Description

【0001】

2. The toner container according to claim 1, wherein at least two members are joined to form a toner accommodating portion therein, and a sealing member is interposed at the joining portion between the members, and the sealing member Is formed of a single seal member that can be bent along the joint, and the inside of the bent portion for fitting along the joint is cut into a V shape and is attached to the joint Since the closed loop is formed in a state where both ends thereof face each other, the toner container according to the first aspect provides the following operational effects.
That is, the seal member is formed of a single seal member that can be bent along the joint portion, and the inside of the bent portion for being along the joint portion is cut into a V-shape. The member can be easily mounted so as to be along the joint by bending the V-shaped cut portion.
After the seal member is attached to the joint portion (site to be the joint portion), the toner container is obtained by joining the two members with an appropriate joining means (for example, a screw, engagement, etc.) that can be separated.
In a state where the seal member is attached to the joint portion, a closed loop is formed with both ends of the seal member facing each other, so that it is difficult for the toner to leak out.
By the way, in order to form a closed loop-shaped seal member, for example, it is possible to punch a sheet-like member into a closed loop shape, but in that case, the material of the inner portion punched into the closed loop shape is wasted. Problems arise. There is also a problem that the number of sealing members that can be taken from one sheet material is remarkably reduced.
On the other hand, the seal member in the toner container according to claim 1 can be obtained by, for example, cutting the sheet-like member basically in a straight line (partially forming a V-shaped cut). The number of sealing members that can be taken from a single sheet material is remarkably increased, and at the same time, the material is not wasted.
According to a toner container of claim 2, in the toner container of claim 1, the joint portion is a frame-shaped groove formed in one of the two members, and the seal is formed in the frame-shaped groove. Since the seal member is embedded in a state where the bent portion is aligned with the corner portion of the frame-like groove, the seal member is embedded in the frame-like groove. The sealing member can be mounted by aligning the bent portion at the corner of the frame-like groove and embedding the sealing member while bending it.
That is, since the seal member can be mounted by embedding the seal member while aligning the bent portion with the corner portion using the frame-shaped groove as a guide, the seal member can be mounted more easily.
In addition, the sealing member is embedded in the frame-shaped groove of one member, and the edge of the other member is fitted to the frame-shaped groove via the sealing member, so that the sealing performance is improved. The toner becomes more difficult to leak.
Furthermore, since the seal member is mounted by being embedded in the frame-like groove, an adhesive or the like for mounting the seal member becomes unnecessary, and the recyclability is further improved.
According to the toner container of claim 3, in the toner container of claim 1 or 2, the opposite end portions of the seal member are stepped at a surface intersecting the joint surface of the two members in the joint portion. Since the closed loop is formed by combining these step portions, the toner that tries to leak from between the opposite ends of the seal member is blocked by the step portion.
Therefore, the toner is less likely to leak from the gap between the opposite ends of the seal member, and the toner is more unlikely to leak from the toner container.
According to a toner container of a fourth aspect, in the toner container according to any one of the first to third aspects, at least one end of the seal member is provided with a mark indicating a mounting direction of the seal member. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the mounting direction from being wrong when the seal member is mounted.
According to the toner container of the fifth aspect, in the toner container according to the third aspect, since the step portion constitutes a mark indicating the mounting direction of the seal member, a separate mark is provided in addition to the step portion. There is no need.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is a longitudinal sectional view showing an embodiment of a toner container according to the present invention, (a) is a view showing a state before joining two members, and (b) is a view showing a state after joining. is there. FIG. 2 is a partially omitted exploded perspective view. FIG. 3A is a perspective view showing a state before a closed loop is formed, and FIG. 3B is a perspective view after the closed loop is formed. 4A is a plan view showing a mounting process of the seal member, FIG. 4B is a partially enlarged view of FIG. 4A, and FIG. 5 is a plan view showing a modified example and the mounting process of the seal member. .
[0008]
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the toner container of this embodiment is formed by joining two members, an upper case 10 and a lower case 20, to form a toner containing portion T therein, and the upper case 10. And a toner container in which a seal member 30 is interposed at a joint C between the lower case 20 and the lower case 20.
As shown in FIG. 1, flange portions 11 and 21 are formed in the upper case 10 and the lower case 20, respectively, and these flange portions 11 and 21 are coupled by appropriate coupling means (for example, screws, engagement, etc.). Thus, the toner container is configured.
[0009]
As shown in FIG. 3A, the seal member 30 is formed of a single seal member that can be bent along the joint C, and the bent portions 31, 32, and 33 are arranged along the joint C. , 34 are cut into V-shapes (the V-shaped cut portion is indicated by a symbol V), and in the state where they are attached to the joint portion C, as shown in FIGS. A closed loop is formed with 35 and 36 facing each other. The seal member 30 has a long and narrow prismatic shape as a whole, and is made of a flexible material (for example, rubber, sponge, etc.) that has a sealing property against toner.
[0010]
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the joint C between the upper case 10 and the lower case 20 includes a frame-like groove 22 formed in the bottom of the lower case 20, and the seal member 30 in the frame-like groove 22. It is comprised with the lower edge part 12 of the upper case 10 which fits through.
As shown in FIG. 4, the seal member 30 is embedded in the frame-shaped groove 22 in a state where the bent portions 31, 32, 33, 34 are aligned with the corner portions 22 a, 22 b, 22 c, 22 d.
As shown in FIGS. 2 to 4, the opposite end portions 35, 36 of the seal member 30 are joined to the joint surface between the upper case 10 and the lower case 20 in the joint portion C (the illustrated one is a horizontal plane and is a figure). 4 (surface parallel to the paper surface) 13 and 23 (see FIGS. 1 and 2) (shown is a surface perpendicular to the joint surface and vertical surface) 35a and 36a, step portions 35b and 36b are provided. The closed loop is formed by combining the step portions 35b and 36b.
Further, these step portions 35 b and 36 b constitute a mark indicating the mounting direction of the seal member 30.
[0011]
Specifically, the seal member 30 is attached to the frame-shaped groove 22 as shown in FIG. 4, for example.
First, the sealing member 30 is bent as indicated by arrows a and a so that the corners 22a and 22b of the frame-shaped groove 22 are aligned with the bent portions 31 and 32 of the sealing member 30, and the bending portions 31 and 32 are bent. Are embedded in the frame-shaped groove 22.
Next, the bent portions 31 and 33 are bent while the seal member 30 is bent as shown by arrows a and a so that the bent portions 33 and 34 of the seal member 30 are aligned with the corner portions 22c and 22d of the frame-shaped groove 22. The portion 30 b between the two and the portion 30 c between the bent portions 32 and 34 are embedded in the frame-shaped groove 22.
Thereafter, the step portions 35b and 36b of the both end portions 35 and 36 are aligned, and a portion 30d between the bent portion 33 and the end portion 35 and a portion 30e between the bent portion 34 and the end portion 36 are framed. Embedded in the groove 22.
For example, as described above, the seal member 30 is embedded and mounted in the frame-like groove 22.
[0012]
In the example shown in FIG. 4, the frame-shaped groove 22 has a symmetrical shape. However, depending on the shape of the toner container, the frame-shaped groove may be asymmetric (line-symmetric, for example, like the frame-shaped groove 22 'shown in FIG. It is also not point-symmetric.
However, even in such a case, the seal member 30 ′ is configured in accordance with the frame-shaped groove 22 ′, and the V-shaped cut portion V ′ is formed on the side opposite to the V-shaped cut portion V, for example, as follows. Thus, the seal member 30 'can be mounted in a state adapted to the frame-like groove 22'.
First, the seal member 30 ′ is arranged so that the stepped surface 35 a of the other end 36 is on the near side so that the stepped surface 35 a of the one end 35 is on the other side. Thus, the step portions 35b and 36b serve as marks indicating the mounting direction of the seal member 30 ′.
Next, while folding the sealing member 30 ′ as indicated by arrows a and a so that the bent portions 31 ′ and 32 ′ of the sealing member 30 ′ are aligned with the corner portions 22a ′ and 22b ′ of the frame-shaped groove 22 ′, A portion 30a ′ between the bent portions 31 ′ and 32 ′ is embedded in the frame-shaped groove 22 ′.
Next, the bent portions 33 ′ and 34 ′ of the seal member 30 are aligned with the corner portions 22 c ′ and 22 d ′ of the frame-shaped groove 22 ′, and the seal member 30 ′ is bent as shown by the arrows a and a. The portion 30b ′ between the bent portions 31 ′ and 33 ′ and the portion 30c ′ between the bent portions 32 ′ and 34 ′ are embedded in the frame-shaped groove 22 ′.
Further, the bent portion 37 of the seal member 30 ′ is aligned with the corner portion 22e of the frame-shaped groove 22 ′, and the seal member 30 ′ is bent as shown by the arrow a while the bent portions 34 ′ and 37 are interposed. The portion 30f is embedded in the frame-shaped groove 22 ′, and the bent portion 38 of the seal member 30 ′ is aligned with the corner portion 22f of the frame-shaped groove 22 ′. While bending as indicated by an arrow b, a portion 30g between the bent portions 37 and 38 is embedded in the frame-like groove 22 ′.
Thereafter, the step portions 35b and 36b of the both end portions 35 and 36 are aligned, so that a portion 30d 'between the bent portion 33' and the end portion 35 and a portion 30e 'between the bent portion 38 and the end portion 36 are obtained. Are embedded in the frame-like groove 22 '.
For example, as described above, the seal member 30 'can be embedded and attached to the asymmetric frame groove 22'.
[0013]
After the sealing member 30 (or 30 ′) is mounted in the frame-like groove 22 (or 22 ′) of the lower case 20 as described above, the upper case 10 is joined to the lower case 20 (see FIG. 1). The toner container is configured by connecting the 10 and 20 flange portions 11 and 21 with appropriate connecting means (for example, screws, engagement, etc.).
In a state where the upper case 10 and the lower case 20 are coupled, the seal member 30 is sandwiched between the lower edge portion 12 and the lower case 20 in the frame-like groove 22 as shown in FIG. As a result, the toner is prevented from leaking well.
[0014]
According to the toner container as described above, the following effects can be obtained.
(A) At least two members 10 and 20 are joined to form a toner accommodating portion T therein, and a seal member 30 (or 30 ′, the same applies hereinafter) is interposed at a joint C between the members 10 and 20. In the toner container, the seal member 30 is formed of a single seal member that can be bent along the joint C, and the inside of the bent portion 31 and the like for being along the joint C is cut into a V shape. Since the closed loop is formed with both ends 35 and 36 facing each other in the state of being attached to the joint C, the following operational effects can be obtained.
That is, the seal member 30 is made of a single seal member that can be bent along the joint C, and the inside of the bent portion 31 and the like for being along the joint C is cut into a V-shape. A single seal member 30 can be easily mounted so as to be along the joint C by being bent at the V-shaped cut portion V.
After the seal member 30 is attached to the joint portion (site to be the joint portion) C, the two members 10 and 20 are coupled by a suitable coupling means (for example, screws, engagement, etc.) to separate the toner container. can get.
In the state where the seal member 30 is attached to the joint C ”, the closed loop is formed with both ends 35 and 36 of the seal member 30 facing each other, so that the toner is difficult to leak out.
By the way, in order to form a closed-loop seal member, for example, as shown in FIG. 6A, the sheet-like member 40 is punched into a closed-loop shape (the seal member formed by punching is indicated by reference numeral 41). However, if so, the problem arises that the material of the inner portion 42 punched out in a closed loop is wasted. Moreover, the problem that the number of the sealing members 41 taken from one sheet material 40 becomes remarkably small also arises.
On the other hand, the seal member 30 in this embodiment cuts the sheet-like member 40 basically in a straight line (partially forms a V-shaped cut) as shown in FIG. 6B, for example. Therefore, the number of sealing members 30 that can be taken from one sheet material 40 is remarkably increased, and the material is not wasted.
(B) The joining portion C includes a frame-like groove 22 (or 22 ′, the same applies hereinafter) formed in one member 20 of the two members 10 and 20, and the frame-like groove 22 via a seal member 30. Since the sealing member 30 is embedded in the state where the bent portion 31 is aligned with the corner portion 22a of the frame-like groove 22 and the like, the sealing member 30 is embedded. The seal member can be attached by embedding the seal member 30 while folding the seal member 30 by aligning the bent portion 31 and the like with the corner portion 22a of the frame groove 22 and the like.
That is, the seal member 30 can be mounted by embedding the seal member 30 while aligning the bent portion 31 and the like with the corner portion 22a and the like using the frame-shaped groove 22 as a guide (while performing alignment). Can be installed.
Moreover, the seal member 30 is embedded in the frame-shaped groove 22 of one member 20, and the edge 13 of the other member 10 is fitted to the frame-shaped groove 22 via the seal member 30. As a result, the sealing performance is improved and the toner is more difficult to leak out.
Furthermore, since the seal member 30 is mounted by being embedded in the frame-shaped groove 22, an adhesive or the like for mounting the seal member 30 is not required, and the recyclability is further improved.
(C) Steps 35b and 36b are formed at opposite surfaces 35 and 36 of the seal member 30 by surfaces 35a and 36a intersecting the joint surfaces of the two members in the joint C, and these step portions are aligned with each other. As a result, the closed loop is formed, so that the toner that tries to leak from between the opposite end portions 35 and 36 of the seal member 30 is blocked by the step portions 35b and 36b.
That is, for example, as shown by an arrow F in FIG. 4B, the toner which is about to leak from between both end portions 35 and 36 intersects the stepped portion surface 35a so as to block the toner. , 36a.
Therefore, the toner is less likely to leak from the gap between the opposite ends 35, 36 of the seal member 30, and the toner is more unlikely to leak from the toner container.
(D) At least one end of the seal member 30 (both ends shown in the figure) is provided with a mark indicating the mounting direction of the seal member 30, so that the mounting direction is erroneous when the seal member 30 is mounted. This is prevented.
Such a configuration is particularly effective when the seal member mounting portion (frame-like groove 22 ') is asymmetrical, as described above.
(E) Since the step portions 35b and 36b constitute a mark indicating the mounting direction of the seal member 30, it is not necessary to separately provide a mark other than the step portions 35b and 36b.
[0015]
Although the embodiments of the present invention have been described above, the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and can be appropriately modified within the scope of the gist of the present invention.
For example,
(1) In the above embodiment, the toner accommodating part is formed by joining the two members of the upper case 10 and the lower case 20, but the toner accommodating part is formed by joining three or more members. (For example, a case where a frame-like groove is formed on the upper surface of the upper case 10 and a lid is further bonded to the upper portion of the upper case 10 to form a toner accommodating portion on the upper portion of the upper case 10). Is applicable.
(2) In the above embodiment, the corner of the frame-shaped groove 22 is 90 °, and therefore the cut angle of the V-shaped cut portion V of the seal member 30 is set to approximately 90 ° along the corner. The corner of 22 may be other than 90 ° (for example, 60 °, 120 °, etc.). In that case, the cut angle of the V-shaped cut portion is matched with the angle of the corner of the frame-like groove 22. (For example, 60 °, 120 °, etc.).
[0016]
【The invention's effect】
Any one of the toner containers according to claims 1 to 5 can improve recyclability and hardly cause toner leakage.
further,
According to the toner container of the second aspect, since the seal member can be mounted by embedding the seal member while aligning the bent portion with the corner portion using the frame-shaped groove as a guide, the seal member can be mounted more easily. In addition, the sealing property is improved and the toner is more difficult to leak. In addition, an adhesive or the like for mounting the seal member becomes unnecessary, and the recyclability is further improved.
According to the toner container of the third aspect, the toner is less likely to leak from the gap between the opposite ends of the seal member, and the toner is more unlikely to leak more reliably from the toner container.
According to the toner container of the fourth aspect, it is possible to prevent the mounting direction of the sealing member from being wrong when the sealing member is mounted.
According to the toner container of the fifth aspect, it is not necessary to separately provide a mark other than the step portion.
