Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a camera in which a screw hole for attaching a tripod is formed of a high-strength material.
[0002]
[Prior art]
There are various cameras on the market that use a tripod to enable stable photography without camera shake. In such a camera, a screw hole for attaching a tripod is formed at the bottom of a camera body in which a photographing mechanism or the like is incorporated, and a female screw on the tripod side is screwed into this so that the camera can be attached to the tripod. If the camera is fixed on a tripod, the screw hole will be heavy, and if it is not strong enough, the screw hole could be deformed or damaged. Therefore, a sufficient strength is provided by forming a screw hole in a camera body made of a high-strength material.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, as described above, if a camera body provided with a screw hole is formed of a high-strength material in order to give the screw hole sufficient strength, an increase in cost is inevitable.
[0004]
The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and an object of the present invention is to provide a camera capable of reducing the cost by reducing the amount of high-strength material used.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention comprises a camera body in which a photographing mechanism is incorporated in a frame, a battery case in which a battery for camera power supply is incorporated, and an exterior case that covers the camera body and the battery case. The case is made of a material having higher strength than the frame, and a screw hole for attaching a tripod and a strap attaching portion are integrally formed in the battery case, and the screw hole is exposed in the outer case. And a strap notch for exposing the strap attaching portion. It is preferable that a holding member for holding the camera power supply battery is fixed to the battery case. Moreover, it is preferable that the battery case is integrally provided with a lid attachment portion that allows the lid to be opened and closed. Furthermore, it is preferable that the battery case is connected and fixed to the camera body.
[0006]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
In FIG. 2 showing an exploded view of the camera with built-in strobe of the present invention, a camera 1 with built-in strobe includes a camera body 2 in which a photographing mechanism, an exposure control device and the like are incorporated in a frame 2a, and a left side surface of the camera body 2. The battery case 3 is connected and fixed by screwing, and the front case 4 and the rear case 5 cover the battery case 3 from the front and the rear. In the center of the frame 2a of the camera body 2, a zoom lens barrel 6 incorporating a photographing lens is incorporated. On both sides of the frame 2a, a film roll chamber 7 for storing a photographic film in roll form and a cartridge chamber 8 for storing a cartridge are integrally formed.
[0007]
In the upper part of the frame 2a, a strobe light emission window 10, a lateral and exposure control photometric window 11, an objective window 12, an autofocus light projection window 13, a light reception window 14, and the like are incorporated. The zoom lens barrel 6 protrudes from an opening 18 provided on the front surface of the front case 4 by a driving mechanism (not shown) built in when the camera is used, and changes the focal length appropriately. In the finder apparatus, a finder variable magnification lens provided in the back of the objective window 12 is moved by a driving mechanism (not shown) along with a change in photographing magnification, thereby changing an actual visual field.
[0008]
The battery case 3 is formed of a material having a strength higher than that of the frame 2a different from the material forming the frame 2a of the camera body 2. For example, the front case 4, the rear case 5, and the frame 2a are made of plastic resin, and the battery case 3 is made of metal (light aluminum material or the like). Electrical contact pieces 27 and 28 are respectively fixed to the upper and lower walls 25 and 26 of the battery case 3, and a battery 29 for camera power supply is assembled vertically between them. The electrical contact piece 27 is formed of a metal spring piece as shown in FIG. 1 and is elastically deformed by the incorporation of the battery 29, and the repulsive force causes the battery 29 to move between the battery contact piece 28 from the length direction. It is something to pinch.
[0009]
At the top and bottom of the partition portion 21 of the battery case 3 provided so as to connect the upper and lower walls 25 and 26, attachment portions 31 and 32 for attaching the lid 30 of the battery case 3 so as to be freely opened and closed are integrally formed. Shafts 30 a and 30 b of the lid 30 are pivotally supported by the attachment portions 31 and 32, and can be opened and closed between a closed position where the cover 30 is tilted to the battery case 3 and an open position raised from the battery case 3.
[0010]
In the battery case 3, a main capacitor 22 is vertically installed on the front side of the partition portion 21. The protrusion 30c provided on the back side of the lid 30 is in contact with a spring piece 33 fixed between the engaging portions 31, 32, and the lid 30 is biased to the closed position. The protrusions 30d and 30e provided on the upper and lower sides of the lid 30 engage with the cutouts 25a and 26a provided on the upper wall 25 and the lower wall 26 when the lid 30 is in the closed position, and lock the lid 30 in the closed position. To do.
[0011]
A strap attachment portion 35 is integrally formed on the side surface of the battery case 3. The strap attachment portion 35 protrudes from notches 3 a and 4 a provided on the left side surfaces of the front cover 3 and the rear cover 4. The strap attachment portion 35 is formed with an insertion hole 37 for attaching the strap 36. The strap 36 is composed of a large loop 36a through which a hand can be passed and a small loop 36b for attachment. The small loop 36b passes through the insertion hole 37 and then passes through the insertion loop 37. The strap 36 is attached by pulling it directly through the large loop 36a.
[0012]
As shown in FIG. 1, a screw hole 42 for attaching a tripod 41 is formed in the protrusion 40 provided at the bottom of the battery case 3. The screw holes 42 are exposed from notches 3b and 4b provided on the bottom surfaces of the front case 3 and the rear case 4. The camera 1 is attached to the tripod 41 by screwing the male screw 43 of the tripod 41 into the screw hole 42.
[0013]
As described above, when the camera 1 is attached to the tripod 41, the weight of the camera 1 is applied to the screw hole 42. However, the screw hole 42 is different from the frame 2a which is different from the material forming the frame 2a of the camera body 2. Since it is provided in the battery case 3 formed of a high strength material, it does not deform or crack. The frame 2 of the camera body 2 can be formed with a low-strength and cheap material, and the material cost of the camera can be reduced.
[0014]
In addition, when the battery 29 is assembled in the battery case 3, the electric contact piece 27 is elastically deformed, and a force is applied in the direction of opening the upper and lower walls 25 and 26 by sandwiching the battery 29, but the upper and lower walls 25 and 26 are deformed. The battery 29 can be securely held without any trouble. Even if an extra force is applied in the opening direction when the lid 30 is opened, the attachment portions 31 and 32 are not broken. Further, when the camera 1 is carried with the strap 36 suspended from the hand, the weight of the camera 1 is applied to the strap attachment portion 35, but it is not broken because the weight resistance is increased.
[0015]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the camera of the present invention, the frame of the camera body incorporating the photographing mechanism and the battery case for incorporating the battery for the camera power supply are higher than the frame that is different from the material forming the frame. The battery case is made of a strong material and has a screw hole for attaching a tripod to the battery case that is connected and fixed to the camera body, so the camera body can be made of a low-strength material to reduce the material cost of the camera. . In addition, by fixing a holding member for holding the battery incorporated in the battery case, deformation of the battery case when the battery is held by the holding member can be prevented and the battery case can be held firmly. By providing the strap attachment portion integrally with the battery case, the weight resistance of the strap attachment portion can be increased. By integrally providing the battery case with an attachment part for attaching the lid so as to be freely opened and closed, the attachment part is not easily broken when the lid is opened too much.
