Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to bookbinding such as slip-sheet books that are bound as various publication books such as picture books and karaoke books.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, various interleaf books, including picture books, have been published as publication books. Interleaf paper is affixed to a suitable number of cardboard sheets folded in half, with the folds aligned and overlapped. The interleaf sheet is produced by binding and sticking another thick paper continuously from the back side of the interleaf sheet to the leading and trailing folded paper sheets. The
[0003]
A slip-sheet book is a book that is bound together as a single book with high rigidity by making a page leaf by laminating and sticking the folded folded paper sheets on the outer surfaces of each other. There is the next page leaf in order to face each other so that the back side of the page paper that has been rolled up faces the back of the previous page leaf when it is rolled in order. Is lifted, and there is a drawback that it cannot be opened in a flat state in which the page opening angle for two spread pages by the rolled page paper and the next page paper leaf is 180 °.
[0004]
Therefore, an interleaving book has been developed in which two spread pages can be opened flat at an angle of 180 ° across all pages, and has attracted attention as an easy-to-read interleaving book.
[0005]
For example, a slip-sheet book C as shown in the side view of FIG. 5 is a conventional example, and includes a case cover 31 including a front cover 32, a spine cover 33, and a back cover 34, and the front cover 32 or the back cover 34. A thick base material D such as thick paper or polystyrene foam is integrally attached to one of the inner surfaces.
[0006]
And on the upper surface of the base material D, an appropriate number of folded cardboard sheets are stacked on top of each other with the folds aligned and pasted, and the leading folded paper sheet and the end of the folded sheet are attached to the back side of the interleaf sheet body. A slip-sheet booklet 41 made up of, for example, five slip-sheet page sheets, which is bound by sticking another thick paper continuously over the two-fold paper sheets, is attached integrally.
[0007]
As shown in FIG. 5, the interleaf booklet 41 has one cardboard paper leaf 45 as a hinge plate that is folded outwardly from the back 43 side to the front half folded paper leaf and the last half folded paper leaf. The first page paper sheet 42-1 is covered and pasted in a state where a non-sticking area e is formed from the back side to the back part 43.
[0008]
As shown in FIG. 6A, the slip sheet shown in FIG. 5 is formed by first opening the front cover 32 and then turning the first page paper leaf 42-1 so that the thick paper 41-1 of the first page paper leaf 42-1. The other cardboard sheet 45 that is interleaved with the sheet is folded and separated outward by the non-sticking area e, and the next page sheet sheet 42-2 is a sheet of cardboard 41-1 at the back portion 13. The second page paper leaf 42-2 is not lifted, and the first page paper leaf 42-1 is almost lifted relative to the next page paper leaf 42-2. It can be opened smoothly and smoothly at an angle of 180 °.
[0009]
Further, the cardboard paper sheet 45 (outer folding hinge plate 46) which is bent outward and separated by turning the first page paper sheet 42-1 is separated from the front cover 32 at a predetermined interval by the thickness of the base material D. Therefore, a space is secured, and the first page leaf 42-1 can be placed in a horizontal state without contacting the cover 32.
[0010]
Next, when the page paper leaf 42-2 is turned, the other one cardboard of the next page paper leaf 42-3, which is interleaved with the cardboard 41-1 of the page paper leaf 42-2, is put on the back 43. Since they are simply connected to each other by a single cardboard, they are easy to open as described above. The next page leaf 42-3 does not lift up, and the page paper leaf 42-2 does not move up. -3 can be opened smoothly and smoothly at an angle of approximately 180 °, and the cardboard paper sheet 45 (external folding hinge plate 46) is further bent outward at a sharper angle and protrudes. Thus, since it is separated from the front cover 32 at a predetermined interval, a space is secured and the page paper sheets 42-2 and 42-3 can be placed in a horizontal state of 180 ° with respect to each other without contacting the front cover 32. it can.
[0011]
Similarly, when rolling the next page paper leaf 42-3, 42-4, it can be smoothly and smoothly opened at an angle of about 180 ° with respect to the next page paper leaf. Since the cardboard sheet 45 bent and separated outward is separated from the front cover 32 by a thickness of the base material D at a predetermined interval, as shown in FIG. Even when the two pages 42-3 and 42-4 are opened, they can be opened in a flat state of 180 °.
[0012]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, in bookbindings bound by cardboard, especially in the above-mentioned interleaving book, when each interleaved page leaf is rolled up, the next page leaf of the curled page leaf is not lifted and spreads. In order to be able to open smoothly to a flat state where the opening angle for two pages is 180 °, a retreat space for the outer folding hinge plate while turning the page is necessary, and the base material as described above Therefore, the conventional interleaf paper book requires an extra thickness corresponding to the thickness of the base material D corresponding to the actual thickness of the interleaf paper booklet 41.
[0013]
An object of the present invention is to eliminate the above inconveniences, and the object of the present invention is to provide a booklet that is bound by cardboard, in particular, an outer folding hinge plate while the pages of the above-mentioned interleaving book are being rolled. [0018]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The bookbinding of the present invention will be described in detail below according to the embodiment shown in the side sectional view of the bookbinding of the present invention shown in FIGS.
[0019]
As shown in FIG. 1 (a), the bookbinding of the present invention has a case cover 1 composed of a front cover 2, a back cover 3, and a back cover 4, and an inner surface of either the front cover 2 or the back cover 4. A booklet 11 (or a slip-sheet booklet) provided with a parallelogram cylinder 21 that is integrally mounted and can be folded up and flatly folded, and an outer folding hinge plate 16 on the back 13 attached to the upper surface plate of the cylinder 21. Body).
[0020]
The case cover 1 is formed of thick paper, and the folds at the boundary portions of the front cover 2, the back cover 3, and the back cover 4 are formed so as to be openable and closable by pressing rules.
[0021]
The parallelogram cylinder 21 is formed by a bottom plate 21a, a side plate 21b on the back cover 3 side, a top plate 21c, a side plate 21d on the fore edge side, and an adhesive plate 21e, and can be folded flat via a fold. In addition, it is possible to stand up in a three-dimensional shape, and the rising height h and the booklet thickness t of the booklet 11 attached to the surface of the upper surface plate 21c are set to be substantially the same.
[0022]
As shown in FIG. 1A, for example, when the booklet 11 is a slip-sheet booklet, a plurality of bi-fold paper leaves, for example, a bi-fold paper leaf 11-1 of four thick papers, 11-2, 11-3, and 11-4, with the folded folds aligned and overlapped, and a laminated paper body, each of which is bonded to each other with adhesive glue, On the outside, it is constituted by a coated paper sheet 15 in which another paper sheet 15 is overlapped and coated from the back portion 13 side.
[0023]
As shown in FIG. 1B, the slip-sheet booklet 11 includes n sheets of folded paper 11-1, 11-2, 11-3,... 11-n, for example, four sheets of folded paper. Each of n + 1 interleaf pages 12 − formed by sticking the overlapping inner surfaces of the leaves 11-1, 11-2, 11-3, and 11-4 and the paper sheet 15 coated from the outside. 1, 12-2, 12-3,... 12-(n + 1), for example, composed of 5 interleaf pages 12-1, 12-2, 12-3, 12-4, and 12-5 Has been.
[0024]
Then, the coated paper sheet 15 is non-adhered to the overlapping covering portion with the back portion 13 portion and the overlapping covering portion with the leading paper sheet 11-1 portion on the back side having the same width as the width d of the back portion 13. The coated paper sheet 15 includes the region e and the overlapping covering portion of the other region, that is, the overlapping portion with the leading paper sheet 11-1 and the overlapping portion with the trailing paper sheet 11-n as the pasting region. The first paper sheet 11-1 and the last paper sheet 11-n are pasted.
[0025]
The coated paper sheet 15 in the non-sticking area e is connected to each of the interleaf sheets 12-1, 12-2, 12-3,... 12- through the folds 15a, 15b, 15c at the back portion 13 thereof. This is a portion that becomes the outer folding hinge plate 16 when (n + 1) is rolled, and the fold 15b gradually protrudes outward, and comes into contact with the inner surface of the back cover 3 of the case cover 1 and serves as a fulcrum. It is the part corresponding to the eyes.
[0026]
Further, in the present invention, the booklet 11 does not have to be an interleaf booklet composed of interleaf paper sheets as described above.
[0027]
For example, the booklet 11 uses n single sheets of paper, and n pages of paper sheets by a binding method other than the saddle stitching method and the flat stitching method, a binding method such as a wireless binding method, and a hot melt method. 12-1, 12-2, 12-3,... 12 -n, and the coated paper sheet 15 in that case is the same as the case of the slip-sheet booklet, The overlapping covering portion of the overlapping covering portion and the overlapping portion of the first page paper sheet 12-1 on the back side having the same width as the width d of the back portion 13 is the non-sticking area e, and the first page paper sheet 12 of the other area. -1 and the overlapping portion with the trailing paper sheet 12-n as the pasting area, the coated paper sheet 15 is the first page paper sheet 12-1 (single sheet of paper that is not interleaved) ) And the last page leaf 12-n (page leaf with a single sheet of paper that is not interleaved). Note that the coated paper sheet 15 does not necessarily have to be attached to the fore edge side of the first page paper sheet 12-1 and the last page paper sheet 12-n, and slightly outside the non-adhesion area e. The first page paper leaf 12-1 (page paper leaf by a single sheet of paper that has not been inserted) and the last page paper leaf 12-n (page paper by a single sheet of paper that has not been inserted) (Leaf) may be stuck.
[0028]
And the coated paper sheet 15 of the non-sticking area e of the booklet 11 which is not a slip sheet is n-folded through the folds 15a, 15b and 15c in the back portion 13 as in the case of the slip sheet booklet. This is the part that becomes the outer folding hinge plate 16 when the page leafs 12-1, 12-2, 12-3, ... 12-n of the page are rolled up, and the fold 15b gradually protrudes outward. The portion corresponding to the projecting fold which is in contact with the inner surface of the back cover 3 of the case cover 1 and serves as a fulcrum.
[0029]
As shown in FIGS. 2 (a) to 2 (d), the bookbinding of the present invention is a parallelogram cylinder that can be raised up or flatly folded on the inner surface of either the front cover 2 or the back cover 4 of the case cover 1. The body 21 is integrally attached, and the slip-sheet booklet 11 is attached to the upper surface plate of the cylindrical body 21. Each time the pages of the slip-sheet booklet 11 are opened after the cover 2 is opened. Further, the outer folding hinge plate 16 on the back portion 13 of the booklet 11 is bent further outward in an acute angle direction so that the fold 15b portion gradually protrudes outward, and the inner surface of the back cover 3 of the case cover 1 The outer folding hinge plate 16 flattenes the parallelogram cylinder 21 that is folded flat with the protruding fold portion of the hinge plate 16 as a fulcrum. Created as a fulcrum arm for raising a solid body into a cylindrical shape To.
[0030]
As shown in FIG. 2 (b), after the front cover 2 is first opened, the first page paper sheet 12-1 is turned over, and the other sheet is attached to the thick paper 11-1 of the first page paper sheet 12-1. One cardboard sheet 15 is folded and separated by an outer folding hinge plate 16 formed by the non-sticking area e, and the next page sheet sheet 12-2 is one cardboard sheet 11 at the back portion 13. -1 so that it is easy to open because it is only connected to each other. The next page leaf 12-2 is not lifted up, and the first page leaf 12-1 is relative to the next page leaf 12-2. And open smoothly at an angle of approximately 180 °.
[0031]
Further, the outer folding hinge plate 16 of the cardboard paper sheet 15 folded and separated outward by turning the first page paper sheet 12-1 is separated from the front cover 2 by a thickness t of the main body of the slip-sheet booklet 11. Therefore, a space is secured and the top page leaf 12-1 can be placed in a horizontal state without contacting the front cover 2.
[0032]
As shown in FIG. 2 (c), when the page paper sheet 12-2 is turned over next time, other than the next page paper sheet 12-3 inserted in the thick paper 11-1 of the page paper sheet 12-2. Since the single cardboard is simply connected to each other by one cardboard at the back portion 13, it is easy to open in the same manner as described above, and the next page paper leaf 12-3 does not lift up and is similarly paged. The paper sheet 12-2 can be opened smoothly and smoothly at an angle of about 180 ° with respect to the next page paper sheet 12-3.
[0033]
Further, the fold portion of the outer folding hinge plate 16 of the cardboard paper sheet 15 is bent outward at a more acute angle and comes into contact with the inner surface of the spine cover 3 of the case cover 1 which presses the inner surface of the spine cover 3. The outer folding hinge plate 16 acts as a fulcrum arm with the fold 15b protruding from the hinge plate 16 as a fulcrum, and gradually raises the parallelogram cylinder 21 folded flatly, The slip-sheet booklet 11 gradually rises into a flat cylindrical shape up to a height h substantially equal to the thickness t of the main body.
[0034]
Therefore, the parallelogram cylinder 21 raised in the shape of a flat cylinder having a height h can secure a space for retracting the protruding outer folding hinge plate 16 on the outer side of the back side of the slip-sheet booklet 11, The paper sheets 12-2 and 12-3 can be placed in a horizontal state.
[0035]
Similarly, when rolling the next page paper sheet 12-3, 12-4, it can be opened smoothly and smoothly at an angle of about 180 ° with respect to the next page paper sheet. The outer folding hinge plate 16 of the cardboard paper sheet 15 which is bent and separated outwards every time is formed on the back side of the slip-sheet booklet 11 by the parallelogram cylinder 21 raised in a flat cylinder shape having a height h. 2 can be retracted by being accommodated in a space formed on the outside of the paper sheet, and can be opened in a flat state of 180 ° when the page paper leaves 12-3 and 12-4 are opened. As shown in (2), even when the two pages 12-4 and 12-5 (12-n, 12- (n + 1)) of the final spread page are opened, they can be opened in a flat state of 180 °.
[0036]
As the film or sheet material used for the case cover 1 of the above-mentioned bookbinding, the parallelogram cylinder 21 and the slip-sheet booklet 11, cardboard sheets, plastic sheets (including synthetic paper), etc. can be used. The thickness is not particularly limited. For example, as the folded paper sheets 11-1, 11-2, 11-3,... 11-n, and the coated paper sheet 15, a sheet material of 100 to 150 μm can be used. The interleaf paper sheets 12-1, 12-2, 12-3,... 12-n, 12- (n + 1) are, for example, twice as thick as 200 to 300 μm.
[0037]
3 (a) to 3 (b) show an embodiment of the bookbinding of the present invention. As shown in FIG. 3 (a), the front cover 2 and the back cover 4 of the case cover 1 are connected to a parallelogram cylinder 21. FIG. And the extension part 2a, 4a is provided in the front and back cover 2, 4 so that it may extend long like width 5 from the edge part by the side of the edge side of the slip-sheet booklet 11 respectively.
[0038]
In the space sandwiched between the extending portions 2a and 4a, appropriate tools and supplies B attached to the contents of the bookbinding such as a keyboard (keyboard), a paint set, a booklet, etc. are provided in the extending portions 2a and 4a. It can be integrally attached to either of them.
[0039]
4 (a) to 4 (b) show another embodiment of the bookbinding of the present invention. As shown in FIG. 4 (a), the front cover 2 and the back cover 4 of the case cover 1 are parallelograms. The tube 21 and the slip-sheet booklet 11 are extended from the top side or the ground side end to the top side or the ground side, respectively, so as to have a width of 5 and extended portions 2a and 4a on the front and back covers 2 and 4, respectively. In the space sandwiched between the extending portions 2a and 4a, appropriate tools and supplies B attached to the contents of the bookbinding such as a keyboard (keyboard), a paint set, a booklet, etc. It can be integrally attached to any of the extending portions 2a and 4a.
[0040]
【The invention's effect】
In the bookbinding of the present invention, when each page paper leaf is rolled, the next page leaf of the turned page leaf does not lift up, and the opening angle for two spread pages is smoothly in a flat state of 180 °. The outer folding hinge plate on the back of the slip-sheet booklet protrudes outward by turning the page, and the protruding fold tip is flattened by contacting the inner surface of the back cover. The folded parallelogram cylinder can be raised to a height corresponding to the thickness of the slip-sheet booklet, and a retreat space for the outer folding hinge plate at the back of the slip-sheet booklet can be secured. it can.
[0041]
When the page is closed, the outer folding hinge plate comes in close contact with the back and returns to the original state, and the parallelogram cylinder can be folded back to the original flat state to eliminate the retreat space, There is an effect that an extra space and an extra thickness of a bookbinding book such as a slip-sheet book for securing a folding hinge plate can be eliminated.
