【0001】
<制御例>

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an automatic stop start device that saves fuel or reduces exhaust emission by executing automatic stop and automatic start of an engine.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, when a car stops at a crossing, for example, when traveling, the engine is automatically stopped under a predetermined stop condition, and then the engine is restarted when the accelerator pedal is depressed, for example, under a predetermined start condition. Thus, an automatic stop / start device that saves fuel or reduces exhaust emission is known, for example, in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 9-71138.
[0003]
On the other hand, in recent years, many automobiles are provided with an automatic transmission (automatic transmission), and the automatic stop / start device is generally provided in an automobile equipped with an automatic transmission. An automatic clutch type manual transmission is also known. When these transmissions are hydraulic, an oil pump (hydraulic pump) that supplies hydraulic pressure to the transmission is provided, and the oil pump is driven by the engine. Therefore, the engine stop / start control by the automatic stop / start device is performed. The following problem arises.
[0004]
In other words, if the shift position is the D (drive) position and the engine is stopped by the automatic stop / start device, the oil pump that has been operated by the driving force of the engine will be stopped. The hydraulic pressure will decrease. Therefore, the clutch and brake for shifting are also temporarily released.
[0005]
When the restart condition of the engine is satisfied by depressing the accelerator pedal from this state, the engine starts to rotate and the discharge pressure of the oil pump of the transmission gradually increases. And since it is the D position, when the hydraulic pressure becomes sufficient, the forward clutch is engaged as it is to become the first speed, for example. The engagement of the clutch means that the oil that has escaped from the oil passage is supplied again through the oil passage, and it takes some time to start the engine until the clutch is engaged. However, if the accelerator pedal is depressed until the clutch is engaged, the engine speed increases, and an engagement shock may occur at the moment of engagement of the forward clutch. At the same time, the driver may feel uncomfortable.
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the conventional technology, when the engine is stopped, the oil pump is stopped and the oil pressure in the oil passage is lowered, so that rapid pressure increase is performed so as to increase the supply speed of the hydraulic pressure to the forward clutch. Therefore, there was a possibility that a shock would occur with forward clutch engagement when the vehicle started.
[0007]
In addition, when starting the vehicle, if it is necessary to supply hydraulic pressure to engage a plurality of clutches instead of supplying hydraulic pressure only to the forward clutch, a clutch at the time of restart after automatic engine stop, etc. At the time of engagement, there is a possibility that the supply amount of the working fluid necessary for reducing the pack clearance in the clutch becomes insufficient, and rapid pressure increase may not be possible.
[0008]
The present invention has been made in view of the above points, and in an automatic engine stop / start device, an engagement delay of a predetermined clutch at the time of engine restart is prevented, and an engagement delay of the predetermined clutch is prevented. Let it be an issue.
[0009]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above problems, the present invention employs the following means. That is, the feature of the first invention is that the engine is automatically stopped under a predetermined stop condition, the engine is restarted under a predetermined return condition, and the plurality of clutches of the transmission are engaged when the engine is restarted. An automatic stop and start device, wherein among the plurality of clutches, rapid pressure increasing means for rapidly increasing fluid pressure of a predetermined clutch to which engine output torque is transmitted when the engine is restarted, when the engine is restarted; Delay control means for delaying engagement of clutches other than the predetermined clutch among the plurality of clutches at the time of rapid pressure increase control at the time of restarting the engine.
The feature of the second invention is that the engine is automatically stopped under a predetermined stop condition, the engine is restarted under a predetermined return condition, and the plurality of clutches of the transmission are engaged when the engine is restarted. The automatic stop / start device of the above-mentioned, wherein the fluid pressure of the forward clutch, which is a forward friction engagement device that is engaged when the vehicle is advanced, among the plurality of clutches is rapidly increased when the engine is restarted. Pressure means and delay means for delaying engagement of clutches other than the forward clutch among the plurality of clutches at the time of rapid pressure increase control at the time of restarting the engine.
[0010]
The rapid pressure increasing means is a rapid pressure increasing means for increasing the supply speed of the fluid pressure to the forward clutch from the state where the fluid pressure source is stopped and the fluid pressure in the fluid pressure supply path is lowered due to the engine being stopped. Perform pressure.
[0011]
By the way, when the shift stage is formed for starting, it is not always necessary to supply the fluid pressure to one clutch, and it may be necessary to supply the fluid pressure to engage a plurality of clutches. In that case, there is a possibility that a sufficient supply amount for a plurality of clutches cannot be secured and the effect of rapid pressure increase cannot be obtained.
[0012]
Therefore, such a point is compensated by the delay means. Here, the object of which the delay means delays the engagement is, for example, a clutch provided in parallel with the one-way clutch of the transmission, and the clutch provided in parallel with the one-way clutch is the engagement of the sub-transmission. A case of a combined device can be illustrated.
[0013]
The conditions for automatically stopping the engine are that the vehicle speed is zero, the brake pedal is on, the accelerator is off, and the shift lever position is N or D, or the shift lever position is P even if the brake pedal is off. As an example, Therefore, when the brake is stepped on at an intersection or the like and the vehicle is temporarily stopped, or when the vehicle is stopped in the parking lot, the automatic stop / start device stops the engine.
[0014]
Next, when the engine restart condition is satisfied, the engine restarts. The engine restart condition is, for example, that the brake pedal is released and the accelerator is depressed for restart.
[0015]
When the engine is restarted, the operating fluid is rapidly supplied to the clutch by the rapid pressure increasing means, and the clutch is rapidly engaged.
At this time, engagement of a clutch other than the predetermined clutch, for example, a clutch provided in parallel with the one-way clutch of the transmission is delayed by the delay means. Therefore, the supply fluid pressure is supplied only to the hydraulic supply oil passage of the predetermined clutch during the rapid pressure increase control.

In the above automatic transmission, it is possible to set five forward speeds and two reverse speeds by engaging and releasing the clutches and brakes as shown in the operation table of FIG. In FIG. 4, ◯ indicates an engaged state, ◎ indicates an engaged state during engine braking, Δ indicates an engaged state that is not related to power transmission, and a blank indicates a released state.
[0036]
Then, the mode of the transmission can be changed to the sport mode by a switch on the driver's seat. In the sport mode, as shown in FIG. 13, the shift can be changed manually by a shift switch provided on the steering wheel.
<Automatic engine stop / start device>
An automatic stop start device is provided that automatically stops the engine under a predetermined stop condition and restarts the engine under a predetermined return condition. Then, a rapid pressure increasing means is provided for quickly increasing the hydraulic pressure of the forward clutch C1 when the engine is started.
[0037]
Here, when the engine is started, the speed at which the hydraulic pressure of the forward clutch C1 is increased by the rapid pressure increasing means is faster than when the rapid pressure increasing means is not provided, and the engagement speed of the forward clutch C1 is also rapid pressure increasing means. It is faster to use The rapid pressure increasing means refers to one that can perform an operation such as increasing the flow passage cross-sectional area of the oil passage. In this embodiment, the predetermined clutch that is subject to rapid pressure increase is the forward clutch C1.
[0038]
As is apparent from FIG. 4, the multi-plate clutch C0 and the one-way clutch F0 are simultaneously engaged from the first gear to the fourth gear. In particular, when the engine is automatically started from 1st to 3rd, the hydraulic fluid is rapidly boosted and supplied to the forward clutch C1 by the rapid pressure increasing means, but the hydraulic path to the forward clutch C1 is also connected to the multi-plate clutch to C0. Therefore, the hydraulic pressure is supplied to the multi-plate clutch C0 simultaneously with the supply of the hydraulic pressure to the forward clutch C1. For this reason, there is a possibility that the amount of hydraulic oil supplied to the forward clutch C1 may be reduced.
[0039]
Therefore, during rapid pressure increase control at the time of engine restart, the engagement of the multi-plate clutch C0 provided in parallel with the one-way clutch F0 of the transmission is delayed by the delay means 110, and the rapid pressure increase to the forward clutch C1 is completed. After that, the multi-plate clutch C0 provided in parallel with the one-way clutch F0 of the transmission is engaged. In other words, during the rapid pressure increase control, the hydraulic pressure is preferentially supplied only to the forward clutch C1.
[0040]
The engine automatic stop / start device including the delay means is realized on the

A vehicle speed sensor signal, a shift lever position signal, an accelerator sensor signal, a brake pedal signal, and the like are input for determination by the automatic stop determination unit 101 and the automatic
[0042]
For example, the automatic stop determination means 101 is configured such that the vehicle speed is zero, the brake pedal is depressed, the accelerator pedal is not depressed, the engine water temperature or the A / T hydraulic oil temperature is within a predetermined range, and the shift lever It is determined that the engine should be stopped on the condition that the current position is D or N, or that the SOC (battery charge) is not less than a predetermined value. In this way, performing the automatic stop / start control at the D or N position is called D eco-run, and the auto stop / start control is performed only at the N position and the auto stop / start control is not performed at other positions. That's it. It is also possible to control by selecting D eco-run or N eco-run.
[0043]
On the other hand, the automatic return determination means 103 determines that the engine should be restarted when, for example, the accelerator pedal is stepped on or the brake is turned off without being stepped on.
[0044]
When the automatic stop determination unit 101 determines that the automatic stop condition is satisfied, the automatic stop start device automatically turns on a control execution indicator, for example, a lamp, to indicate to the driver that the engine is being automatically stopped. Stop display means 105 is provided.
<Hill hold control means>
As long as the engine is running even when the vehicle is stopped, a creep force is applied to move the vehicle forward as long as the shift lever is in the D position. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the vehicle from moving backward by this creep force on a slope with a gentle slope.
[0045]
However, in the present invention, when the vehicle stops, the engine is stopped, so that the creep force does not work. Therefore, if the stop position is a slope, the vehicle will move backward unless the brake is depressed.
[0046]
Therefore, as shown in FIG. 5, when the automatic stop determination unit 101 determines that the automatic stop condition is satisfied, the hill

When the pressure is raised by the pressure raising means when the engine is restarted, the hydraulic pressure is supplied faster by the increased pressure.
In this example, the hydraulic pressure is supplied to the clutch C0 in parallel with the one-way clutch F0 in the same manner as the forward clutch C1, but the rapid increase of the hydraulic pressure supplied at the restart after the automatic stop of the engine has priority over the clutch C0. Thus, it is performed only for the forward clutch C1.

When the oil pressure is applied, the C1 oil pressure suddenly rises and an engagement shock occurs. Then, control is performed so that the hydraulic pressure is not supplied from the return
[0075]
The circuit shown in this figure can also be applied to the C2 clutch which is a reverse friction engagement device.
The present invention can be applied not only to an automatic transmission but also to an automatic clutch type manual transmission.
[0076]
As described above, since the engagement of the clutch C0 provided in parallel with the one-way clutch F0 of the transmission is delayed at the time of the rapid pressure increase control when restarting after the automatic stop of the engine, the operation at the time of the rapid pressure increase is performed. Oil shortage can be avoided and smooth engagement of the forward clutch C1 can be performed.
[0077]
【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention, when the engine is restarted, priority is given to the engagement of the predetermined clutch, and the engagement of the clutch that is engaged at the same time in the normal time, for example, the clutch parallel to the one-way clutch is delayed. The working fluid necessary for these engagements can be concentrated on the engagement of the predetermined clutch, the forward clutch can be engaged more smoothly, and the engagement shock can be reduced as much as possible.
