【発明の属する技術分野】
この発明は、段ボール箱などの収納箱の開口を塞いだ状態にある蓋体を、収納箱本体に対して留め付け、当該開口の閉塞状態を維持できるようにするために用いられる留め具の改良に関する。

【従来の技術】
内側段ボール(包装箱の本体)と、この包装箱の本体の開口を塞ぐ外側段ボール(包装箱の蓋)とを、この包装箱の蓋により当該包装箱の本体の開口を塞いだ状態で相互に留め合わせるための留め具として、実公平7−8417公報に示される包装用封緘治具がある。

この封緘治具は、包装箱の本体に設けた取付孔に差し入れ、取り付けられる有底筒状の内側カップと、包装箱の蓋に設けた取付孔に差し入れ、取り付けられる有底筒状の外側カップとを有している。外側カップは、底板外面を包装箱の蓋の内面と略同面とするように当該包装箱の蓋の取付孔に差し入れ、取り付けられる。また、内側カップは、底板側を包装箱の本体の外面側に向けるように当該包装箱の本体の取付孔に差し入れ、取り付けられる。

また、外側カップは、この外側カップにおける底板に設けた挿通孔に進退可能に挿し入れられた軸杆を有しており、この軸杆における前記底板の外面側にある端部には当該軸杆の両側に突き出すストッパー部が一体に設けてある。また、かかる外側カップの軸杆には、一端側を前記底板内面に接しさせ、かつ、他端側を当該軸杆の前記ストッパー部が設けられている側と反対の側の端部に組み付けた円板に接しさせるスプリングが巻装されている。

一方、内側カップは、この内側カップにおける前記底板に長穴状をなすキー差込孔を有している。このキー差込孔は、前記外側カップの軸杆のストッパー部を当該キー差込孔の長さ方向に沿わせる向きで当該キー差込孔に当該ストッパー部を受け入れる大きさに構成されている。

そして、かかる封緘治具にあっては、前記包装箱の本体の開口を前記包装箱の蓋で塞いだ状態で、前記のように包装箱の蓋に取り付けられた外側カップの底板と、包装箱の本体に取り付けられた内側カップの底板とが向き合い、かつ、かかる内側カップの底板に設けたキー差込孔の長さ方向に外側カップのストッパー部が沿うように、当該外側カップと内側カップとを位置付けておくことにより、かかる包装箱の本体の開口を塞いだ状態において前記スプリングの付勢に抗しながら前記軸杆を押し込むことによって、前記ストッパー部を前記キー差込孔に差し入れることができる。そして、このように前記キー差込孔に前記ストッパー部を差し入れた状態から前記軸杆を捻回することにより、かかるキー差込孔の幅方向両側にある穴縁部に当該ストッパー部を引っ掛けるように位置付けることができ、この後、前記軸杆の押し込み操作を止めることにより、前記スプリングの付勢により前記ストッパー部を前記キー差込孔の幅方向両側にある穴縁部に掛合させることができ、この掛合により包装箱の本体の開口を前記包装箱の蓋により塞いだ状態を維持させることができる。また、この掛合状態から、前記外側カップのストッパー部が前記内側カップのキー差込孔の長さ方向に沿う位置まで、前記軸杆を前記スプリングの付勢に抗しながら押し込み、かつ、捻回させることにより、当該ストッパー部を当該キー差込孔から抜き出すことができ、この抜き出しによりかかる掛合状態を解除して、包装箱の本体の開口を開放するように包装箱の蓋を開き操作できる状態を作りだすことができる。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかるに、かかる従来の封緘治具にあっては、前記外側カップにおけるストッパー部が包装箱の蓋の内面と略同面とされる当該外側カップの底板外面から外方に突き出すように配され、この掛合突部が包装箱の蓋の内面から大きく突き出されるため、包装箱の蓋の内面と包装箱の本体の外面との間にこの掛合突部の突き出し寸法分の間隔が確保されるか、あるいは、実公平7−8417公報における図2および図8に示されるように包装箱の本体の開口の閉塞にあたって包装箱の蓋における外側カップの設けられた箇所が包装箱の本体の内側カップが設けられた箇所に向けて近接離隔できるようにされた包装箱の蓋でなければ用いることができないものであった。

すなわち、かかる従来の封緘治具にあっては、包装箱の本体の開口に続く外面に包装箱の蓋の内面を摺接させながら、当該開口を塞ぐタイプの包装箱の蓋には、当該包装箱の蓋の内面から突き出している前記ストッパー部がかかる摺接の邪魔となるために、用いることができないものであった。

また、かかる従来の封緘治具にあっては、前記外側カップにおける前記円板と前記軸杆との組み付けを、かかる円板に設けた通孔にかかる軸杆の前記ストッパー部が設けられている側と反対の側を差し通し、このように差し通された当該軸杆の端部に止め輪を取り付けて、前記スプリングの付勢によりかかる軸杆から円板が外れ出さないようにしてなしているため、この外側カップの組み立てに当たり相応の組み立て手間を要する不都合があった。

また、かかる封緘治具にあっては、前記軸杆に巻装されるスプリングにより前記円板がその中央部で前記止め輪に押し付けられるように支持されており、かかる円板の周縁部においては支えがないため、かかるスプリングの付勢に抗して前記ストッパー部を押し出す向きに軸杆を押し込んだ場合に、この押し込みに伴って移動される当該円板に傾きが生じ、この結果、傾いた円板の周縁部が外側カップの内壁に突き当たってかかる軸杆の円滑な押し込みが阻害される場合があった。

そこでこの発明は、かかる従来の封緘治具の不都合を解消することを目的とする。

すなわち、この発明は、第一に、収納箱本体の外面と、この収納箱本体の開口を塞ぐ蓋体の内面とを摺接させながら、当該開口を塞ぐタイプの蓋体に対しても支障なく用いることができるかかる蓋体の留め具の提供を目的とする。

また、第二に、かかる留め具の組み立てを容易化することを目的とする。

また、第三に、かかる留め具の操作を円滑に行えるようにすることを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
前記第一の目的を達成するために、請求項1記載の発明にあっては、収納箱における蓋体の留め具が、以下の(1)〜(5)の構成を備えたものとした。
(1)収納箱本体の開口を塞ぐ蓋体に設けられる取付穴に対し、当該蓋体の内面に底板面を略同面とするように差し入れ、取り付けられる有底筒状の雄部材と、
(2)当該収納箱本体に設けられる取付穴に対し、底板側を当該収納箱本体の外面側に向けて差し入れ、取り付けられ、かつ、前記雄部材を係脱可能に留め付けて当該蓋体による前記開口の閉塞状態を維持させる有底筒状をなす雌部材とよりなる留め具であって、
(3)前記雄部材が、この雄部材における前記底板に設けた孔に進退可能に挿通される軸と、当該底板の当該孔から突き出される当該軸の一端部に設けられ、かつ、当該孔の側方に突き出される掛合部を備えた掛合頭部と、この軸の他端側に取り付けられたプレートと、このプレートと前記底板との間に前記掛合頭部を当該底板の面に常時密着させる向きに付勢するように介装された付勢手段とを有していると共に、
(4)前記雌部材が、この雌部材における前記底板に、前記付勢手段の付勢に抗した前記軸の押し込みにより突き出される前記掛合頭部が差し入れられる長穴状をなす掛合穴を有しており、
(5)しかも、前記雄部材における底板が、前記付勢手段により付勢される前記掛合頭部の全部又は一部を収める深さの凹部を備えている。

かかる構成によれば、収納箱本体の開口を蓋体により塞いだ状態において、前記付勢手段の付勢に抗して前記雄部材の軸を押し込み、この軸に設けられた前記掛合頭部を前記雌部材の掛合穴に差し入れることができる。かかる掛合穴は長穴状に構成してあることから、かかる掛合穴に前記のように掛合頭部を差し入れた後、前記軸を捻回することにより、この掛合頭部の掛合部が掛合穴の幅方向にある両側縁部に引っ掛かるように位置付けることができる。このように掛合頭部を位置付けた後、前記軸の押し込みを止めることにより、前記付勢手段の付勢により前記軸が引き戻され、この軸の引き戻しのより前記掛合頭部の掛合部が掛合穴の幅方向にある両側縁部に密着、掛合される。そして、この掛合により、収納箱本体の開口を蓋体により塞いだ状態を維持することができる。

また、前記の掛合頭部と掛合穴との掛合状態は、再度前記軸を前記付勢手段の付勢に抗して押し込み、この後、当該掛合頭部における掛合部の突き出し方向がが掛合穴の長さ方向に沿う位置まで前記軸を捻回することにより、当該掛合穴から掛合頭部を抜き出すことができ、この抜き出しにより解除することができる。そして、この掛合の解除により、収納箱本体の開口を開放するように蓋体を開き操作できる状態を作りだすことができる。

また、特に前記(5)の構成により、前記雄部材の軸に設けられた掛合頭部は、その全部または一部が付勢手段の付勢により当該軸を押し込み操作しない状態において雄部材の底板に設けられた凹部に収められるので、蓋体の内面から前記掛合頭部が突き出さないか、あるいは、その掛合頭部の一部のみが突き出すようにしておくことができる。この結果、この発明にかかる留め具にあっては、収納箱本体の開口を蓋体により塞ぎ込むにあたって、蓋体の内面を収納箱本体の開口に続く外面に摺接させることを要するタイプの蓋体の留め具としても、かかる塞ぎ込みにあたって掛合頭部が邪魔にならないようにしておくことができるので、支障なく用いることができる。

また、前記第二の目的を達成できるように、請求項2記載の発明にあっては、請求項1記載の発明にかかる収納箱における蓋体の留め具がさらに、プレートに、雄部材における軸の掛合頭部の側と反対の側が差し入れられ、かつ、この差し入れに伴って当該軸に嵌め付く固定穴が設けてある構成を備えたものとした。

かかる構成によれば、前記雄部材の底板とプレートとの間に前記付勢手段が介装されるように当該付勢手段を収め入れた後、かかるプレートの固定穴に前記軸の掛合頭部と反対の側を差し入れることのみをもって当該付勢手段により常時掛合頭部を底板の面に密着するように当該掛合頭部を付勢させた状態を作りだすことができ、留め具における特に雄部材の組み立てを容易になすことができる。

また、前記第三の目的を達成することができるように、請求項3記載の発明にあっては、請求項1記載の発明にかかる収納箱における蓋体の留め具がさらに、雄部材における底板とプレートとが円板状に構成されていると共に、付勢手段が当該底板の縁部に沿って当該底板に接する一端側と、当該プレートの縁部に沿って当該プレートに接する他端側とを有する大きさに巻回された圧縮コイルバネとしてある構成を備えたものとした。

かかる構成によれば、前記プレートをその周縁部において前記圧縮コイルバネにより支持させることができ、この圧縮コイルバネの付勢に抗した前記軸の押し込み、すなわち、当該軸に取り付けられた当該プレートの底板側に向けた押し込み移動に際し、プレートに傾きを生じさせ難く、傾いたプレートの縁部が雄部材の内壁面に突き当たって円滑な前記軸の押し込み操作を阻害するといった事態を生じさせることがない。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、この発明の典型的な実施の形態の一つを、図1ないし図15に基づいて説明する。

また、この実施の形態にあっては、前記プレート14が前記圧縮コイルバネ31によりその周縁部において支持されているので、前記軸13の押し込み操作にあたり当該プレート14に傾きを生じさせることがなく、かかるプレート14の外径を前記円筒状部11の内径よりもやや小さい大きさに設定してあっても、前記軸13の押し込みにあたりプレート14の周縁部が円筒状部11の内壁面に押し当たることがなく、かかる軸13の押し込み操作をスムースになすことができる。
