本発明は貯蔵庫本体の前面開口を観音開き式扉にて開閉する貯蔵庫に関する。

冷蔵庫本体の前面開口を観音開き式に開閉する左右の扉を備え、左右両扉が閉じたとき対向する扉側面間の隙間をガスケットでシールする冷蔵庫がある(例えば、特許文献1参照)。

この冷蔵庫においては、左右両扉間の隙間は二つのガスケットによってシールされる構造であり、しかも、一方のガスケットは左右両扉間の隙間の前端部に取り付けられていて、左右両扉の前面の縁を覆う形態であり、ガスケットが冷蔵庫の前面に露出する。また他方のガスケットは一方の扉の裏側に取り付けられていて、他方の扉に取り付けられた定規縁と密着する構成である。このため、部品数が多く、構造が複雑である。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
従来の冷蔵庫では、左右両扉の裏側の左右両側に縦方向へ延びて対向する突壁を合成樹脂製の裏板の屈曲にて一体形成し、この突壁相互間に物品を載置する棚を設ける構成において、この突壁の外側にガスケット取り付け用の溝を裏板の屈曲によって形成し、扉の表板を扉の側面から裏側へ屈曲してフランジを形成し、このフランジに前記溝の外側に形成した裏板のフランジを重ね合わせて扉の表板と裏板とのシール部を構成している。しかし、このフランジの重ね合わせ部の存在によって前記突壁を扉の側面に寄せることができず、前記棚の幅を広くできない問題があった。

次に、本発明の実施の形態について説明する。各図は本発明の実施形態を示しており、図1は本発明に係る貯蔵庫の正面斜視面、図2は図1に示す貯蔵庫の観音開き式扉の両扉の近接する上部裏側の斜視図、図3は図1に示す貯蔵庫の観音開き式扉相互が近接する側の一方の扉の部分断面図、図4は図1に示す貯蔵庫の観音開き式扉のヒンジ側の断面図である。

これらの図において、1は貯蔵庫の一つである冷蔵庫であり、前面開口の冷蔵庫本体2内を区画して複数の貯蔵室を形成し、これら各貯蔵室の前面は扉で開閉できる構成である。この冷蔵庫において、断熱箱体を構成する冷蔵庫本体2は、外箱(外壁板)と内箱(内壁板)との間に形成される断熱材充填空間に発泡性断熱材を充填した断熱構造である。冷蔵庫本体2内には、貯蔵室として上から冷蔵室3、野菜室4、冷凍室5が区画されて設けられ、冷蔵室3の前面開口は、冷蔵庫本体2の右側と左側にそれぞれ上下配置のヒンジ装置6A、6Bにて横方向に回動して開閉される観音開き式の冷蔵室扉7A、7Bにて閉塞される。
