surface opening is formed in the lower part of the dispersion chamber and a discharge port for allowing only the processing material to pass is formed in a side surface of the dispersion chamber, and a plurality of disks are opposed to each other with a space in the dispersion chamber. An immersion type dispersing apparatus characterized in that the processing material is sucked into the dispersion chamber from the lower surface opening by rotating the disk, and dispersed in the dispersion chamber and then discharged in the radial direction of the dispersion chamber. When the disk is driven to rotate, the processing material in the tank is sucked into the dispersion chamber from the lower surface opening in the same manner as a rotary disk pump, and is dispersed by the dispersion medium in the dispersion chamber to the side surface. Is discharged from the digit outlet flows into the tank, it is possible to solve the above problems.
[0008]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
In FIG. 1, a main body (1) has a stirring head (3) that can be moved up and down by a hydraulic cylinder (2), and the head is driven by a motor (5) and the like for driving a rotating shaft (4). A mechanism is provided.
[0009]
A support rod (6) is provided below the head (3), a dispersion chamber (7) is provided at the lower end of the support rod (6), and a tank (8) is positioned below the support chamber (6). As shown in FIG. 2 (A), the dispersion chamber (7) is formed in a substantially cylindrical shape, and is provided with a lower surface opening (9) in the center of the lower surface, and the side of the dispersion medium (10). A discharge port (12) provided with a screen (11) is formed so that only the processing material can pass through while blocking. The screen (11) is made of a metal material such as stainless steel, a corrosion-resistant material such as a synthetic resin material, or ceramic, and is formed into a planar body having a large number of fine through portions such as meshes, slits, and punched holes. The lower surface opening (9) is a truncated cone (13) having an inner end narrow and an outer end wide and an inclined surface on the side surface so that the dispersion medium (10) can be prevented from flowing out when driving is stopped. Preferably, the frustum (13) is formed with small holes (14) that prevent the dispersion medium (10) from passing therethrough and allow only the processing material to pass (FIG. 2 (B)). . In addition, a valve (such as a check valve) is provided so as to automatically close the lower surface opening when the lower surface opening or the outside thereof is provided with a screen for preventing outflow as desired, or when suction of the processing material is stopped. (Omitted) may be provided in the lower surface opening.
[0010]
In the dispersion chamber (7), a plurality of disks that are rotationally driven by the rotating shaft (4) are provided facing each other at intervals. The disk is used in a conventional rotary disk pump so that when the disk rotates, the processing material can be sucked into the dispersion chamber from the lower surface opening (9) in the manner of a rotary disk pump and then discharged in the radial direction. A disk that is almost the same as the disk to be used is used. In the embodiment shown in FIG. 2 (A), a blind-plate-like drive disk (15) connected to the rotating shaft (4) and extending in the horizontal direction and having no through-holes, and the processing material are transferred to the lower surface opening (9). ) And a perforated disc (17) having a through hole (16) facing the lower surface opening (9) so as to flow toward the center of the drive disc (15). In the embodiment shown in the figure, two perforated disks (17) are provided. However, the number of perforated disks (17) can be set appropriately, and the drive disk (15) is screwed by a screw (19) through a distance piece (18). ).
[0011]
The dispersion chamber (7) is filled with an appropriate amount of an appropriate dispersion medium (beads) (10) according to the processing material. The drive disk (15) corresponds to the size of the dispersion medium. And the distance between the outer peripheries of the disks (15), (17) and the screen (11) on the side surface of the dispersion chamber (7) are set so as not to restrict the free movement of the dispersion medium. It is set so as to be larger than three of the diameters of the dispersion medium (10).
[0012]
With the above configuration, when the rotating shaft (4) is driven by the motor (5) and the drive disk (15) and the perforated disk (17) are rotated so that the peripheral speed is about 8-20 m / sec, for example. The processing material (20) in the tank (8) is sucked into the dispersion chamber (7) from the bottom of the tank through the lower surface opening (9), and flows in the radial direction along the blind plate-like drive disk. , And discharged from the discharge port (12) into the tank (8). In the meantime, it is stirred together with the dispersion medium (10) in the dispersion chamber to be finely divided and dispersed. Thereafter, the suction is again performed from the lower surface opening (9) into the dispersion chamber (7), and the dispersion process is repeated. In this way, since the processing material is sucked from the lower surface opening, the processing material having a large specific gravity that tends to stay in the bottom of the tank can be efficiently sucked into the dispersion chamber and reliably dispersed.
[0013]
An example of a specific configuration of the dispersion chamber (7) is shown in FIG. 3, and the main body barrel (21) has a cylindrical screen (11) between the upper plate (22) and the lower plate (23). The upper plate (24) for fixing the support rod (6) is brought into contact with the upper plate (22) of the body barrel (21), and the lower plate (23 ) Are in contact with the lower surface plate (25) having the lower surface opening (9) formed thereon, and are connected by fastening pieces (26), respectively. Further, a support piece (28) having a bearing hole (27) of the rotating shaft (4) is fitted in substantially the center of the upper surface plate (24).
[0014]
FIG. 4 shows another embodiment, which is similar to the above embodiment in that a disk similar to the disk of the rotary disk type pump is disposed in the dispersion chamber. The point which was made to attract | suck in a dispersion | distribution chamber differs from the said Example. That is, the dispersion chamber (7) having the lower surface opening (9) has an upper surface opening (29) in the upper part, and the openings (9) and (29 in the center at the upper and lower parts of the drive disk (15). ) Are provided with perforated discs (17) having through holes (16) facing each other. The lower surface opening (9) is detachably attached to the lower surface plate (25) with a screw (30), and the upper surface opening (29) is provided with an inverted conical inclined surface (31). When the disks (15) and (17) are driven to rotate, the processing material (20) of the tank (8) is sucked into the dispersion chamber (7) from the upper and lower portions of the dispersion chamber (7), and the same as described above. After being subjected to the dispersion process, it is discharged from the discharge port (12) into the tank (8). In the embodiment shown in FIG. 3 as well, if the support piece (28) is removed, the processing material can be sucked from the top and bottom of the dispersion chamber.
[0015]
In each of the above embodiments, the drive disk (15) and the perforated disk (17) have a substantially smooth surface, but if all the disks are smooth surfaces, the dispersion medium and the processing material are Since it flows toward the inner surface of the screen (11) in a uniform flow state, the screen may be clogged depending on the type and properties of the processing material. In such a case, for example, as shown in FIG. 4, a suitably shaped protruding auxiliary blade (32) is provided at an appropriate position on the surface of the drive disk (15) or the perforated disk (17), or the distance piece (18). By providing the projecting piece-like auxiliary blade (33), the flow of the treatment material or the like can be changed to prevent clogging.
[0016]
FIG. 5 shows another embodiment for preventing clogging. In addition to the discharge port (12) provided with the screen (11) in the dispersion chamber, a gap (34) for passing only the processing material is provided. It can be discharged from the That is, a fine gap (34) is formed between the lower surface (35) of the drive disk (15) and the upper surface (36) of the dispersion chamber (7) so that the dispersion medium does not pass but the treatment material passes. is there. Accordingly, when the particles of the treatment material are large in the initial stage of the dispersion treatment, the finely divided treatment material returns to the tank through the gap (34) even if the screen (11) tends to clog. Since the dispersion process is repeated as described above, as a result, the micronization gradually proceeds and the entire treatment material can be dispersed.
[0017]
FIG. 6 shows another embodiment, which is basically the same as the above-described embodiment shown in FIG. 5, and therefore only a part thereof is shown enlarged. Also in this embodiment, a gap (34) is formed between the lower surface (35) of the drive disk (15) and the upper surface (36) of the dispersion chamber (7) so that only the processing material can pass without passing the dispersion medium. However, this embodiment is different from the embodiment shown in FIG. 5 in that the drive disk can be stably supported on the dispersion chamber. That is, an annular groove (37) is formed in the upper surface (36) of the dispersion chamber (7), and a plurality of balls (38) are rotatably fitted in the annular groove (37). Further, the lower surface (35) of the drive disk (15) is in rolling contact. If formed in this way, the gap (34) is ensured, and the drive disk (15) is supported on the dispersion chamber in a stable state and can operate smoothly.
[0018]
When the above processing is performed, the temperature of the processing material in the tank rises. Therefore, a jacket is provided at an appropriate location in the dispersion chamber to distribute a temperature control medium such as water, or the processing material is stirred at a low speed in the tank. It is preferable to suppress the temperature rise. FIG. 7 shows an embodiment of such a configuration, in which a rotating shaft (4) is provided concentrically and biaxially in a hollow driving shaft (39) so that it can be driven by its own driving means. A support rod (6) is provided below the drive shaft (39) and a dispersion chamber (7) is attached thereto, so that the dispersion chamber (7) can also rotate. A scraper (41) is connected to the arm (40) provided on the drive shaft (39) so as to rotate with the dispersion chamber on the outer periphery of the dispersion chamber (7). The scraper (41) may be fixed to the arm (40) so as to be positioned close to the inner wall of the tank (8), but the inner wall of the tank (8) can be changed by centrifugal force so that it can be changed according to the diameter of the tank. It is preferable to connect so that it can be freely moved in a direction close to. As such a connecting member, for example, an appropriate link mechanism is used, or as shown in the figure, a rectangular cylindrical mounting portion of the scraper (41) is slidable on a square-axis arm (40) extending in the radial direction. (42) may be fitted so that it can be expanded and contracted by centrifugal force.
[0019]
In the dispersion chamber (7), as shown in the above-described embodiments, disks (15) and (17) that are driven to rotate by the rotating shaft (4) are provided. The dispersion chamber (7) Is rotated in the reverse direction at a lower speed than the rotation of the disks (15) and (17), but may be rotated at a low speed in the same direction. By rotating the scraper (41) and stirring the treatment material at a low speed in this manner, the temperature rise of the treatment material is prevented. Further, when the scraper (41) is connected to be extendable and contractible, the scraper moves in the radial direction according to the diameter of the tank, so that it can be applied to tanks of various capacities.
[0020]
【The invention's effect】
The present invention is configured as described above, and forms a lower surface opening in the lower part of the dispersion chamber immersed in the treatment material, and forms a discharge port through which only the treatment material passes on the side surface of the dispersion chamber. Since a plurality of disks are provided facing each other with a gap therebetween, when the disk is rotated, the processing material is strongly sucked toward the center of the drive disk through the lower surface opening as in the suction action of the rotary disk pump. In the dispersion chamber, only the dispersed processing material is agitated with the dispersion medium and discharged into the tank as a large discharge flow through the discharge port, and is again sucked into the dispersion chamber through the lower surface opening to a desired level. Processing material with high specific gravity that can be dispersed and tends to stay in the bottom of the tank can be reliably sucked into the dispersion chamber, so that it can be efficiently dispersed and has good dispersibility. , A sharp particle size distribution can be obtained. Further, since there is no need to provide a material stirring blade below the dispersion chamber as in the prior art, there is no risk of the dispersion medium flowing out due to wear, and the configuration is simple and economical.
[0021]
In addition, if the processing material is sucked into the dispersion chamber from both the upper surface opening and the lower surface opening, the amount of processing material flowing into the dispersion chamber can be increased, and the processing efficiency is improved, as in the conventional case. Since the processing material existing not only above but also below the tank can be actively sucked into the dispersion chamber from the lower surface opening, it can be more efficiently and uniformly processed throughout the tank.
