【0075】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
This invention collects reusable wastewater such as rainwater and bathroom wastewater and stores it in a water storage tank, which is used as intermediate water for various uses, for example as toilet wash water or car wash water, Also relates to water supply facilities for supplying water for garden watering.
[0002]
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
In recent years, reusable wastewater such as rainwater and bathroom wastewater has been collected and stored in a water storage tank, and the stored water (medium water) is used as toilet wash water, car wash water, and also in a garden. It is considered that the water is supplied to various users as water for watering.
[0003]
FIG. 14 shows an example of what is considered as this kind of middle water facility.
In the figure, 200 is a water storage tank, 202 is an inflow port, and 204 is an outflow port for allowing excess water in the

[0006]
[0007]
This middle water facility collects rainwater or sewage from domestic toilets and toilets, and wastewater with relatively low pollution, excluding sewage from the kitchen, as reusable wastewater, and uses this as reclaimed water for various uses. Supply.
[0008]
By the way, for example, even if it is called bathroom drainage in a mouthful, this includes drainage of remaining hot water in the bathtub, drainage from the washing place, and the like.
Thus, the former drainage has a low pollution level, but the latter drainage contains soap and the like and has a relatively high pollution level.
[0009]
In addition, water containing detergent and rinsing water when washing the bathtub and washroom are drained from the bathroom, or scales, trash, etc. remaining at the bottom of the bathtub after using the remaining hot water in the bathtub as washing water The water containing a lot of water is discharged, or the water containing the cleaning agent used in the bathtub and the dirt removed at that time is also discharged.
These effluents are also relatively highly polluted.
[0010]
Therefore, if all of these wastewaters flow into the water storage tank, there arises a problem that the burden of purification treatment for use as intermediate water becomes large, the water quality becomes unstable, and the burden of purification treatment also increases. For this reason, there arises a problem that the capacity of the water storage tank is increased or the facility is increased in size.
[0011]
On the other hand, if a large amount of rainwater flows into the water storage tank during heavy rain, etc., if the water storage tank is full or not, the water storage tank will quickly fill up due to a large amount of rainwater and overflow, etc. Will be discharged to the outside.
In this case, there is a problem that the rainwater that has been subjected to purification treatment such as disinfection in the corner water storage tank is wasted in large quantities, which is not economical.
[0012]
In addition, the intermediate water facility shown in FIG. 14 has a problem that the supernatant of the stored water in the
[0013]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The middle water facility of the present invention has been devised to solve such problems.
Thus, according to the first aspect of the present invention, reusable wastewater such as bathroom wastewater excluding rainwater is collected, stored in the storage tank by flowing into the water storage tank from the inlet at the tip through the inflow pipe, and supplied to the user. A middle water facility, wherein a part or all of the inflow water from the inflow port is received by the water receiving port and flows out to the outside, and the inflow port and the water receiving port are large toward the inflow port. Water that flows in at a high flow rate and with a strong water flow is dropped from the inflow port avoiding the water receiving port, and flows into the water storage tank, while water that flows in at a low flow rate and a weak water flow is dropped into the water receiving port. It is characterized in that it flows out to the outside through the water receiving port.
[0014]
According to a second aspect of the present invention, in the first aspect of the present invention, a jump base having a bottom surface portion that changes upward toward the inflow port is formed at the tip of the inflow pipe, and a jump force is applied to the water flow to It is characterized by being dropped from.
[0015]
According to a third aspect of the present invention, in the first aspect of the present invention, in the first aspect of the present invention, a throttle portion that narrows the flow passage area is formed at the tip of the inflow pipe, and the shape of the throttling portion is a portion above the bottom surface of the inflow pipe The squeezing rate is such that the squeezing rate becomes large, and the water flowing in at a large flow rate is added with momentum by the action of the squeezing and dropped from the inlet.
[0016]
According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, in the third aspect of the present invention, the throttle portion gradually narrows the flow path width and gradually increases the throttle ratio as it moves upward from the bottom surface portion.
[0017]
According to a fifth aspect of the present invention, in any one of the third and fourth aspects, the throttling portion is configured such that a throttling ratio is increased as it proceeds toward the inflow port.
[0018]
A sixth aspect of the present invention is characterized in that, in the first aspect, the jump base of the second aspect and the throttle part of any one of the third to fifth aspects are formed at the tip of the inflow pipe.
[0019]
According to a seventh aspect of the present invention, in any one of the first to sixth aspects, the water receiving port is an outflow port through which excess water in the water storage tank flows out.
[0020]
An eighth aspect of the present invention is the method according to the seventh aspect, wherein a filter for removing a solid content is disposed on the locus of water falling from the inflow port to the water storage tank continuously from the water receiving port. It is characterized by.
[0021]
According to a ninth aspect of the present invention, in any one of the first to eighth aspects, the inflow port and the water receiving port are provided inside a water intake provided outside the water storage tank so as to communicate with the water storage tank. And
[0022]
According to a tenth aspect of the present invention, there is provided a middle water facility for collecting rainwater, storing it by flowing into a water storage tank from an inflow port, and supplying it to a user.,in frontA pipe body is provided in the water storage tank so as to cross the water storage tank, and the inlet is provided in the pipe body in such a manner that rainwater flowing in at a low flow rate and with a weak water flow falls downward and flows into the water storage tank. For rainwater that flows in at a high flow rate and with a strong water flow, the pipe is passed through the inlet and provided at the end of the pipe.FlowIt is characterized by flowing out from the outlet.
[0023]
Claim11Is the claim10In the above, the inflow port is constituted by a notch part having a downward opening formed by notching a lower part of the pipe body.
[0024]
Claim12Is the claim10, 11In any of the above, the tube body is provided with an overflow port for overflowing the stored water in the water storage tank.
[0025]
[Operation and effect of the invention]
As described above, according to the present invention, the intermediate water facilities are divided into those for rainwater and those other than that for rainwater, and for those other than rainwater, water flowing in at a large flow rate and with a strong water force is received using the strong water force. While avoiding the water inlet, let it fall from the inlet and let it flow into the water storage tank.On the other hand, for water flowing in at a low flow rate and a weak water flow, use the weak water force to drop it directly into the water receiving port below, It is designed to flow out through the water receiving port.
[0026]
In the present invention, among the water collected as reusable waste water, waste water with relatively high pollution flows into the water storage tank with a small flow rate and weak water flow, while draining remaining hot water in the bathtub, etc. Drainage with low pollution is a clever use of the fact that it flows into the storage tank with a large flow rate and strong water flow.
[0027]
That is, according to the present invention, water flowing in at a small flow rate and weak water flow is discharged to the outside, while water flowing in at a large flow rate and strong water flow is allowed to flow into the water storage tank. It is possible to select only low-grade waste water and take it into the water storage tank.
[0028]
As a result, it is possible to reduce the burden of the purification process when the stored water in the water storage tank is used as middle water, and to stabilize the quality of the water.
Further, since the burden of the purification process is reduced, the capacity of the water storage tank can be reduced or the equipment can be reduced in size.
[0029]
Next, according to the second aspect of the present invention, a jump base whose bottom surface portion changes upward toward the inlet is formed at the tip of the inflow pipe, and a jump force is applied to the water flow so as to fall from the inlet. In such a case, the distance when falling from the inlet between the water flowing at a small flow rate and weak water flow toward the inlet and the water flowing at a large flow rate and strong water flow. Can have a big difference.
[0030]
As a result, when falling water from the inflow port is received at the receiving port, the falling position of the water falling from the inflow port can be effectively made different. The separation efficiency with low water can be further increased. Thereby, the utilization factor of water with low pollution degree can be raised.
[0031]
Next, according to a third aspect of the present invention, a throttle part for adding water by the action of the throttle by the water flowing in the inlet pipe at a large flow rate toward the inlet and dropping it from the inlet is provided at the tip of the inlet pipe. Even when this is done, the water drops from the inlet between the water that flows with a small flow rate and a weak water flow, and the water that flows with a large flow rate and a strong water flow. Therefore, the separation efficiency between water having a high degree of pollution and water having a low degree of pollution can be further increased.
[0032]
In this case, the throttle portion can be formed in a shape that gradually narrows the flow path width and gradually increases the throttle ratio as it moves upward from the bottom surface portion of the inflow pipe.
In this way, the water that flows at a low flow rate and a weak water flow has a low water level in the inflow pipe, so the action of the throttling is weak against such water, and conversely the flow at a high flow rate and a strong water flow. Since the incoming water has a high water level in the inflow pipe, it is possible to effectively exert a throttling action on the water flowing at such a large flow rate and a strong water flow. The separation efficiency can be effectively increased by providing a difference.
[0033]
The throttle portion can also be configured such that the throttle rate increases as it proceeds toward the inlet (claim 5).
By doing in this way, the action of the restriction can be smoothly applied to the water that has flowed at a large flow rate and a strong water force, and the action of the strongest restriction can be exerted at the inlet portion.
[0034]
According to a sixth aspect of the present invention, the jump base and the throttling portion of any one of the third to fifth aspects are formed at the tip of the inflow pipe. It is desirable because it can achieve the highest separation efficiency with highly polluted water.
[0035]
In the present invention, the water receiving port can be constituted by an outflow port through which excess water in the water storage tank flows out.
Further, in this case, a filter for removing the solid content can be provided continuously on the water receiving port and on the locus of water falling from the inlet to the water storage tank (claim 8).
If it does in this way, after removing solid dirt with a filter, drainage can be made to flow in a water storage tank, and it can prevent that the pollution of the stored water in a water storage tank increases by the solid dirt. it can.
[0036]
In addition, when the outflow port is a water receiving port as described above, if a filter for removing solids is provided in a continuous form there, when the stored water in the water storage tank overflows through the outflow port, The advantage is that the remaining solid dirt can be automatically washed out together with the overflow water to the outside through the water receiving port (outlet).
[0037]
In the present invention, the inlet and the water inlet can be provided inside a water intake tank provided outside the water storage tank so as to communicate with the water storage tank.
[0038]
Next, according to the tenth aspect of the present invention, in the rainwater middle water facility, rainwater flowing in at a small flow rate and weak water flow toward the inflow port is introduced into the water storage tank from the inflow port, while at a large flow rate and strong water force. The inflowing rainwater is largely or entirely discharged to the outside through the outflow port. In the middle water facility of
[0039]
For rainwater that flows in at a high flow rate and with a strong water flow, the pipe passes through the inlet and flows downstream, and flows out from the outlet provided at the end of the pipe. The
By doing in this way, it is possible to easily realize that only rainwater flowing at a low flow rate and weak water flow is selectively allowed to flow into the storage tank by removing rainwater flowing at a high flow rate and strong water flow. it can.
Here, the inflow port can be constituted by a notch portion having a downward opening shape formed by notching a lower portion of the tubular body.11).
[0040]
Further, the pipe body may be provided with an overflow port for overflowing the stored water in the water storage tank.12).
In this way, the tubular body can be used in common as an overflow tubular body.
[0041]
