Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a shutter attached to a building opening.
[0002]
[Prior art]
The shutter attached to the opening of the building includes a shutter frame, a shutter curtain that can be moved up and down along the shutter frame, a shutter case that is provided above the shutter frame, and the shutter curtain that is provided in the shutter case. The one having a winding / unwinding mechanism for winding and unwinding is generally used.
Such a shutter is provided with a lock device that prevents the shutter curtain from being intentionally opened from the outside.
[0003]
For example, in the shutter disclosed in Patent Document 1, a locking device is attached across the side edge of a seat plate provided at the lowermost part of the shutter curtain and the lower end of the guide rail of the shutter frame.
Moreover, in the shutter disclosed by patent document 2, the locking device is attached over the longitudinal direction intermediate part of a seat board, and the lower part of a shutter frame.
[0004]
[Patent Document 1]
JP-A-8-109780 [Patent Document 2]
Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2001-73610
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
As described above, in the shutter in which the locking device is attached across the seat plate and the shutter frame, there is a risk that the locking device may be unlocked by intentionally prying it out using the bar from outside.
For example, by inserting a bar between the lower frame of the shutter frame and the seat plate and forcing it, the seat plate is bent and displaced upward, and the lock device is broken and the unlocked state is obtained.
Thus, when the lock device is unlocked by prying the seat plate using the bar, the shutter curtain can be lifted and opened, so that a person can intentionally enter the room from the outside, which is not preferable for crime prevention.
[0006]
The present invention has been made in view of the above-described problems, and its purpose is to move the shutter curtain upward from the outside even when the shutter curtain is opened from the outside using a bar and the locking device is unlocked. It is to provide a shutter that cannot be opened.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The first invention includes a lock device that opens and closes by raising and lowering the shutter curtain along the shutter frame, and locks the shutter curtain so as not to rise in the fully closed state . The lock device includes a lock and a lock holder. In the shutter that is locked by engaging, the lock is released from the lock receiver by forcibly moving the shutter curtain in the fully closed state and moving upward,
The fully-closed shutter curtain is provided with a stopper device having a stop function for preventing the lock device from moving further upward than the position where the lock device is unlocked as described above. It is a shutter characterized by being able to cancel the stop function.
[0008]
The second invention is a receiving member provided on the shutter frame in the first invention;
Provided on the indoor side of the shutter curtain, and a stopper member with a contact member that contacts the receiving member when the shutter curtain moves upward from the fully closed state by a predetermined stroke,
One of the receiving member and the abutting member is a shutter that is movable from the room to a stop position and a non-stop position.
[0009]
The third invention is a receiving member provided on the shutter frame in the first invention,
Provided on the indoor side of the shutter curtain, and a stopper member with a contact member that contacts the receiving member when the shutter curtain moves upward from the fully closed state by a predetermined stroke,
The contact member is a detachable shutter.
[0010]
A fourth invention includes a locking device that opens and closes by raising and lowering the shutter curtain along the shutter frame and locks the shutter curtain so as not to rise in the fully closed state . The locking device includes a lock and a lock holder. In the shutter that is locked by engaging, the lock is released from the lock receiver by forcibly moving the shutter curtain in the fully closed state and moving upward,
A vertically long member is placed over the shutter frame and the shutter curtain to prevent the fully closed shutter curtain from moving further upward than the position where the locking device is unlocked as described above. Thus, the shutter is detachably attached.
[0011]
[Action]
According to the first invention, the shutter curtain is forcibly moved upward by using a bar from the outside to move upward to set the unlocking state in which the lock of the lock device is released from the lock receiver, and in that state, the shutter curtain is moved upward. When trying to do so, the stopper device prevents the shutter curtain from moving upward.
Moreover, the stopper device does not function at all when the shutter curtain is forcibly moved upward using the burl and the locking device is unlocked as described above, so forcibly pry the shutter curtain using the burl. The stopper device will not be damaged when moving upward .
Therefore, even if the shutter curtain is forcibly moved upward using a bar from the outside and the lock device is unlocked, the shutter curtain cannot be opened from the outside, and the shutter curtain is intentionally opened from the outside. This is a preferable shutter for crime prevention.
Moreover, if the stop function of the stopper device is canceled, the shutter curtain can be fully opened from the room.
[0012]
According to the second invention, when either the receiving member or the abutting member is set to the stop position and the shutter curtain moves upward from the fully closed state by a predetermined stroke, the abutting member comes into contact with the receiving member. It is possible to reliably prevent the shutter curtain from being opened.
Further, if one of the receiving member and the contact member is set to the non-stop position, the shutter curtain can be fully opened from the room.
[0013]
According to the third invention, when the shutter curtain moves upward from the fully closed state by a predetermined stroke with the contact member attached, the contact member contacts the receiving member, so that the shutter curtain is intentionally opened from the outside. Can be reliably prevented.
Further, the shutter curtain can be fully opened from the room by removing the contact member.
[0014]
According to the fourth aspect of the present invention, the shutter curtain is forcibly moved upward by using a bar from the outside to move upward so that the lock of the lock device is released from the lock receiver , and the shutter curtain is moved upward in that state. When trying to do so, the longitudinal member prevents the shutter curtain from moving upward.
Moreover, the vertically long member does not function at all when the shutter curtain is forcibly moved upward using the bar and the locking device is unlocked as described above. The vertically long member itself and its mounting portion are not damaged when moved upward .
Therefore, it is possible to prevent the shutter curtain from being intentionally opened from the outside, which is a preferable shutter for crime prevention.
Moreover, the shutter curtain can be fully opened from the room by removing the vertically long member.

【The invention's effect】
According to the first aspect of the present invention, the shutter curtain is forcibly moved upward by using a bar from the outside to move upward so that the lock of the lock device is released from the lock receiver, and the shutter curtain is moved upward in this state. When the movement is attempted, the stopper device prevents the shutter curtain from moving upward.
Moreover, the stopper device does not function at all when the shutter curtain is forcibly moved upward using the burl and the locking device is unlocked as described above, so forcibly pry the shutter curtain using the burl. The stopper device will not be damaged when moved upward .
[0037]
According to the second aspect of the present invention, since either one of the receiving member and the contact member is set to the stop position, the contact member contacts the receiving member when the shutter curtain moves upward from the fully closed state by a predetermined stroke. Therefore, it is possible to reliably prevent the shutter curtain from being intentionally opened.
Further, if one of the receiving member and the contact member is set to the non-stop position, the shutter curtain can be fully opened from the room.
[0038]
According to the invention of claim 3, when the shutter curtain moves upward from the fully closed state by a predetermined stroke with the contact member attached, the contact member contacts the receiving member, so that the shutter curtain is intentionally opened from the outside. Can be surely prevented.
Further, the shutter curtain can be fully opened from the room by removing the contact member.
[0039]
According to the invention of claim 4, the shutter curtain is forcibly moved upward using a bar from the outside to be unlocked so that the lock of the lock device is released from the lock receiver. When the movement is to be performed, the upward movement of the shutter curtain is prevented by the vertically long member.
