【0001】
A−A,B−B,C−Cの各矢視断面図である。
【0041】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a mounting structure for a heat insulating panel for a roof, which can be easily set in an airtight state and can improve the bonding strength between a square member and a foam heat insulating material.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In recent years, as a specification of general wooden houses, high heat insulation and high airtightness have been achieved to improve the durability of the frame and to reduce the heating and cooling load, and an external heat insulation method or the like has been adopted.
[0003]
In conventional exterior insulation methods, etc., heat insulation panels are mainly installed on the outer wall and ceiling of the building to insulate them. Since the temperature rise of the part is large, and the temperature of the heat insulating material part of the ceiling becomes considerably high even if it is insulated at the ceiling part, the heat insulation of the roof part has become important.
[0004]
For this reason, when it is going to insulate the roof part, for example, as shown in FIG. 6, the

[0008]
In addition, when a sealing material such as urethane is used, there is a problem that the construction work becomes difficult because a spraying operation of the sealing material is added in addition to the mounting operation of fixing the heat insulating panel with a nail or the like.
[0009]
Further, such a
[0010]
The present invention has been made in view of such problems of the prior art, and is capable of heat-insulating the roof portion, can be easily made airtight, and has a high insulation strength for the foam heat insulating material. It is intended to provide a mounting structure .
[0011]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The roof heat insulating panel mounting structure according to
[0012]
According to the mounting structure of the heat insulating panel for roof, the square members in which the cut portions are formed on the inner face material side are arranged at both ends on the sheet-like face material, and the heat insulating panel filled with the foam heat insulating material therebetween. When projecting parts are provided at both edges of the face material and bent along the outer side surface of the square material to reach the upper surface, this roof insulation panel is placed side by side and is used as a roof frame or a shaft frame In addition, the side members of the square member are abutted, and the protrusions are folded and fixed on the upper surface of one of the square members by overlapping the face members, so that the joints are sealed and attached with the face member. Therefore, the strength of the joint with the foamed heat insulating material is improved by the notch portion of the square member.
[0013]
Further, in the roof heat insulating panel mounting structure in which the protrusions of the face material are provided outside the square member , when the foam heat insulating material protrudes outside the square member by the roof heat insulating panel , the face member is folded to seal the joint portion. In this case, the gap between the joints becomes wide and the seal becomes insufficient. However, the notched portion formed in the square member prevents the foamed heat insulating material from protruding to the outside of the square member, so that a problem does not occur during installation .
[0014]
Moreover, in addition to the structure of the said
[0015]
According to the mounting structure of the thermal insulation panel for roof, the height of the foam insulation is made lower than the height of the square member, and the height of the notch is made lower than the height of the foam insulation. At the same time as improving the bonding strength by increasing the area, it is possible to form a ventilation space without heat insulation defects on the surface side of the foamed heat insulating material.
