を表す信号、入力軸回転数NIN(r.p.m.)

PL =(AREG2/AREG1)・PS +WREG /AREG1 ・・・(1)
【0027】
【0029】
PS =WSLT /ASLT −FI /ASLT ・・・(2)
【0030】
【0032】
PSOL =WMOD /AMOD ・・・(3)
【0033】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a hydraulic control device for an automatic transmission for a vehicle in which a gear stage is selected by a combination of operations of a plurality of hydraulic friction engagement devices, and more particularly, variation in characteristics of linear solenoid valves and driving linear solenoid valves. The present invention relates to a technique for suitably suppressing a shift shock at the time of a garage shift or a power off-up shift due to variations in drive circuits.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In an automatic transmission for a vehicle, a gear selected from a plurality of gears is established by a combination of operations of a plurality of hydraulic friction engagement devices. A linear solenoid valve that outputs a control pressure that continuously changes in response to a drive signal indicating the magnitude of the engine load in order to generate a line pressure that functions as a source pressure of such a hydraulic friction engagement device. And a line pressure generating device that generates a line pressure, which is a source pressure of the hydraulic friction engagement device, based on a control pressure output from the linear solenoid valve. For example, in order to reduce the drive loss of a hydraulic pump driven by the engine, the line pressure is set to an input torque of the automatic transmission so as to be as small as possible without causing the hydraulic control device to slip. The pressure is adjusted according to the size.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, in the conventional hydraulic control device, even when the accelerator pedal is not depressed, the linear solenoid valve outputs a control pressure of a predetermined value and has a line corresponding to the control pressure of the predetermined value. The minimum value of the pressure is generated, and the minimum value of the line pressure is used as a hydraulic pressure source of the hydraulic friction engagement device, and the shift lever is operated from the N range to the traveling range while the vehicle is stopped such as a so-called garage shift. There has been a shift in association with this, and a shift in a non-driven state (power-off state) where the accelerator pedal is not depressed.
[0004]
However, there is a variation in the characteristics of the linear solenoid valve, and there is also a variation in the drive circuit that supplies a drive signal (drive current) for driving the linear solenoid valve. Even if a command signal is supplied from the electronic control unit, there is a variation in the generated line pressure, so when performing a shift when the line pressure is the minimum pressure, that is, at the garage shift or power-off shift, There is a disadvantage that the shift shock varies greatly due to the variation in the minimum line pressure, and the shift feeling may be impaired.
[0005]
The present invention has been made in the background of the above circumstances, and an object of the present invention is to provide a hydraulic control device for an automatic transmission for a vehicle in which variation in shift shock is suppressed during a garage shift or a power-off shift. There is.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve this object, the gist of the present invention is to provide a drive indicating the magnitude of an engine load in an automatic transmission for a vehicle in which a gear stage is selected by a combination of operations of a plurality of hydraulic friction engagement devices. signal The drive signal is determined by the operating position of the spool valve element that is operated so that the urging force of the solenoid driven by the valve and the urging force of the spring and the thrust based on the control pressure are balanced. A linear solenoid valve that outputs a control pressure that continuously changes in response to the pressure, and a line pressure that generates a line pressure that serves as a source pressure of the hydraulic friction engagement device based on the control pressure output from the linear solenoid valve (A) The linear solenoid valve has an insensitive region where the control pressure is not changed regardless of a change in the drive signal, at the end of the change range of the drive signal. And the drive signal includes a value indicating a minimum value of the engine load. (B) The line pressure generator is based on a control pressure corresponding to the insensitive area. Without pressure regulation by the linear solenoid valve Output the minimum value of the line pressure Let It is to be a thing.
[0007]
【The invention's effect】
In this way, in the characteristics of the linear solenoid valve, the insensitive area where the control pressure is not changed regardless of the change of the drive signal is the end of the change range of the drive signal, and the drive signal is the minimum engine load. The line pressure generator is provided based on the control pressure corresponding to the dead area. Without pressure regulation by the linear solenoid valve Output the minimum value of the line pressure Let Therefore, even if the characteristics of the linear solenoid valve and the drive circuit that outputs the drive signal vary, the control pressure corresponding to the insensitive area output from the linear solenoid valve does not change. For this reason, in the garage shift or power-off shift performed using the minimum value of the line pressure corresponding to the control pressure corresponding to the insensitive area, the variation in the shift shock due to the variation is preferably suppressed.
[0008]
Other aspects of the invention
Here, it is preferable that an accumulator in which the line pressure acts as a back pressure is connected to the hydraulic friction engagement device. Since the rise of the shift transition hydraulic pressure when the engagement shock of the hydraulic friction engagement device is generated is influenced only by the back pressure, an accumulator in which the line pressure acts as the back pressure is used in this way. In such a case, the above-described effect becomes more effective.
[0009]
Preferably, the plurality of hydraulic friction engagement devices use the minimum value of the line pressure as a common minimum necessary pressure, and the slip and speed change are performed when the minimum value of the line pressure is supplied. The specifications are set so that a shock does not occur. In this way, even when multiple shifts such as 1 → 2 off-up shift, 2 → 3 off-up shift, and 3 → 4 off-up shift are performed based on the shift operation, the common minimum required pressure is Since the change in hydraulic pressure is eliminated during the shift, the shift shock is suitably suppressed.

Further, according to the present embodiment, each hydraulic friction engagement device includes a line pressure P L Is connected to the accumulator acting as the back pressure, the rise of the shift transient hydraulic pressure when the engagement shock of each hydraulic friction engagement device occurs is the back pressure (line pressure P L ). Thus, the line pressure P L Since an accumulator that acts as a back pressure is used, the above-described effect becomes more effective.

Further, according to the present embodiment, the plurality of hydraulic frictional engagement devices include the line pressure P L Minimum value P Lmin Is used as a common minimum required pressure, and the minimum value P of the line pressure Lmin Since the specifications are set so that slip and shift shock do not occur when the is supplied, for example, 1 → 2 off-up shift, 2 → 3 off-up shift, 3 → 4 off-up shift Even when multiple shifts as described above are performed based on the shift operation, a shift shock is suitably suppressed because the common minimum required pressure is used for each shift or there is no change in hydraulic pressure during the shift.
