BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention controls the operation of the heating circulation means that heats the hot water taken out from the bottom of the hot water storage tank through the heating means and returns the heated hot water to the upper part of the hot water storage tank. Operation control means is provided, and the heating means includes a heat pump type heating unit and an auxiliary heating unit that allow the refrigerant of a heat pump device that performs air conditioning operation to air-condition the air-conditioning target space, and the operation control unit includes The present invention relates to a hot water storage type hot water supply heat source device configured to operate the heating type circulation means when there is a hot water storage request.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In the hot water storage type hot water supply heat source apparatus as described above, when the operation control means has a hot water storage request, the heating type circulation means is operated to heat the hot water taken out from the bottom of the hot water storage tank with the heat pump heating unit. The heated hot water is returned to the upper part of the hot water storage tank and stored in the hot water storage tank using the refrigerant of the heat pump device (for example, JP-A-2001-296057). ).
[0003]
In this type of hot water storage type hot water supply heat source device, the operation control means operates the heating type circulation means when there is a hot water storage request while the heat pump device is in cooling operation, and the hot water taken out from the bottom of the hot water storage tank The hot water is circulated in a state of passing through the heating unit and stored in the hot water storage tank.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the conventional hot water storage type hot water supply source device, when the heat pump device stores hot water during the cooling operation, the hot water taken out from the bottom of the hot water storage tank is allowed to pass through the heat pump heating unit. The hot water taken out from the bottom is radiated by the heat pump type heating unit, and there is a risk that the amount of thermal energy required when hot water is stored in the hot water storage tank increases.
[0005]
The present invention has been made paying attention to such a point, and its purpose is to reduce the amount of heat energy required when hot water is stored in a hot water storage tank, and to achieve energy saving. It is in providing a hot water supply heat source device.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve this object, according to the first aspect of the present invention, the hot water taken out from the bottom of the hot water storage tank is heated by passing the heating means, and the heated hot water is returned to the upper portion of the hot water storage tank. A heat pump type heating unit provided with a heating type circulation means and an operation control means for controlling the operation of the heating type circulation means, wherein the heating means passes a refrigerant of a heat pump device that performs an air conditioning operation for air conditioning the air conditioning target space. In the hot water storage type hot water supply heat source device configured to operate the heating type circulation means when there is a hot water storage request, the operation control means includes:
The heating type circulation means passes hot water in the hot water storage tank through the heat pump type heating unit. Without passing through the auxiliary heating unit The operation control means is configured to switch the heating circulation means to the bypass circulation state when there is a request for hot water storage during the cooling operation of the heat pump device. ing.
[0007]
That is, when the operation control means stores hot water during the cooling operation of the heat pump device, the heating circulation means allows the hot water in the hot water storage tank to pass through the heat pump heating section. Without passing through the auxiliary heating unit Since it is possible to operate by switching to the bypass circulation state to circulate, when the heat pump device stores hot water during the cooling operation, it is possible to prevent the hot water taken out from the hot water storage tank from dissipating heat in the heat pump heating unit. It becomes possible.
Accordingly, it has become possible to provide a hot water storage type hot water supply heat source device capable of reducing the amount of heat energy required when hot water is stored in the hot water storage tank and saving energy.
[0008]
According to a second aspect of the present invention, when the operation control means has the hot water storage request while the heat pump device is in a heating operation with a heating load equal to or higher than a set heating load, the bypass of the heating-type circulation means is bypassed. It is configured to switch to a circulating state.
[0009]
That is, when the operation control means stores hot water during heating operation with a heating load higher than the set heating load by the heat pump device, the heating type circulation means can be switched to the bypass circulation state, and is therefore used for air conditioning. It is possible to prevent the adverse effect on the air conditioning operation due to a sudden change in the temperature of the refrigerant, and to appropriately perform the air conditioning operation.
[0010]
In other words, when the operation control means is in a heating operation with a heating load equal to or higher than the set heating load, when the hot water extracted from the bottom of the hot water storage tank is circulated in a state of passing through the heat pump heating unit, In the heat pump type heating section, hot water is heated with the refrigerant used for air conditioning, so the temperature of the refrigerant used for air conditioning changes rapidly, and the air conditioning target space is appropriately adjusted. It will adversely affect the air conditioning operation, such as being unable to air conditioning.
On the other hand, since the operation control means circulates the hot water taken out from the bottom of the hot water storage tank without passing through the heat pump type heating unit when the heat pump device is performing heating operation with a heating load higher than the set heating load, the heat pump In the type heating section, avoid heating hot water with the refrigerant used for air conditioning, prevent sudden changes in the temperature of the refrigerant used for air conditioning, and properly operate the air conditioning Can be done.
[0011]
By the way, when the operation control means is heating operation with a heating load less than the set heating load, the operation control means circulates hot water taken out from the bottom of the hot water storage tank in a state of passing through the heat pump heating unit, and heat pump heating Even if hot water is heated with the refrigerant used for air conditioning in the part, since the heating load is less than the set heating load, the air conditioning operation is adversely affected by controlling the heating capacity of the heat pump device to be increased. It is possible to store hot water in the hot water storage tank while preventing the water from being exerted.
[0012]
According to a third aspect of the present invention, the operation control means switches the heating type circulation means to the bypass circulation state when the hot water storage request is made during the heating operation for starting up the heat pump device. It is configured.
[0013]
That is, when the operation control means stores the hot water during the heating operation for starting up the heat pump device, the heating type circulation means can be switched to the bypass circulation state, so that the heat pump device can be operated with a large heating capacity. During heating operation for raising, the heating type circulation means is switched to the bypass circulation state to prevent the temperature of the refrigerant used for air conditioning from changing abruptly. Thus, it is possible to appropriately perform the heating operation for startup.

As shown in FIG. 3, the hot water storage unit control unit C and the heat pump operation control unit D control that the engine heat pump air conditioner B is in an air conditioning operation, a drive request to the engine heat pump air conditioner B, and the like. A control signal for permitting heating is transmitted.
[0046]
By the way, when the heat pump operation control unit D receives a control signal for requesting the heating operation from the hot water storage unit control unit C when there is no heating request, the heat pump operation control unit D opens the HP heating
[0047]
In the air conditioning operation of the cooling operation and the heating operation described above, the heat pump operation control unit D determines whether or not the operation state of the engine heat pump type air conditioner B can be continuously operated for a set time for hot water storage or more. When it is determined that the operation state of the engine heat pump type air conditioner B can be predicted to be continuously operated for a set time for hot water storage, the hot water storage unit controller C is requested to perform hot water storage operation for unnecessary heat. When the hot water circulation means E is operated to perform a hot water storage operation for unnecessary heat, and when the operation state of the engine heat pump air conditioner B is not a state where it can be predicted that the operation will continue for more than the set time for hot water storage, The hot water circulation means E is configured to prohibit the execution of hot water storage operation for unnecessary heat.
[0048]
In other words, the heat pump operation control unit D executes a determination process for determining whether or not the operation state of the engine heat pump air-conditioning apparatus B is a state where the operation state can be continuously operated for a set time for hot water storage or more. In the determination process, the air conditioning operation for unnecessary heat is performed only when it is determined that the operating state of the engine heat pump air conditioner B can be predicted to be continuously operated for a set time for hot water storage or more. A control signal for requesting a hot water storage operation for unnecessary heat is transmitted to the unit controller C.
[0049]
When the description is added to the determination process, the heat pump operation control unit D determines that the engine heat pump type air conditioner B has been operated after the set time for determining whether or not the air conditioning operation has been performed (for example, 10 minutes) or longer. While it is determined that the operation status of the air conditioner B is a situation in which it can be continuously operated for a set time for hot water storage, it can be predicted that the engine heat pump type air conditioner B is continuously operated for a set time for hot water storage. In the hot water storage time zone set as, the operation state of the engine heat pump type air conditioner B is determined to be a state in which it can be continuously operated for the hot water storage set time or longer.
[0050]
To explain the setting of the hot water storage time zone, the heat pump operation control means D sets the time zone artificially set by the air conditioner remote controller R1 or the like as the hot water storage time zone and executes the air conditioning operation. A time zone with a high frequency is automatically set as a hot water storage time zone by a learning function.
When the learning function is described, for example, one day is set as a reference period, and the day is divided into a plurality of reference time zones for each set time width (for example, one hour). Stores whether or not the air conditioning operation of the heating operation and the cooling operation is actually executed for the time zone, and sets the reference time zone in which the air conditioning operation is continuously executed for a plurality of days (for example, 3 days) as the hot water storage time zone Is configured to set as

In the hot water storage operation, when there is a hot water storage request by the hot water remote controller R2, the hot water storage unit controller C sets the hot water circulation means E to the non-bypass circulation state or the bypass circulation state based on the operation state of the engine heat pump air conditioner B. After that, when the start-up heating operation is started and the set time for start-up elapses and the switching condition is satisfied, the start-up heating operation is terminated and the heating operation according to the heating load is performed. Execute (step 13).

As shown in FIG. 6, the hot water storage operation starts when a hot water storage operation for unnecessary heat is requested from the heat pump operation control unit D or when a hot water storage request is received from the hot water storage remote controller R2.

[0071]
[Another embodiment]
(1) In the above embodiment, when the heat pump operation control unit D is operating after the engine heat pump air conditioner B has performed the air conditioning operation for more than the set time for determining whether air conditioning is possible (for example, 10 minutes) in the determination process, It is determined that the operating state of the engine heat pump air conditioner B is a situation in which the engine heat pump air conditioner B can be continuously operated for a set time for hot water storage and the engine heat pump air conditioner B is continuously operated for a set time for hot water storage. Is configured to determine that the operating state of the engine heat pump air conditioner B can be continuously operated for more than the set time for hot water storage even during the hot water storage time zone set as predictable. However, the control operation of the discrimination process can be changed as appropriate.
[0072]
For example, the engine heat pump air conditioner is only operated when the heat pump operation control unit D is operating after the engine heat pump air conditioner B has been operating for more than a set time for determining air conditioning (for example, 10 minutes) in the determination process. It is configured to determine that the operation state of B is a state where the operation can be continuously performed for a set time for hot water storage or the engine heat pump type air conditioner B can be continuously operated for a set time for storing hot water. Only in the hot water storage time zone that is set as predictable, it is possible to determine that the operation status of the engine heat pump type air conditioner B can be continuously operated for more than the hot water storage set time. is there.
[0073]
In addition, the determination process is not limited to the one executed by the heat pump operation control unit D. For example, the load signal from 1 to 7 according to the air conditioning load can be transmitted and received freely from the heat pump operation control unit D to the hot water storage unit control unit C. The hot water storage unit control unit C is configured to determine whether or not the operation state of the engine heat pump type air conditioner B is a state in which the hot water storage unit B can be continuously operated for a set time for hot water storage or more based on the load signal. It is also possible to do.
[0074]
Incidentally, the learning function for setting the hot water storage time zone is not limited to the one shown in the above embodiment, for example, storing the actual start time and end time of the air conditioning operation for one day, and a plurality of days (for example, 3 days) It is also possible to obtain a time zone in which the air-conditioning operation has been performed continuously, set the time zone as a hot water storage time zone, and apply various other learning functions.
[0075]
(2) In the above embodiment, the heat pump operation control unit D executes the determination process, and the operation state of the engine heat pump air conditioner B is a state in which the operation state can be continuously performed for a set time for hot water storage or more. Although the hot water storage unit control unit C is configured to execute a hot water storage operation for unnecessary heat, the heat pump operation control unit D does not execute a discrimination process, and the hot water storage unit control unit C performs hot water storage for unnecessary heat. It is also possible to carry out the operation without executing it.
