本発明は、生理用ナプキン、パンティライナー、失禁パッド等の吸収性物品に関する。

【従来の技術及び発明が解決しようとする課題】
ポケットを備えた吸収性物品に関する従来技術としては、例えば、特開平８−１１７２７４号公報に記載の生理用ナプキンが知られている。この生理用ナプキンは、ナプキン本体の後端部において表面シートを体液シートで被覆し、対向端部に向かって開口するポケットを形成したものである。そして、ポケットの開口を広げるために、伸縮性シートを伸長状態において表面材を覆うように取り付けて該ポケットを形成するか、又は、両側部に伸張状態で貼着された弾性部材の作用によって起立するフラップ部を形成し、該フラップ部でポケットを形成するようにしたものである。
ところで、上述の生理用ナプキンにおいては、伸縮性シート又は弾性部材の伸縮力によってナプキンを幅方向又は長さ方向に湾曲させてポケットを広く開口させるようにしているため、ポケットの形成の自由度が低いものであった。

従って、本発明は、漏れ防止用ポケットの形成の自由度が高く、ポケットの開口を安定的に維持できる吸収性物品を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は、液透過性の表面シート、液不透過性の裏面シート、及び両シート間に介在された液保持性の吸収体を備えた実質的に縦長の吸収性物品において、前記表面シート及び前記吸収体に押圧溝が形成され、防漏シートが、前記表面シートの前端部若しくは後端部又は左右両側部とともに前記押圧溝の一部を覆い且つ該押圧溝及び該防漏シートでポケットが形成されるように該表面シートに接合され、前記防漏シートが、着用者の肌側に前記ポケットを広く開口させるように折り返されて形成された折り返し部を備えている吸収性物品を提供することにより、前記目的を達成したものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下本発明を、その好ましい実施形態に基づき図面を参照しながら説明する。図１〜３は、本発明の吸収性物品を生理用ナプキン（以下単にナプキンともいう）に適用した実施形態を示すものであり、符号１はナプキンを示している。

図１に示すように、ナプキン１は、実質的に縦長の形状をしており、液透過性の表面シート２、液不透過性の裏面シート３、及び両シート間に介在された液保持性の吸収体４を備えている。また、ナプキン１は、表面シート２及び吸収体４が表面シート２の表面をエンボスローラで押圧して形成された押圧溝５（後述の細長い環状の押圧溝５ａ及び両側部の押圧溝５ｂ）で固定されている。また、表面シート２には、その後端部を覆い且つこれら押圧溝５及び防漏シート６でポケット７が形成されるように防漏シート６が表面シート２の周縁部においてヒートシールで接着されている。本実施形態では、押圧溝５ａの後端部を覆うように防漏シート６が配設されており、図３に示すように、ポケット７は、押圧溝５ａ及び防漏シート６で形成される空間で構成される。
