[Problems to be solved by the invention]
When driving multiple sensors with different tube diameters with an excitation circuit unit having a unique design constant, resonance characteristics differ depending on the aperture, so depending on the aperture, signal saturation may occur in the excitation circuit unit, resulting in stable It is difficult to ensure vibration.

Due to the signal saturation phenomenon, the necessary power supply to the vibrator is limited. Since the signal SA is almost zero when the power is turned on, it takes time for the signal to the vibrator to reach a stable vibration state.
[0013]
The signal SA becomes small due to the mixing of bubbles, but in this case, the signal of the driving unit is saturated, the necessary power cannot be supplied, and it is difficult for the signal SA to maintain a stable signal amplitude. In such a case, since power cannot be supplied, the return to the stable vibration state is delayed after the bubbles are removed. Further, since stable vibration cannot be obtained, output fluctuations in mass flow rate and density increase, and output accuracy deteriorates.
[0014]
A first object of the present invention is to realize a Coriolis mass flow meter that can ensure stable vibration even when a plurality of sensors having different apertures are driven by an excitation circuit having a unique design constant.
[0015]
The second purpose is to realize a Coriolis mass flow meter that shortens the time for obtaining a stable Coriolis signal and resonance vibration amplitude after power-on.
[0016]
The third purpose is to prevent saturation of the drive output unit when bubbles are mixed, and to supply the necessary power, thereby maintaining stable vibration and performing accurate and low fluctuation Coriolis mass To realize a flow meter.
[0017]
The fourth purpose is to realize a Coriolis mass flow meter that improves output fluctuation and recovery time against disturbance factors such as bubbles.
[0018]

[0023]
As is clear from this characteristic, in the excitation circuit using the conventional excitation power characteristic A, when the excitation power is saturated, the necessary power is not supplied at the point where the mixing ratio of bubbles is X as shown by the arrow. The output perturbation B suddenly increases and the output stability is lost.
[0024]
In the present application, by selecting the first target setting voltage Vr1, it is possible to select a characteristic that does not cause saturation of the excitation power as shown by the dotted line C. Therefore, a stable vibration amplitude can be secured, as shown by the dotted line D. In addition, it is avoided that the mass flow rate output rapidly changes at the point X.
[0025]
Next, another embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.
FIG. 3 relates to a means for changing the first target set voltage Vr1. A plurality of pulse width signals SG1 or SG2 having different duty cycles are smoothed through a low-pass filter LPF or the like to obtain target set voltages Vr11 and Vr12 via a buffer amplifier BA. The target set voltage can be arbitrarily changed by changing the duty cycle.

By setting the target setting voltage Vr3 whose fluctuation value corresponds to this value J, the switching means SW1 is switched before the excitation power is saturated, and the target setting voltage Vr1 of the

When the amplitude level decreases, the signal-to-noise ratio (S / N ratio) deteriorates. Conversely, when the amplitude level increases, the input range of the specified signal processing is exceeded, the signal is limited, the waveform is distorted, and the mass flow rate and density are measured. A new problem arises in that the accuracy of the system is reduced.
