本発明は、男児がひとりで小便の用を足すのに適した小便用簡易トイレに関する。

【従来の技術】
近年、西洋式の便器、即ち「こしかけ便器」が急激に普及しているが、立ち歩きができる年齢から小学校入学位の男児、例えば１才から５才位までの男児が、このような便器を使用しようとすると、保護者の介護、或いは踏み台等が必要となり、男児がひとりで使用することが難しく、また自分で使用しようとするとお漏らししたりすることがある。

一方、最近では車を使用して家族でキャンプを楽しくアウトドア派が増加している。オートキャンプ場は整備されつつあるが、自動車ゆえにあまり整備されていない辺ぴなところへ行くことがある。そのような場所では便所も整っていない。仮に整備された場所でのキャンプも、テントから便所まではかなりの距離があり、またその便所も子供の使用に適したものではない。

本発明はこのようなときに使用する小便用簡易トイレに関する。従来、簡易トイレとしては特開平８−２５６９４３号公報、特開平１１−３２４０８０号公報および特開平１１−１４０９４９号公報等に開示されたものが存在する。特開平８−２５６９４３号公報に開示されたものは災害時に大便器とは別に小便器を簡単に組み立てられるようにした簡易トイレに関するものである。特開平１１−３２４０８０号公報に開示されたものは、洋式又は和式便器とは別に小便器を放尿元まで移動できるようにした手で持つ小便器に関するものである。また、特開平１１−１４０９４９号に開示されたものは、小便器の下部に軸支点を設け、この軸支点を中心に小便器自身を揺動自在にして放尿口の高さを利用者に応じて調整する収納式便器に関するものである。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
これらの公知の簡易トイレは、いずれも、幼い男児の小便用には適しておらず、またアウトドア時に簡単に用いることができるものではない。

本発明の目的は、幼い男児が保護者の介添えなしに小便することができる小便用簡易トイレを提供するものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明の小便用簡易トイレは、複数個の係着部を所定間隔毎に縦方向に有する支持基板と、前記複数の係着部のいずれかに着脱自在に係止する係止部を備え、前面には小便が通過する開口部を有する貯留容器とから構成し、前記貯留容器の下部には該貯留容器内の尿を外部に排出する排出部が設けられており、
前記排出部は、前記貯留容器に設けた排出口と、前記排出口を着脱可能に封止するキャップと、前記キャップに装着した可撓性排出ホースとから構成され、
前記可撓性排出ホースの先端部には掛け具が取り付けられ、また前記支持基板の上部又は前記貯留容器の上部には、前記可撓性排出ホースの前記掛け具を着脱自在に係止する掛け止め部が設けられていることを特徴とする。

排出部４は容器本体３ｃに設けた排出口４ａと、排出口４ａを着脱可能に封止するキャップ４ｂと、キャップ４ｂに装着した可撓性排出ホース４ｃとから構成されている。可撓性排出ホース４ｃは、ナイロンや塩化ビニールの透明又は半透明ホースからなり、たとえば１〜２メートルの長さを有し、その先端部分に掛け具７が取り付けられている。この掛け具７の長手方向中央部には凸部７ａが設けられ、またこの凸部７ａの両側部に貫通孔が設けられており、可撓性排出ホース４ｃの先端部は一方の貫通孔を通り、凸部７ａの上側を通って他方の貫通孔を通っており、このようにして掛け具７に保持されている。この掛け具７の先端側には掛け孔７ｂ（図１参照）が設けられ、掛け具７の掛け孔７ｂは支持基板２の上部に設けた掛け止め部となる止め金具８に着脱自在に係止される。この掛け具７は、図２に示すように、その凸部７ａの内側を便所の西洋便器７２の便器本体７４の上端部に係止させることができ、このように係止させることによって、可撓性排出ホース４ｃの先端は便器本体７４内に位置し、このホース４ｃからの尿を便器本体７４内に流すことができる。尚、この掛け具７を便器本体７４に係止した状態で便座７６を閉じることができるように、凸部７ａの一部が切り欠かれ、この切り欠いた部分に可撓性排出ホース４ｃを通し、このようにしてホース４ｃの湾曲した先端部の高さが低くなるように構成されている。また可撓性排出ホース４ｃの基部開口は、図２に示すようにキャップ４ｂの内側に開口しており、容器本体３ｃ内の尿をこの可撓性排出ホース４ｃを通して外部に排出できるようにしたものである。

また貯留容器３の開口部３ａに対向する貯留容器後面に放尿放射点を指示する指示部１１を設けている。この指示部１１は、例えば動物、植物、キャラクターのシール、マスコットなどでよく、あるいは、例えば直径２〜３ｃｍの大きさの円形、または矩形状の赤色等のテープ等でもよい。したがって、図２の二点鎖線Ｋで示すように、小便時にこの指示部１１をめがけて放尿すれば、貯留容器３内に確実に放尿できる。さらに開口部３ａの下辺には尿の滴を受ける尿受片３ｂが設けられている。
