Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to an engine, a rotating electrical machine (hereinafter, motors mainly used for driving, motors mainly used for power generation and engine starting, motors having the same frequency of use for driving and power generation) More particularly, the present invention relates to a power transmission system that improves transmission efficiency of the power train system.
From the viewpoint of global environmental problems, it has become important to establish a hybrid vehicle control system that can greatly reduce the fuel consumption of a vehicle.
Patent Document 1 below describes a hybrid integrated power transmission device including one rotating electric machine, a gear transmission mechanism, and a clutch mechanism.
In the device described in this publication, a transmission mechanism having a rotating electric machine and a clutch mechanism is integrated in a power transmission device housing so that the power train system can be reduced in size and weight.
In addition, by always connecting the input shaft of the speed change mechanism and the rotating electrical machine, only the rotating electrical machine is driven by the engine, power is generated by the rotating electrical machine, and a part of the electric power is used for another rotation. A driving form called a so-called series hybrid that travels by driving an electric machine can be adopted.
In addition, the engine and the rotating electrical machine are comprehensively controlled so as to satisfy the feeling of acceleration / deceleration required by the driver and to operate the engine and the rotating electrical machine in a high efficiency range.
The system described in Patent Document 1 has the following problems.
First, in order to reduce torque shock during gear ratio switching such as 1st to 2nd, 2nd to 3rd, for example, it is necessary to provide a rotating electrical machine on the drive wheel side with respect to the speed change mechanism. On the other hand, in order to generate electric power with engine driving force in the series hybrid form, it is necessary to provide a rotating electrical machine on the engine side with respect to the transmission mechanism. Therefore, in order to prevent a shift shock and improve the shift performance, at least two rotating electric machines are required, and there is a problem that the drive system becomes large.
Second, since the torque transmission mechanism from the engine output shaft to the rotating electrical machine output shaft is complicated, the torque transmission efficiency is low.
Third, since the engine and the rotating electrical machine are driven integrally, the inertia torque of the rotating electrical machine rotating portion acts as a load on the engine side. Therefore, in order to faithfully realize the driver's acceleration command during engine driving, it is necessary to generate on the engine side a torque amount that cancels the inertia torque in addition to the torque amount corresponding to the acceleration command. . Therefore, in order to improve drivability, there is a problem that fuel consumption deteriorates.
In view of the above problems, an object of the present invention is to improve transmission efficiency, reduce vehicle fuel consumption, and reduce the size of a drive system in a power transmission device including a transmission mechanism having a rotating electrical machine and a clutch mechanism.
In order to solve the above-described object, a vehicle control apparatus of the present invention is an automobile control apparatus having an engine, a rotating electric machine, and a transmission, and the transmission includes an input shaft, an output shaft, and the input. A plurality of gear trains forming a torque transmission path between a shaft and the output shaft, and a shift dog clutch that switches the torque transmission path by selectively engaging / releasing the plurality of gear trains to the output shaft; A second clutch that is provided in the gear train and adjusts a transmission torque to the output shaft by its pressing force; a starting clutch that constitutes a torque transmission path between the engine and the input shaft; A clutch for a rotating electrical machine that forms a torque transmission path to the input shaft, and the control device opens the shift dog clutch when the automobile is stopped. The start clutch and the rotary electric machine clutch are controlled to be engaged in order to generate electric power by transmitting the engine torque to the rotary electric machine, and when the automobile starts, the engine and / or the The second clutch is controlled to adjust the torque of the rotating electrical machine and transmitted to the output shaft, and the rotation synchronization control of the input shaft and the output shaft is performed. Thereafter, a plurality of the gear trains are connected to the output shaft. The shift dog clutch is controlled to be selectively engaged.
In a specific aspect of the present invention, the rotation synchronous control of the input shaft and the output shaft is performed by controlling the torque of the engine, and the torque control of the engine is performed by controlling an electronic control throttle. It is characterized by being.
For the first problem, it is effective to provide a mechanism for mechanically reducing the shift shock, instead of using an electric driving force such as a rotating electric machine to reduce the shift shock. That is, the present invention relates to an engine, a transmission provided between the engine and the vehicle drive shaft, a rotating electrical machine connected to the output shaft of the engine and the vehicle drive shaft via the transmission, and the shift A power transmission device for an automobile having a clutch that is provided between an input shaft and an output shaft of the device and adjusts a transmission torque of the input shaft and the output shaft. This clutch can alleviate a shift shock that occurs during a shift operation without adding a rotating electrical machine to the drive wheel side of the transmission.
Preferably, the clutch is a power transmission device for an automobile provided on a gear having a minimum speed ratio in the transmission. By providing a clutch to the minimum gear ratio, that is, the high gear, any change in the rotational speed before and after the gear shift can be accommodated.
Further, the following technique can be considered for the second problem. That is, in a hybrid vehicle, in order to improve the fuel efficiency of the engine, the rotating electrical machine may be used to stop the engine when the vehicle is stopped and start the engine every time the vehicle starts. In that case, from the viewpoint of electrical efficiency, it is effective not to transmit the rotation of the rotating electrical machine as it is to the engine shaft, but to transmit the rotational electrical machine to the engine shaft by decelerating it with a transmission. That is, the present invention includes an engine, a transmission provided between the engine and the vehicle drive shaft, and a rotating electrical machine connected to the output shaft of the engine and the vehicle drive shaft via the transmission. The rotation of the output shaft of the rotating electrical machine is a power transmission device for an automobile that is decelerated and transmitted to the engine-side input shaft of the transmission.
Further, when the rotating electrical machine is driven by the power of the engine to generate electric power, it is effective to reduce the number of transmission mechanisms that transmit the engine power to the rotating electrical machine, for example, the number of gears. That is, the present invention includes an engine, a transmission provided between the engine and the vehicle drive shaft, and a rotating electrical machine connected to the output shaft of the engine and the vehicle drive shaft via the transmission. The output shaft of the engine and the output shaft of the rotating electrical machine are provided as separate axes, and the two output shafts are provided to transmit the power of the output shaft of the engine and the output shaft of the rotating electrical machine. This is a power transmission device for an automobile configured so that gears directly mesh with each other. By directly meshing the gears provided on the engine output shaft and the output shaft of the rotating electrical machine with no other gear interposed therebetween, it is possible to suppress a reduction in power transmission efficiency.
More preferably, the power transmission device for an automobile further includes a clutch for separating the output shaft of the rotating electrical machine from the rotating electrical machine side input shaft of the transmission. By this clutch, the engine and the rotating electrical machine can be separated as necessary, and the inertia torque of the rotating electrical machine can be prevented from acting as a load on the engine side, and the third problem is solved.
By providing a clutch that adjusts the transmission torque of the input shaft and the output shaft of the transmission, it is possible to alleviate a shift shock that occurs during a shift operation without adding a rotating electrical machine to the drive wheel side of the transmission.
Further, by configuring so that the rotation of the output shaft of the rotating electrical machine is decelerated and transmitted to the engine-side input shaft, the electrical efficiency at the time of engine restart is improved.
Further, by directly meshing the gears provided on the engine output shaft and the output shaft of the rotating electrical machine with no other gear interposed therebetween, it is possible to suppress a reduction in efficiency during engine power generation.
Further, by further including a clutch for separating the output shaft of the rotating electrical machine from the rotating electrical machine side input shaft of the transmission, the engine and the rotating electrical machine are disconnected as necessary, and the inertia torque of the rotating electrical machine acts as a load on the engine side. Can be prevented.

3 is a starting clutch, and a so-called dry clutch of a type in which a clutch disc attached to the transmission input shaft 4 is sandwiched between a flywheel and a pressure plate to transmit torque can be used. The mechanism for performing the operation is assumed to be of a type in which the operating force of a clutch pedal (not shown) is transmitted by a hydraulic actuator or the like. As the clutch mechanism in the second term of the present invention, conventionally known ones such as a wet multi-plate clutch and an electromagnetic clutch can be arbitrarily selected in addition to the starting clutch 3 described above.

First, a control method in the stop mode will be described. During idle power generation (No. 1), the starting clutch 3 is turned on, the high-

Furthermore, in the configuration of the present invention, it is possible to regenerate energy during deceleration in all driving modes during traveling. For example, in the operation modes No. 8, 10, and 12, when the transmission input shaft 4 and the motor
Since the motor
Furthermore, in the embodiment of the known example, there are two pairs of gear trains in the transmission path from the engine to the motor generator. However, in the embodiment of the present invention, the number of gear trains is as small as one pair. Transmission efficiency when performing can be improved, and further fuel consumption reduction is possible.
FIG. 3 is an explanatory diagram when the vehicle is to be accelerated while running with the driving force of the engine, and the dotted line arrows in the figure indicate the torque transmission path. As an example, it is assumed that the start clutch 3 is fastened and the
