化粧用コンパクト容器として、例えば、上面に化粧品を収納する化粧品収納凹部を備えた皿状の容器本体と、該本体後部に後部を回動可能に連結して本体上面を開閉可能に設けた蓋体とを、各前部で係脱可能に構成してなるもの、或いは上面をパフ収納部に形成した中皿を、容器本体と蓋体との間に開閉可能に設けたもの等、種々の形態のものが知られている。

これらの化粧用コンパクト容器は鏡を設けているのが一般的で、その固定面として、蓋体裏面がごく普通に挙げられる。また、中皿を有するものにあっては、蓋体裏面の外、中皿の下面を鏡の固定面としている場合もある。また、これら容器に於ける鏡の固定は、一般に両面テープを使用して行う場合が多く、また、鏡周囲の固定面に枠体を融着固定する等の方法が採用される場合もある。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
近年の廃棄物処理事情によれば、合成樹脂と金属或いは硝子等との分別処理が要望されており、従来のコンパクト容器では、鏡を分離することに考慮が払われておらず、裏面をピッタリ固定した鏡をひきはがすのは極めて困難で、仮に外すことが可能であっても時間，手間が掛かっている。特に、従来容器に於ける鏡はその固定面に鏡と略同形状の凹部を形成して、その中に嵌合固定させている場合が多いため、余計取り外しが困難となる。また、周囲を融着したものにあっては、枠体は容器体同様の肉厚のものであり、その当接面をベタに融着しているので更に分離が困難となる。

本発明は上記した点に鑑みなされたもので、使用済みの容器から鏡を容易に分離することができるとともに、使用時には鏡が外れる等の不都合を生じる虞がなく、確実に固定させておくことができ、また、その構造も簡単な優れた化粧用コンパクト容器を提案するものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本請求項１発明の容器は上記課題を解決するため、固定壁面Ａに嵌合凹部２を形成するとともに、嵌合凹部２内に固定した柔軟で弾力性に富む材質で形成された枠部材３により鏡４を固定してなり、枠部材３は、嵌合凹部２内に固定させた皿状をなすとともに、中央凹部５に鏡４を密嵌固定し、且つ、嵌合凹部２に隣接する固定壁面Ａ上に指掛け片６を一体に延設してなることを特徴とする化粧用コンパクト容器として構成した。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の実施例の形態を図面を参照して説明する。

本発明の化粧用コンパクト容器１は、図示例の如く、固定壁面Ａに嵌合凹部２を形成するとともに、嵌合凹部２内に固定した枠部材３により鏡４を固定している。

固定壁面Ａは、鏡４を固定させるための壁面であり、化粧用コンパクト容器の形態によりその具体的な位置は種々採用できる。一般的には容器本体の後部に後部を回動可能に連結して容器本体上面を開閉可能に設けた蓋体の裏面を固定壁面とするが、容器本体上面を開閉可能に中皿を設けるとともに、中皿上面を開閉可能に蓋体を設けた形態の容器の場合には、中皿裏面を固定壁面としても良く、従来の化粧用コンパクト容器の鏡を固定する壁面であればどの様な部分であっても採用できる。

嵌合凹部２は、枠部材３を介して鏡４を収納固定するための凹部であり、その平面形状は枠部材３の形状に合わせて種々選択できる。

【発明の効果】
以上説明した如く本発明化粧用コンパクト容器は、固定壁面に形成した嵌合凹部内に、柔軟で弾力性に富む材質で形成された皿状の枠部材を固定させ、その中央凹部に鏡を密嵌固定させたので、使用時には確実に鏡を固定させておくことが出来、また、嵌合凹部に隣接する固定壁面上に指掛け板を一体に延設しているため、容器使用後の廃棄の際には、指掛け板を掴んで引き出すという簡単な操作で容易に枠部材を取り外すことが出来、次いで、枠部材を鏡から容易に取り外せるものであり、鏡と他の合成樹脂材との分離廃棄を簡単に行えるものである。

また、嵌合凹部内にインサート成形方法により枠部材を固定させたものにあっては、枠部材を嵌合凹部に、ガタ付き等の虞がなく密に嵌合固定させておくことができる利点を兼ね備えている。
