Description

【0001】

[Industrial application fields]
The present invention relates to a method for treating a knitting yarn surplus portion of a knitted fabric knitted using a flat knitting machine, in particular, knitting of a tubular knitted fabric or a rubber knitted fabric knitted using front and back needle beds. The present invention relates to a method for processing a yarn end portion.
[0002]
[Prior art]
FIG. 5 shows a knitted fabric having stripe patterns of A, B, A, and C colors knitted by switching the knitting yarn every predetermined course . Edges a, b, and c are generated. Since the remaining ends of these knitting yarns are expressed on the surface side of the knitted fabric, they are cut by hand after knitting, and then the cut portions are drawn into the inside of the knitted fabric by using a sharpening needle, and then the knitted yarn is bent. It was. The above work is a complicated work and causes a decrease in productivity. Further, when the knitted fabric to be knitted is a fine gauge knitted fabric, there is a further problem.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The present invention has been invented in view of the above-described problems, and is used for processing the remaining end of a knitting yarn to save labor in the overwork after knitting of a knitted fabric that is knitted using a plurality of knitting yarns. It aims to provide a method.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention uses the knitting needles of the front and back needle beds of the flat knitting machine to solve the above-mentioned problems, and switches the knitting yarn every predetermined course at the knitting yarn switching position on the knitted fabric side end to form a tubular knitted fabric, rubber knitted fabric in organizing the knitted fabric, such as the earth, a processing method of the knitting yarn surplus ends expressed in the knitting yarn switching換箇plants, after knitting up to the knitting yarn switching換箇plants of the knitted fabric end by knitting yarn, knitting after darning put in the knitting yarn in a direction from the ground end in the knitted fabric inside, prior to knitting yarn knitted fabric knitting by the newly introduced in knitting yarn switching換箇plants, knitted inside with the knitting yarn to the introduction After knitting from the knitted fabric side end to the knitted fabric side end, after knitting the desired knitted fabric and removing the knitted fabric from the flat knitting machine, at the knitting yarn switching point cutting the knitting yarn surplus ends expressing the knitted fabric outside the side, by stretching the knitted fabric around the knitting yarn extra end Sectional been knitting yarn surplus end portions so as to draw in the knitted fabric.
[0006]
[Action]
At the knitting yarn switching point, the knitting yarn that has been used so far is operated again, and the knitting yarn is applied to one end of the knitted fabric before being knitted to one end side of the knitted fabric and prior to knitting the knitted fabric with the newly introduced knitting yarn. The starting end portion or the terminal end portion of each knitting yarn to be exchanged to perform the staking process by being operated to the side is fixed to the knitted fabric inside one end portion of the knitted fabric. Then, after the knitting, the excess end portion that is developed on the surface of the knitted fabric is cut and the knitted fabric is stretched, so that the knitting yarn is drawn into the knitted fabric, so that the operation with the overhanging needle becomes unnecessary.
[0007]
【Example】
A preferred embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 shows a knitted fabric 1 having a cylindrical three-color stripe of X, Y, and Z colors. FIG. 2 is a knitting diagram showing knitting before and after switching at the XY boundary portion of the knitted fabric 1 of FIG. The numbers shown on the left in FIG. 2 indicate the number of the knitting course, the arrows on the side indicate the knitting direction, F indicates the front bed, B indicates the rear bed, a, b, c,. Courses 1 to 3 show knitting of a cylindrical stripe X. In the course 1, the flat knitting is knitted on the rear bed with the knitting yarn 10 in the right direction in the knitting direction. In the course 2, the flat knitting is knitted on the front bed with the knitting yarn 10 in the left direction in the knitting direction. By repeating the courses 1 and 2, a tubular knitted fabric with the knitting yarn 10 is knitted. Course 3 is the final knitting course of the knitting yarn 10. After the knitting of the stripe X, the knitting yarn 10 is introduced again in the course 4, and the stitches formed in the course 2 are tuck-knitted using every other needle j, h of the front bed. In course 5, the yarn feeder is moved to place the knitting yarn outside the knitted fabric. In the course 6, the yarn feeder for the newly introduced knitting yarn 11 is moved into the knitted fabric. In the course 7, the knitting yarn 11 is fed to the needles h and j of the rear bed, and the tuck knitting is performed on the stitch formed in the course 3. Courses 8 to 10 show the knitting of a cylindrical stripe Y. In the course 8, the knitting direction is leftward and the plain knitting is knitted on the front bed by the knitting yarn 11. In the course 9, the flat knitting is knitted on the back bed with the same knitting yarn 11 in the right direction in the knitting direction. By repeating the courses 8 and 9, a tubular knitted fabric with the knitting yarn 11 is knitted. Thereafter, knitting is continued (not shown) to complete the knitted fabric 1 and the knitted fabric 1 is removed from the knitting machine.
[0008]
In the knitted fabric 1 knitted in this way, as shown in FIG. Processing of the remaining end portion of each knitting yarn will be described. After cutting the remaining end of each knitting yarn of the knitted fabric removed from the knitting machine to an appropriate length, the knitted fabric around the cutting portion is stretched to remove the remaining yarn of the knitting yarn that is on the surface of the knitted fabric The extra edge can be processed by drawing it into the knitted fabric.
[0009]
FIG. 3 shows a knitting diagram corresponding to FIG. 2 in the case where the above-described crimping process is performed on a striped rubber knitted fabric. For example, the knitting for the staking process can be used when knitting a striped collar knitted fabric. After knitting the course 1 to the course 3 with the knitting yarn 20, knitting is performed for the curling process of the end portion of the knitting yarn 20 in the courses 4 and 5, the knitting yarn is switched to the knitting yarn 21 and the course 6 7, knitting is performed for the curling process of the starting end portion of the knitting yarn 21, and then the courses 8 to 10 are knitted.
[0010]
FIG. 4 shows a modification example of the knitting for the sticking process. In this modification, the stitches are reinforced so that the knitting yarns of the braided portion are entangled by combining the movement of the stitches so that the yarn at the remaining end portion does not easily come off and the stitches are not unraveled. . When knitting rubber knitted fabric or tubular knitted fabric, the stitch cannot be moved because there is no empty knitting needle within the knitting width, but an empty knitting needle k just outside the knitted fabric should be used. You can move stitches. If the needle is just outside the knitting width, it will not be a burden in the knitting of the knitted fabric, although it involves swinging the bed to move the stitches. The knitting of the courses 3 to 5 shown in FIG. 4 is performed in place of the courses 3 to 5 of FIGS. After the knitting of the course 3 is finished, the knitting yarn is locked to the knitting needle k in the same knitting direction. In the course 4, after tuck knitting to the knitting needle i of the rear bed, the stitches locked to the knitting needle k of the front bed of the course 3 are transferred to the knitting needle k of the rear bed. In the course 5, after the yarn is taken out, the stitches locked to the knitting needles k of the rear bed are transferred to the knitting needles j of the front bed. This modification is particularly effective in the case of knitting using a thread with good slippage. Further, as a modified example of the reinforcement for unraveling the remaining end portion in FIG. 4, the stitches formed on the knitting needles k are transferred between the beds, and the knitting yarn is stretched around the stitches to wrap around the stitches. You may make it transfer to the knitted fabric side after making it.
[0011]
As described above, the flat knitting machine used for carrying out the processing method of the present invention may be of a general-purpose type, and no special mechanism or the like for the staking process is required, so that it can be easily implemented. . It is only necessary to repeat the knitting for the staking process each time there is a knitting yarn switching point.
[0012]
Although a preferred embodiment of the present invention has been described above, the present invention is not limited to the above embodiment, and a knitted fabric type that can be applied to the present invention is the surface of the knitted fabric. It may be anything as long as the remaining end of the knitting yarn is drawn into the knitted fabric. There is no problem even if it is a part of the ground. Two typical examples of the knitting method of the knitting process are shown above. However, instead of this, plating knitting may be used, and the important thing is not limited to the above. Needless to say, the present invention can be implemented within a range not departing from the gist of the present invention, for example, as long as it can be made difficult and can be employed as long as it does not stand out from the surface of the knitted fabric.
[0013]
【The invention's effect】
According to the method of the present invention, after the knitting, the excess end portion of the knitting yarn that appears on the surface of the knitted fabric is cut, and the knitted yarn that appears on the surface can be drawn into the knitted fabric by extending the knitted fabric at the cut portion. At the same time, since the staking portion is scoured at the time of knitting, it is not unraveled from the knitting yarn after cutting, and the conventional staking operation can be greatly shortened, contributing to the improvement of productivity. Further, even in the case of a fine gauge knitted fabric, the knitting of the knitting process is performed on the knitting machine, so that the processing after knitting only needs to stretch the knitted fabric after cutting the remaining end of the knitting yarn. The gauge does not increase the burden of processing work.
