Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a flow rate control valve that controls a supply flow rate of liquid discharged from an engine-driven pump or the like.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Many hydraulic devices such as power steering mounted on automobiles are supplied with hydraulic fluid (liquid) by a pump device using an engine as a drive source. In this case, since the rotational speed of the engine and the pump device driven by the engine fluctuates greatly depending on the driving condition of the vehicle, the flow rate control is performed to control the supply flow rate of the hydraulic fluid between the discharge part of the pump body and the hydraulic equipment. A valve is provided.
[0003]
Conventionally, a flow control valve of this type as shown in FIG. 3 has been developed.

[0009]
Accordingly, the present invention provides a flow control valve that can always obtain a stable control flow rate as desired by preventing the liquid flowing from the annular passage from flowing into the orifice passage to be affected by the swirling flow generated in the annular passage portion. It is something to try.
[0010]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
As a means for solving the above-described problems, the present invention is provided in a passage connecting the discharge part of the pump body and the supplied device, and is connected to the introduction port connected to the pump main body side and to the supplied device side. This is a flow control valve that moves the spool valve body by the differential pressure across the orifice provided between the ports and discharges a part of the liquid introduced to the introduction port to the drain port according to the operation of the spool valve body. The valve chamber that accommodates the spool valve body is configured by a valve hole that opens at one end and a plug that closes the open end of the valve hole, and an inner peripheral surface of the valve hole at the tip of the plug facing the valve chamber. A cylindrical projection that forms an annular passage is formed between the inner circumferential surface of the valve hole and the position facing the annular passage, and the direction in which the opening is directed is the radial center position of the valve hole. And the biased introduction port is formed Together, in a position the spool valve body is closed by Doben body when displaced into the annular passage side, the drain port is formed in the plug, communicating annular passage and feed port via an orifice orifice In the case where the passage is formed, an annular recess is formed on the outer peripheral surface of the cylindrical protrusion, and the inflow side end of the orifice passage is opened in the recess, and the inner periphery of the valve hole is formed. The portion facing the hollow portion of the cylindrical protrusion is formed to have a larger diameter than the sliding portion of the spool valve body, and the tip end surface of the cylindrical protrusion is closed .
[0011]
In the case of this invention, the liquid tends to stay in the recess, and the inflow side end of the orifice passage is sufficiently separated from the inner peripheral surface of the annular passage where the flow velocity of the swirl flow is fastest. .
[0012]
The recess is preferably formed by an annular groove. In such a case, it is possible to secure a sufficiently large volume of the liquid staying in the recess, and processing for forming the recess is easy. Become.
[0013]
Alternatively, the distal end portion of the cylindrical projection may be formed with a large diameter, and an annular throttle passage may be provided between the outer peripheral surface of the distal end portion and the inner peripheral surface of the valve hole. In this case, the liquid flowing from the annular passage to the drain port side is squeezed by the annular restriction passage and rectified into an axial flow. For this reason, especially when the flow rate of the liquid discharged to the drain port is large, the annular passage side is also affected by this rectifying action, and the swirling flow itself is weakened.
[0014]
Furthermore, it is preferable to form the site | part which faces the hollow part of a cylindrical protrusion among the internal peripheral surfaces of a valve hole larger diameter than the sliding part of a spool valve body. In this case, the volume of the annular passage becomes larger and the liquid is more likely to stay in the recess.
[0015]
Further, if the front end surface of the cylindrical projection is closed, the flow of liquid flowing into the orifice passage from the front end surface of the cylindrical projection and the flow of liquid flowing into the orifice passage from the inside of the recess do not collide, and the orifice passage The flow of liquid into the water becomes smoother.

【The invention's effect】
As described above, the present invention provides a hollow portion on the outer peripheral surface of the cylindrical projection, and the inflow side end portion of the orifice passage is opened in the hollow portion, so that the inner peripheral surface of the annular passage where the flow velocity of the swirl flow is the fastest. Therefore, the inflow side end of the orifice passage is sufficiently separated from each other, and it is possible to obtain a staying effect due to the depression, and from these, the swirling flow of the annular passage prevents the liquid from flowing into the orifice passage. The trouble which inhibits can be avoided reliably. Therefore, according to the present invention, the desired control flow rate can always be obtained stably.
