Description

【0001】

The sealing performance between the plate portion and the outer wall material is improved by the end portion of the outer wall material being pressed and elastically pressed against the sponge portion of the plate portion.
[0014]
The invention according to claim 3 is the invention according to claim 2, characterized in that the sponge is a closed cell.
By making the sponge a closed cell, the sealing performance is further improved than that of the open cell.
[0015]
The invention according to claim 4 is the invention according to claims 1 to 3, wherein the plate portion 3 of the joint receiving material 1 is provided with at least one protrusion or lip 6 at a portion in contact with the end portion of the outer wall material. It is characterized by projecting in the longitudinal direction.
Sealing performance can be improved by fixing the end portion of the outer wall portion in a state where the projection or lip is pressed and elastically contacted.
[0016]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
FIG. 1 shows a perspective view of a joint receiving material 1 used in the joint structure according to the present invention, and FIG. 2 shows a cross section of the joint receiving material 1 shown in FIG. A gasket 2 as a joint material connected to the material 1 is also shown.
[0017]
The joint receiving material 1 has a plate portion 3 having an elongated plate shape that is wider than the joint width described later and slightly narrower than the width of the connecting column 8, and a fixing portion 12 that protrudes in the longitudinal direction at the center of the plate portion and is described later on both sides. Lip that protrudes obliquely toward the fitting portion 5 on the plate portions 3 on both sides of the fitting portion. 6 is formed in a projecting manner, and the fitting part 5 is connected at its middle part by a bridge 5a to increase rigidity. A claw 5b as a locked part is formed in the opening end inwardly, and a fitting groove is formed at the upper part. 5c is formed. The portion excluding the lip 6 is made of hard rubber or resin, the lip 6 is made of soft rubber or rubber-like elastic body, and the whole is made of an extruded product.
[0018]
The gasket 2 as the joint material includes a covering portion 2a that covers the joint between the outer wall materials, a lip portion 2b that elastically contacts the end surface of the outer wall material, a protrusion 2c that is inserted into the fitting groove 5c, and the protrusion 2c. And has a flange portion 2d as a locking portion that locks to the claw 5b of the fitting portion 5, and the whole is made of an extruded product of rubber or a rubber-like elastic body.
[0019]
When constructing the outer wall material, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, first, the plate portion 3 of the joint receiving material 1 is adhered to the side surface of the connecting column 8 along the longitudinal direction thereof with an adhesive tape or fixed with a nail. And fix. Thereafter, the outer wall material 9 is disposed on one side of the fitting portion 5. The outer wall material 9 has a steel plate 11 attached to the rear surface of the end portion, and a pair of fixing portions 12 that protrude from the side with an appropriate interval project from the end surface of the outer wall material. The fixing portion 12 is inserted into the cutout portion 4 of the fitting portion 5 so that the end face of the outer wall material hits the fitting portion 5 and is positioned by hitting the fitting portion 5.
Next, in order to achieve the same positional relationship as described with reference to FIGS. 7 and 8, which are conventional examples, the outer wall material 9 is arranged by shifting it up and down so that the fixing portions 12 do not overlap each other. (Not shown).
[0020]
After the placement on the joint receiving material 1, screws 13 as fastening means are pressed against the plate portion 3 and the connecting pillar 8 at the end of the outer wall material through the screw holes formed in the fixing portion 12, and between the outer wall material 9 To seal. Similarly, the outer wall material 9 is disposed on the other side of the fitting portion 5 so that the fixing portion 12 does not overlap, and the fixing portion 12 is fixed with screws 13. Thus, a joint 14 corresponding to the width of the fitting portion 5 is formed between the outer wall materials, and the gasket 2 as the joint material is attached to the joint. The mounting is performed by pushing the protrusion 2c into the fitting concave groove 5c until the flange 2d is locked to the claw 5b (FIG. 4), and the mounting causes the lip 2b to elastically contact the end surface of the outer wall material and the end surface. Seal between. In addition, the protrusion 2c in the notch 4 is not supported by the fitting portion 5 as shown in FIG. 3, but is in a state where it hits the screw 13 or is separated from the screw 13 by a slight gap.
[0021]
According to the joint structure of the present embodiment, since the fixing portion 12 that fixes the outer wall material 9 to the connecting column 8 protrudes laterally from the end surface of the outer wall material, it is easy to fix the screw to the connecting column 8 and remove the screw 13. The outer wall material 9 can be easily attached and removed, and the outer wall material 9 is positioned so as to contact the fitting portion 5 so that the outer wall material 9 can be positioned and the joint width can be set constant. When the outer wall member 9 is fixed, the end of the outer wall member presses the lip 6 of the joint receiving member 1 to improve the sealing performance with the joint receiving member 1, and the gasket 2 fits the protrusion 2c into the recessed groove 5c. The gasket 2 is positioned in the depth direction and the joint width direction by being inserted into the gasket 2 so that the gasket 2 can be mounted in a straight line with good appearance, and after the mounting, the hook portion 2d is locked by the claw 5b. Stopped and contraction of outer wall material 9 Even if the joint width may be further widened, it will not drop off, and the fixing portion 12 will fit in the cutout portion 4 of the fitting portion 5 and interference with the fitting portion 5 will be avoided. There is no trouble in fixing 9 to the connecting column 8, and the joint receiving material 2 is made of hard rubber and has a relatively high rigidity, so it is partially fixed to the connecting column 8 with a nail or adhesive tape. It is possible to achieve the effects of reducing the number of mounting steps.
[0022]
In the joint receiving material 16 shown in FIG. 5, the plate portion 17 is made of a closed-cell sponge having a specific gravity of 0.2 to 1.0 of rubber or a rubber-like elastic body, and the fitting portion 18 is made of hard rubber or resin. It is formed in the same manner as the fitting portion 5, has a claw 18 b as a locked portion at the opening end, and has a bridge 18 a at the intermediate portion, and is entirely made of an extruded product. In addition, a fitting groove 18 c is formed by the fitting portion 18. When the specific gravity is less than 0.2, continuous extrusion molding becomes difficult. On the other hand, when the specific gravity exceeds 1.0, the sealing performance for the stepped portion is deteriorated. In this joint receiving material 16, the lip 6 is not formed on the plate portion 3 as in the joint receiving material 1 described above, but when the outer wall material 9 is fixed as described above, the outer wall material is formed. The end portion is pressed against the sponge plate portion 17 to be elastically contacted and sealed. Even if such a joint receiving material 16 is used, the same effect as the joint structure described above is obtained.

【The invention's effect】
According to the invention according to claim 1, the fixing portion protruding from the outer wall end surface is fixed to the connecting column by the fixing means, or the outer wall material can be easily attached or removed by removing the fixing means. The joint material is positioned in the depth direction and joint width direction by inserting the protrusion into the fitting part, so that the joint material can be mounted with good linearity and good appearance. The locking part is prevented from coming off by being locked to the locked part, and can be prevented from falling off even if the joint width fluctuates, and the fixing part for fixing the outer wall material to the connecting column is notched in the fitting part. Since the interference with the fitting portion is avoided, the outer wall material can be fixed to the connecting column without any trouble.
[0024]
According to the invention according to claim 2, when the outer wall material is fixed, the end of the outer wall material is pressed against the sponge portion of the plate portion to come into elastic contact, thereby improving the sealing performance between the plate portion and the outer wall material. .
According to the invention of claim 3, since the sponge is made of closed cells, the sealing performance is further improved.
According to the invention of claim 4, when the outer wall material is fixed, the lip is strongly pressed against the end of the outer wall material, and the sealing performance with the outer wall material is improved.
