【発明が解決しようとする課題】
従来のパチンコ遊技機の施錠装置にあっては、上下一対の鉤片を有する昇降杆が前面枠側に取付けられていて該鉤片が前面枠の後方に突出した状態になっているため、前面枠を外枠に組付ける際に鉤片を誤って外枠に突き当てて折り曲げてしまったり、或いはホールの営業中に球止り等のトラブル発生によって店員が前面枠を急いで開放する際に鉤片に手を引掛けてけがを負うような危険性があってその改善策が強く要望されていた。

しかし、従来のパチンコ遊技機の施錠装置にあっては、いずれもシリンダ錠や昇降杆が基枠体を介して前面枠の開放側裏面に取付けられているため、シリンダ錠の錠軸に取り付けられるカム板と昇降杆の係合位置関係に高い精度が要求されてシリンダ錠の交換作業が困難であったり、構造が複雑となってコスト高になるという問題点があった。
