【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a sewage water feeding device to a vacuum sewage pipe and a vacuum sewage collection system .
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, in a vacuum sewage collection system, there is a limit to the collection range of sewage, and if it exceeds the loss limit of the vacuum sewage pipe, it cannot be collected in a vacuum. For example, even if it is flat, in a region far from the vacuum station or in a region where the altitude is lower than the vacuum station, the vacuum pressure does not reach, so that sewage cannot be collected by vacuum. In areas where the vacuum collection limit is exceeded, the following method is generally used.
[0003]
Here, FIG. 3 is an overall schematic configuration diagram of the vacuum sewage collection system. Regions a, b, and c cannot be collected by the vacuum of the vacuum sewage collection system in region A. 4 (a) is a schematic vertical cross-sectional configuration diagram of the region a in FIG. 3, FIG. 4 (b) is a schematic vertical cross-sectional configuration diagram of the region b in FIG. 3, and FIG. 4 (c) is a region c in FIG. It is a schematic longitudinal cross-section block diagram of a part. Hereinafter, the conventional sewage water supply system in each area a, b, c will be described.
[0004]
[Region a] In area a, sewage is collected under natural flow. The collected sewage is once received by a manhole pump MP, and this sewage is pumped downstream from the manhole pump MP to the vacuum valve unit V1, for example, by crossing the water channel. A system for taking in the side
[0005]
[Region b] The sewage from the low altitude region b is collected under natural flow. The collected sewage is once received by the manhole pump MP, pumped up to the vacuum collection area by the manhole pump MP, and sent to the vacuum valve unit V2. Then, a system for taking in the downstream
[0006]
[Region c] Another vacuum station ST is constructed on the upstream side of the end of the region A where the vacuum does not reach or in the region c where the altitude is low, and the sewage in the region c is collected in a vacuum manner. A system is used in which the sewage collected by the pressure pump P is pumped to the vacuum valve unit V3 on the downstream side and then taken into the
[0007]
However, the above conventional method has the following problems.
(1) A large amount of sewage flows into the vacuum valve units V (V1 to V3) receiving sewage from the manhole pump MP or the pressure feed pump P in a short time. For example, in the case of a manhole pump MP having a diameter of 50 mm, the amount of inflowing sewage is about 100 to 240 (l / min) when one pump is operated, and the amount of inflowing sewage is about twice that when operating two pumps. When the diameter of the manhole pump MP increases, the amount of inflow sewage further increases. On the other hand, according to the manual, the maximum suctioned sewage amount of the vacuum valve in the vacuum valve unit V is defined as 120 (l / min) for the limited time maximum sewage amount per vacuum valve [limited time in the manual (The maximum amount of sewage is applied to a vacuum valve that receives sewage from the manhole pump MP, which means the maximum amount of sewage when there is no change in the inflow speed and a certain amount of sewage flows within a certain time) . For this reason, in the case of the manhole pump MP, a plurality of two-valve vacuum valve units having two vacuum valves are installed. However, when the number of the manhole pumps MP increases, sewage should be evenly distributed to each vacuum valve unit. Therefore, the current limit is to install two 2-valve vacuum valve units, that is, four vacuum valves. This corresponds to 480 (l / min) in the amount of sewage. It was actually difficult to take more sewage into the
[0008]
{Circle around (2)} The end of the vacuum sewage pipe line is far from the vacuum station ST, so that the vacuum pressure is likely to drop. If the vacuum pressure at the end portion decreases, the vacuum valve cannot suck sewage, and if the sewage flows from the manhole pump MP, the vacuum valve unit V may overflow. is there. Therefore, at present, when the water level in the vacuum valve unit V rises, a method of stopping the operation of the manhole pump MP or the like by an interlock is used.
[0009]
(3) A method of directly connecting the discharge pipe of the manhole pump MP or the like to the
[0010]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The present invention has been made in view of the above points, and its purpose is that there is no flow restriction by a vacuum valve, and even if a vacuum pressure drop occurs at the end of the vacuum sewage pipe, it does not cause an air lock, An object of the present invention is to provide a sewage water supply device and a vacuum sewage collection system to a vacuum sewage pipe that can easily supply a large amount of sewage.
[0011]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention provides a sewage water supply device to a vacuum sewage pipe connected to a predetermined portion of a vacuum sewage pipe of a vacuum sewage collection system and for feeding separately collected sewage to the vacuum sewage pipe. The sewage water supply device comprises a pump for sending collected sewage, and an ejector that is attached to the discharge side of the pump and that mixes and discharges air to the sewage sent from the pump. By connecting to a predetermined part of the path, the sewage ejected from the ejector is introduced into the vacuum sewage pipe.
The method for separately collecting the sewage may be any of a natural flow method, a vacuum sewage method, and a pressure sewage method.
For example, the ejector is provided with a nozzle in a casing, and an air suction pipe is connected to the casing near the nozzle, and the air sucked from the air suction pipe by the vacuum pressure (negative pressure) discharged from the nozzle is treated as sewage. It is preferable to use a configuration that mixes and ejects.
Moreover, it is preferable that the connection of the ejector to the vacuum sewage pipeline is a place where the vacuum at the end of the vacuum sewage pipeline is difficult to reach.
The present invention is also the vacuum sewage collection system, wherein sewage collected separately at a predetermined portion of the vacuum sewage pipe is fed to the vacuum sewage pipe using the sewage water feeding device.
[0012]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.

In the above embodiment, a manhole pump is used as the pump P (a natural flow type is used as the pipe line 1), but a vacuum station pump may be used instead. In this case, the pipe line 1 is a vacuum sewage pipe, and its tip is connected to a vacuum type water collection tank so that water is fed from the water collection tank to a pressure pump. The point is that it may be connected to the vacuum sewage pipe of the vacuum sewage collection system and separately feed the sewage collected by the natural flow or vacuum sewage to the vacuum sewage pipe.

【The invention's effect】
As described in detail above, the present invention has the following excellent effects.
(1) Since it is not necessary to connect to the vacuum valve unit, the flow rate is not limited by the flow rate limitation of the vacuum valve, and the problem that the vacuum valve unit overflows is solved.
[0022]
{Circle around (2)} Even if the vacuum pressure drop occurs at the end of the vacuum sewage pipeline, the sewage can be forced into the vacuum sewage pipeline by the pump pressure. Further, as an effect, the air lock can be eliminated.
[0023]
(3) Since the sewage and air are mixed and sent to the vacuum sewage pipeline, the vacuum sewage pipeline will not be full. From this point, the vacuum sewage pipeline will not cause air lock. .
[0024]
(4) A large amount of sewage can be easily fed from the above points.
