【0001】
【0047】
Q=28.6×{(上側検出温度+下側検出温度)/2−水温}・・・(2)
【0048】
Q1 =28.6×{(75+70)/2−5}=1930.5(kcal)・・・(3)
【0059】
Qc=(湯温−水温)×1(kcal) ・・・(4)

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a heat exchange device and a heat exchange treatment method using a drive source such as an engine for driving a generator, a fuel cell or the like as a heat source.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, an exhaust heat recovery control device is known for using exhaust heat from a drive source such as an engine that drives a generator. This exhaust heat recovery uses cooling water or exhaust heat recovery water flowing through the water jacket portion of the drive source as a heat medium, and uses heat absorbed by the heat medium. The heat absorbed by the heat medium is stored, or the hot water is heated with the heat to be used.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, the temperature of the fluid such as the cooling water flowing to the drive source which is a heat source depends on the amount of exhaust heat on the drive source side. In addition, the heat absorption of the fluid to be circulated cools the drive source, but maintaining the excessive cooling state or maintaining the overheating state with insufficient cooling reduces the durability of the driving source. Become.
[0004]
Accordingly, it is an object of the present invention to provide a heat exchange device and a heat exchange treatment method that can adjust the temperature of a fluid without depending on the amount of heat of the heat source and prevent a decrease in durability performance on the heat source side.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The heat exchange device of the present invention is Installed in the heat source (drive source 2) Circulate the first fluid , A first flow path (circulation path 6) for absorbing the heat of the heat source to the first fluid (8) and the first flow path are installed. , Pumping the first fluid Circulate through the first flow path A first pump (10, circulation pump 10A), a second flow path (circulation path 12) that is installed separately from the first flow path and flows a second fluid (14,
[0006]
That is, in this heat exchange device, the first fluid flowing through the first flow path absorbs heat from the heat source, and the first fluid and the second fluid flowing through the second flow path are used as heat exchange means. And heat exchange is performed between the first and second fluids. The flow rate can be adjusted independently by using the first pump for the first fluid and the second pump for the second fluid. Therefore, it is possible to control the first and second pumps by the control means, and by adjusting one or both of the first pump and the second pump, adjustment of the temperature difference before and after the heat source of the first fluid, The temperature of the first fluid is adjusted by adjusting the flow rate of the second fluid on the second flow path side. As a result, the temperature control of the first fluid can be realized without depending on the amount of exhaust heat (that is, the capacity) on the heat source side, the deterioration of the durability performance of the heat source can be prevented, and the above problem can be solved. It can be done.
[0007]
In the heat exchange device of the present invention, the second fluid is stored in the second flow path, and a lower layer fluid of the stored fluid (24,
[0008]
That is, in this heat exchange device, the second fluid may be any fluid that is to be heated, such as clean water or bathtub water, and is not limited to that form. Therefore, it is possible to install a heat storage means as a means for effectively using the heat obtained by the second fluid by absorbing heat. And as this heat storage means, what can be called so-called tiered heat storage can be used. The tiered heat storage means that the heat storage means is explained assuming a storage tank, for example. The low temperature fluid is caused to flow as the second fluid to the heat exchanging means, and the second fluid heated by the heat exchanging means is returned to the upper layer part of the stored fluid. The heat storage which decreases automatically becomes possible. In such a heat storage means, even when the lower layer portion of the stored fluid is at a low temperature even at the initial stage of the heat storage, the second fluid having a high temperature can be used from the upper layer portion, and heat utilization efficiency such as instantaneous hot water is high and convenient heat storage can be performed. .
[0009]
In the heat exchange processing method of the present invention, the first fluid is circulated to the heat source side. , Heat from the heat source to the first fluid By heat exchange A process of absorbing, a process of flowing the second fluid together with the first fluid to a heat exchanging means, and performing a heat exchange of heating the second fluid with the heat of the first fluid; A process for detecting the temperature of the first fluid from the inlet side of the heat source, a process for detecting the temperature of the first fluid from the outlet side of the heat source, and a temperature difference obtained from each detected temperature are monitored. Processing, controlling the temperature difference between the inlet side and the outlet side of the heat source of the first fluid to a predetermined value or a value exceeding a predetermined value by adjusting the flow rate of the first fluid, A process of controlling the temperature of the first fluid to a predetermined value or a value exceeding a predetermined value by adjusting the flow rate of the fluid of 2; It is characterized by including.
[0010]
That is, the heat of the first fluid is obtained by circulating the first fluid to the heat source side to absorb the heat of the heat source into the first fluid and flowing the second fluid together with the first fluid to the heat exchange means. By performing heat exchange for heating the second fluid, exhaust heat from the heat source can be used. However, if such heat exchange is left to the end, the temperature of the first and second fluids depends on the amount of exhaust heat from the heat source, and cooling of the heat source due to excessive heat absorption, overheating on the heat source side due to insufficient heat absorption, etc. As expected, there is a risk of impairing the durability performance on the heat source side. Therefore, in this heat exchange processing method, the process of adjusting the temperature difference before and after the heat source by adjusting the flow rate of the first fluid and the process of adjusting the temperature of the first fluid by adjusting the flow rate of the second fluid are combined. By doing so, an optimum heat-absorbing heat treatment is realized, and a decrease in durability performance on the heat source side is prevented.
