本発明は図柄表示体が確定した確定図柄が遊技者に利益を与える図柄となる確率を変化させることによってゲ−ムに対する期待感を高めることを課題とするものである。

本発明のパチンコ機は、遊技盤面に、始動口と、入賞制御回路によってコントロールされる入賞装置とを別個に設置し、前記入賞装置には、前記遊技盤面に発射されたパチンコ球が前記始動口に落入することにより拡開動作および復帰動作して大入賞口を開閉する可動翼片と、前記大入賞口に落入した入賞球を特定領域と非特定領域とに振り分ける振り分け機構と、前記特定領域を通過した特定球を検出する特定球検出スイッチと、前記特定球が検出されたときに図柄の変動表示を停止して図柄を確定する図柄表示体と、を備え、前記入賞制御回路は、前記特定球検出スイッチの検出信号に基いて前記可動翼片の拡開動作および復帰動作による前記大入賞口の反復開閉動作を所定回数の反復開閉動作が行われるまで又はその所定回数の反復開閉動作中に当該大入賞口に所定個数のパチンコ球が入賞するまで行う所定回数反復開閉動作制御手段と、前記図柄表示体に確定表示された確定図柄に基づいて、前記大入賞口の所定回数反復開閉動作の繰り返し回数を決定する繰り返し回数決定手段と、前記当り図柄が確定表示される確率をゲ−ム進行中に切換える確率切換え手段と、を備え、前記繰り返し回数決定手段は、前記図柄表示体に確定表示された確定図柄が予め定めた当り図柄であるときに前記大入賞口の所定回数反復開閉動作の繰り返し回数を予め定めた第1の回数に決定し、前記当り図柄以外の外れ図柄であるときに前記大入賞口の所定回数反復開閉動作の繰り返し回数を前記第1の回数よりも少ない第2の回数に決定し、前記所定回数反復開閉動作制御手段は、前記繰り返し回数決定手段で決定された第1の回数又は第2の回数のいずれかの回数の前記大入賞口の所定回数反復開閉動作を繰り返し実行し、前記確率切換え手段は、前記図柄表示体が1回目の特定球検出時に確定した確定図柄が前記当り図柄となったときに2回目の特定球検出によって前記当り図柄が出現する確率を、1回目の当り図柄によって実行される前記大入賞口の所定回数反復開閉動作の繰り返し回数が終了した時点で通常確率から高確率に切換える一方、高確率に切り換えられた状態で前記図柄表示体に前記外れ図柄が確定表示されると前記当り図柄が表示される確率を前記高確率から通常確率に直ちに切り換え前記振り分け機構が入賞球を振り分ける球振り分け態様が前記図柄表示体が確定した確定図柄に基いて指定されるように設定してあると共に、前記図柄表示体の確定図柄が当り図柄になったときに、特定球が発生し、前記図柄の確定が行なわれやすい状況を出現するように設定した構成を有する。

【作用】
請求項1に記載した構成を有するパチンコ機において、大入賞口に落入した入賞球のうち、振り分け機構によって振り分けられた入賞球が特定領域を通過してその特定球が特定球検出スイッチによって検出されると、図柄表示体が図柄の変動表示を停止して図柄を確定し、この図柄表示体が確定した確定図柄に基いて大入賞口の所定回数反復開閉動作の繰り返し回数が決定される。また、図柄表示体が1回目の特定球検出時に確定した確定図柄が当り図柄となったときに2回目の特定球検出によって当り図柄が出現する確率を、1回目の当り図柄によって付与された大入賞口の所定回数反復開閉動作の繰り返し回数が終了した時点で通常確率から高確率に切換えられる一方、高確率に切り換えられた状態で前記図柄表示体に前記外れ図柄が確定表示されると前記当り図柄が表示される確率を前記高確率から通常確率に直ちに切り換えられる。また、図柄表示体が確定した確定図柄に基いて大入賞口の開閉態様と、振り分け機構が入賞球を振り分ける球振り分け態様とが同時に変更される。

【発明の効果】
本発明は前記したように構成してあるので、請求項1によれば図柄表示体が確定する確定図柄によって大入賞口への連続入賞が可能となって特別な利益が与えられる状態を長い時間出現させたり、短い時間出現させたりすることができ、大入賞口への入賞発生が長期的には平均的な入賞発生状態となるように設定しても、短期的には特別な利益が与えられる可能性が高い状況と、特別な利益が与えられる可能性が低い状況とを出現させることができる。
