Description

【0001】
用いる収縮性糸5は、約140℃で熱収縮する白色のポリエステル高収縮糸であり、例えば東レ製の商品番号100−48−G892(繊度97.1デニール、強度4.44g/d、伸度45.5%)や150−48−Z975(繊度168.7デニール、強度3.43g/d、伸度66.5%)であると好ましい。
【0018】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a woven label or the like that is cut into pieces after heat-cutting a wide woven fabric into a belt shape, and the fiber melted portions on both side edges at the bent portion do not protrude when being sewn to clothing or the like, and the fiber melted portions on both side edges The present invention relates to a woven label that is wrapped with a sewing thread and a manufacturing method thereof.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Trademarks and manufacturer names of commercially available textile products are displayed on a woven label sewn on the textile product, and this woven label is conventionally woven into a strip with a narrow loom and further cut into pieces. To manufacture. The conventional method of weaving a woven label with a narrow loom has the disadvantage of low production efficiency and high cost. Therefore, a wide woven fabric is woven with synthetic fibers using a high-speed loom such as a rapier loom. A method of heat-cutting the woven fabric into a belt shape has become mainstream (see FIG. 15).
[0003]
When the wide woven fabric is heat-cut into a belt shape, the weft yarn of the wide woven fabric is melted and cut, and linear fiber melting portions 10a as shown in FIG. 10 are generated on both side edges of the obtained woven tape. The fiber melted portion 10a is a polyester fiber woven fabric and has a hard glass-like shape, and is uncomfortable with the entire structure 10b in terms of touch and appearance. When both side portions 10c are bent in order to sew a woven label obtained from the woven tape to clothes, the fiber melted portions on both side edges of the label are folded and protruded. If the woven label with the protruding piece 10d is sewn on the clothes, the protruding piece 10d will come into contact with the user's skin and become uncomfortable, causing discomfort and damaging the skin. Fraying or fluffing occurs on sweaters or garment shirts worn on.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
With regard to woven labels obtained by heat-cutting wide woven fabrics, many users such as apparel manufacturers are strongly demanding prevention of fiber melted portions. As a measure for preventing the occurrence of the fiber melted part, a method of cutting a wide woven fabric with ultrasonic waves has already been proposed, but the melted part of the fiber is reduced by ultrasonic cutting, but the cutting part is easily unraveled. Remains.
[0005]
On the other hand, when both sides of the woven label are sewn with an overlock sewing machine and the fiber melted portion is wrapped with a sewing thread, the protrusion of the fiber melted portion on both sides of the edge is reduced, and a sense of incongruity with the entire structure relating to touch and appearance can be eliminated. On the other hand, in overlock sewing on both edges of the woven label, the width of the edge sewing becomes considerably thicker due to the pile thread to be used and the sewing thread intertwined with the pile thread, and only the seam on both edges rises and the thickness of the label becomes uniform. In addition, it is inconvenient when storing and sewing the label, and it is not preferable from an aesthetic point of view.
[0006]
The present invention has been proposed in order to improve the above-mentioned problems relating to a woven label obtained by heat-cutting a wide woven fabric into a belt-like shape, and the fiber melted portions on both side edges cannot be folded at the folding portion at the time of sewing. Accordingly, it is an object of the present invention to provide a woven label that does not cause scratches caused by protruding pieces, fraying or fluffing of clothes. Another object of the present invention is to provide a woven label which can prevent scratches, fraying and fluffing of clothing, and which has a good tactile sensation by densely covering the fiber melted portions on both side edges with sewing threads. Another object of the present invention is to provide a method for producing a woven label that can prevent scratches caused by protruding pieces, fraying and fluffing of clothing.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the woven tape used in the present invention is a narrow tape woven with a needle loom or the like, or manufactured by heat-cutting a wide woven fabric at least partially woven with synthetic fiber yarn into a belt shape And the fiber fusion | melting part is formed in the both-sides edge by this heat cut. A predetermined pattern is woven into a strip shape on a narrow tape or a wide woven fabric, and woven with, for example, polyester fiber yarn, nylon fiber yarn, cotton yarn or the like. Synthetic fiber yarns are woven into at least the heat cut portion of the wide woven fabric so that the side edges are not unraveled when heat cut.
[0008]
As shown in FIG. 1 or FIG. 6, this woven tape has a shrinkable yarn partially woven as a weft in a portion that becomes a bending portion at the time of sewing, and a portion that becomes a bending portion by a shrinking process after weaving Slightly dented on both side edges. The shrinkable yarn may be woven as a weft in a wide folded portion as shown in FIG. 1 or may be woven in 3-5 pieces only at each folding portion as shown in FIG. The shrinkable yarn may be a heat shrinkable yarn that shrinks by heating, or may be a water shrinkable yarn or a chemically reactive shrinkable yarn that shrinks when sprayed or impregnated with water or chemicals.
[0009]
In this woven tape, after weaving the shrinkable yarn, the machine needles are run along the vicinity of the side edge of the tape, and each thread ring part is stitched on the side edge to perform single-ring stitching, thereby melting the fibers on both side edges. The portion may be covered with one thin sewing thread. As this sewing thread, the same thread as the weft thread of the tape main body may be used, and the sewing portions on both side edges can be constituted by the same thread as the tape main body. The obtained woven label can be formed so that both single-ring stitched portions have substantially the same thickness as the central portion by hot pressing after single-ring stitching.
[0010]
The woven label of the present invention can be either an end hold type as shown in FIG. 4 or a center hold type as shown in FIG. In the end-hold woven label, the weft woven into the folded portion is a shrinkable yarn, and both side edges of the folded portion are slightly recessed after the shrinking treatment. On the other hand, in the center hold woven label, 3 to 5 wefts woven in each folding part are shrinkable yarns, and after the shrinking process, only the side edges of each folding part are slightly recessed, and such local shrinkage is terminated. You may apply to the woven label of a hold or what is called a Manhattan hold.
[0011]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
As shown in FIG. 3 and FIG. 8, the woven label 1 of the present invention is slightly recessed at both side edges of a portion to be bent, for example, a bent portion 2, and when bent as shown in FIG. The fiber melted part does not protrude. In the woven tape 4 cut into the woven label 1, as shown in FIG. 1, a shrinkable yarn 5 is partially woven as a weft, and the shrinkable yarn can be woven wide in the folded portion 2 as shown in FIG. As shown in FIG. 6, 3 to 5 pieces may be woven into only the bent portions. The shrinkable yarn 5 to be used is, for example, a white polyester highly shrinkable yarn (manufactured by Toray), a nylon yarn, or a rayon yarn that is water-shrinkable at about 140 ° C.
[0012]
In order to manufacture the woven label 1, when weaving the wide woven fabric 6 (FIG. 15) which is a synthetic fiber yarn for both the warp and the weft, the shrinkable yarn 5 is partially used as a weft at a portion which is a bent portion at the time of sewing. Then, the wide woven fabric 6 is heat-cut into a strip shape. The obtained woven tape 4 is contracted by shrinking the shrinkable yarn 5 by a predetermined shrinkage treatment, and the both side edges of the portion to be bent at the time of sewing are slightly dented and then separated one by one. Although this dent width varies depending on the material and dimensions of the woven label 1, it is generally preferable to be about 0.1 to 0.4 mm.
[0013]
In this manufacturing method, when weaving the wide fabric 6, the heat-shrinkable yarn 5 is partially woven as a weft and the wide fabric is heat-cut into a band shape, and then the obtained woven tape 4 is near the side edge of the label. The single needle stitch 7 (FIG. 2) in which each thread ring portion passes over the side edge may be performed by running the sewing machine needle along the edge. Thereafter, the shrinkable yarn 5 may be contracted by a predetermined contraction process for the woven tape 4, and for example, the both side edges of the bent portion 2 (FIG. 4) may be slightly recessed and then separated one by one.
[0014]
Regarding the single ring stitch 7, the sewing thread 29 sewn on both side edges of the woven tape 4 can be a thin thread such as a weft thread of the label main body or a thick thread such as a pile thread. In general, a twisted yarn is used as the sewing thread 29 (FIG. 11), but even a non-twisted yarn can be used. As shown in FIG. 11, the single-thread-sewn sewing thread 29 has almost no overlapping portion, and the straight portion that does not contribute to the covering of the fiber melted portion is only a straight line along the thread piercing points 77a, 77b, and 77c. The chain stitch 7 does not become thick and there is little swell in that portion. Actually, as shown in FIG. 2, the sewing width is not rough and the thread ring portions 78 of the sewing thread 29 are in close contact with each other, so that the fiber melted portion is almost completely covered.
[0015]
The sewing machine 8 for single-ring stitching shown in FIGS. 12 to 14 is known per se, and the horizontal operation sewing needle 22 is moved while the horizontal running woven tape 4 is sandwiched between the presser disks 20 and intermittently fed. 4, and the thread ring portion 78 of the sewing thread 29 is formed. Each thread ring portion 78 is guided from the tape back side to the front side by the looper 24 and is sewn by the sewing needle 22. The sewing machine 8 is intermittently operated to perform single-ring stitching 7, and the sewing machine 4 is operated synchronously with a pair of rollers 10 to avoid the woven tape 4 from being loosened or pulled. In the edge stitching device 9, one side edge of the woven tape 4 is single-ring stitched. Therefore, it is necessary to pass the woven tape 4 through the edge stitching device 9 twice to sew both side edges of the tape. If this edge stitching device is appropriately deformed and two units are continuously arranged, and the woven tape 4 is conveyed upside down in the middle of both devices, both sides of the tape can be obtained by passing this device once. A single ring can be sewn.
[0016]
【Example】
Next, the present invention will be described based on examples, but the present invention is not limited to the examples. The woven tape 4 used in the present invention is manufactured, for example, by heat-cutting the wide woven fabric 6 shown in FIG. As shown in FIG. 1, the heat-shrinkable yarn 5 is woven into the folded portion 2 in a wide manner on the woven tape 4.
[0017]
In the woven tape 4, the folded-back portions 2 and 2 connected to each other have a width of 15 mm, for example, and the heat-shrinkable yarn 5 is woven as a weft into the middle 13 mm. The shrinkable yarn 5 to be used is a white polyester highly shrinkable yarn that thermally shrinks at about 140 ° C., for example, product number 100-48-G892 manufactured by Toray (fineness 97.1 denier, strength 4.44 g / d, elongation) 45.5%) and 150-48-Z975 (fineness 168.7 denier, strength 3.43 g / d, elongation 66.5%).
[0018]
For weaving the wide fabric 6, a pattern weaving mechanism 64 as illustrated in FIG. 16 is used. The mechanism includes, for example, a wide loom 66 such as a high-speed rapier loom, a projectile loom, an air jet loom, and a wide fabric. A jacquard machine 67 that performs warp yarn opening movement when weaving is used, and the weave structure may be any of plain weave, oblique weave, and satin weave. In the jacquard machine 67, the wide weaving machine 66 weaves a complicated pattern according to the pattern of the paper pattern, and the wide woven fabric 6 having the characters 23 (FIG. 4) or designs in which the woven tape portion 4a is arranged in a strip shape. Weave.
[0019]
The obtained wide woven fabric 6 has a width of 70 to 260 cm, and is heat-cut between the guide yarns 70 and 70, for example, in a belt shape by a heat cutting device installed in front of or behind the breast beam 68 of the wide loom 66. The heating and cutting apparatus is composed of a number of knives 72 arranged in parallel at regular intervals, and each knife is usually heated to about 280 ° C., which is higher than the melting point of the polyester fiber. A large number of heat-cut woven tapes 4 have linear fiber melted portions on both side edges thereof, and each tape is wound around a core 74 by a wide loom 66.
[0020]
Next, the woven tape 4 passes the edge stitching device 9 shown in FIG. The tape winding core 74 is placed on the circular seat of the mounting table 21 in the edge sewing device 9, and the woven tape 4 is pulled out from the winding core and conveyed in the horizontal direction by the first guide member 13. The first guide member 13 feeds the woven tape 4 in the vertical direction to the single-ring stitching machine 8, and the woven tape 4 is placed between the U-shaped portion 36 of the first guide plate 38 and the horizontal portion 40 of the second guide plate 42. Position it accurately and send it to the right with the presser disc 20. Since the portion of the woven tape 4 that protrudes from the surface of the presser disk 20 is the width of the single ring stitch 7 (FIG. 2), the single ring stitch width can be easily adjusted by increasing or decreasing the protruding distance from the disk surface.
[0021]
As shown in FIG. 12, the edge stitching device 9 places all members on a single rectangular plate 11, and the plate can be moved by a caster (not shown) installed below. On the plate 11, a single-ring sewing machine 8 is installed at the front center of the plate 11, and first and second guide members 13 and 17 are vertically fixed to both front sides of the sewing machine, and both guide members are parallel to the front surface of the sewing machine. Arrange in a straight line. A tape mount 21 having a centering rod and a circular seat is vertically attached behind the first guide member 13, and a horizontal guide member 19 is located behind the second guide member 17. The pair of rollers 10 is rotatably installed behind the horizontal guide member 19 on the right side of the plate, and rotates intermittently in synchronization with the sewing machine 8. Further, the thread winding platform 12 for the sewing thread is arranged at the rear center of the plate 11 and is located on the rear side of the sewing machine 8.
[0022]
The sewing machine 8 is driven by a microcomputer-controlled torque motor (not shown) attached to the back side of the plate 11, and a roller rotating shaft 16 to which a pulley 15 is fixed is fixed via a pulley and a belt 14 fixed to the rotating shaft of the sewing machine. Synchronous rotation. A semi-circular flat projection base 18 is attached to the front center of the sewing machine 8, and a horizontal presser disk 20 is installed close to the peripheral surface of the projection base 18 (see FIG. 14). The presser disc 20 is rotatably supported by an arm (not shown) protruding downward from the upper front of the sewing machine. In the sewing machine 8, the sewing needle 22 is mounted horizontally close to the upper surface of the protruding base 18 as shown in FIG. 14, and reciprocates in the horizontal direction up to the presser disk 20. On the other hand, the looper 24 is a claw member attached laterally to the lower end of the vertical bar 26 as shown in FIG. 13, and the vertical bar is fixed to a swinging bar 28 protruding horizontally from the upper front of the sewing machine to the front. As is clear from the one-dot chain line in FIG. 14, the looper 24 descends to a position 24a behind the needle hole of the needle immediately after the sewing needle 22 advances to the front end, and rises as the needle 22 moves backward to the rear end. When retracted, the needle tip is lowered to the front position 24b.
[0023]
The sewing thread 29 passed through the sewing needle 22 is supplied from the thread winding of the mounting table 12 through a thread guide base assembly 30 installed at the top of the sewing machine 8. The mounting table 12 has one or two or more sets of thread spool bars 31 and a thread spool seat 32, and a guide bar 33 is horizontally mounted thereon. The sewing thread 29 that has come out of the spool of the mounting table 12 passes through the guide bar 33 and then is sent out to the thread guide table assembly 30.
[0024]
On the front surface of the sewing machine 8, as shown in FIGS. 13 and 14, a first guide plate 38 having a U-shaped portion 36 for receiving the upper edge portion of the woven tape 4 and a horizontal portion 40 in contact with the lower edge portion of the tape. The second guide plate 42 having the first guide plate 42 and the second guide plate 42 are provided adjacent to each other substantially vertically. The first guide plate 38 is attached so that the U-shaped portion 36 is positioned in the tangential direction on the left side of the presser disk 20, and the nuts 44, 44 can be loosened to change the position in the vertical direction. The second guide plate 42 is positioned below the presser disk 20 and can be repositioned in the vertical direction by adjusting the clamp 46. The vertical distance between the upper surface of the U-shaped portion 36 of the first guide plate 38 and the upper surface of the horizontal portion 40 of the second guide plate 42 corresponds to the lateral width of the woven tape 4 that is horizontally conveyed in the vertical direction.
[0025]
The first and second guide members 13 and 17 shown in FIG. 13 are arranged so as to be aligned with the guide plates 38 and 42 on both front sides of the sewing machine 8. Each of the guide members 13 and 17 includes a guide plate 54 provided with a plurality of guide bars 52 vertically and in parallel between the support plate 48 and the horizontal plate 50 and provided with through holes to be fitted to the guide bars 52. It is attached between the support plate 48 and the horizontal plate 50. The guide plate 54 can be fixed at an arbitrary horizontal position by loosening butterfly bolts 56 screwed into both end faces according to the lateral width of the woven tape 4 that travels. The woven tape 4 passes between the horizontal plate 50 and the guide plate 54 while rotating around the guide bar 52 alternately left and right. On the other hand, the horizontal guide member 19 is positioned behind the second guide member 17 on the plate 11, and the upper end surface thereof is high so as to be approximately halfway between the horizontal plate 50 and the guide plate 54 of the guide member 17. The position can be adjusted. The horizontal guide member 19 has a large number of guide bars 58 installed horizontally and in parallel between upper left and right ends. The woven tape 4 leaves the second guide member 17 and changes from the vertical direction to the horizontal direction, and passes through the periphery of the guide bar 58 while alternately rotating up and down.
[0026]
The pair of rollers 10 are arranged side by side in the vertical direction, and are rotatably installed behind the horizontal guide member 19 on the plate 11. The pair of rollers 10 can adjust the pressing force by pressing the upper roller to the lower roller with bolts 60 on both the left and right sides. Below the roller 10, an opening (not shown) is provided in the plate 11, and the woven tape 4 taken up by the pair of rollers 10 is sent out below the plate 10 and is rotated intermittently in synchronization with the sewing machine 8. The pair of rollers 10 may be heatable metal rollers that can be hot-pressed to about 140 ° C. when passing the woven tape 4 after completion of single-ring stitching. The surface is knurled or covered with a cylindrical cloth.
[0027]
The single-ring stitch 7 by the sewing machine 8 will be described with reference to FIG. 11. When the sewing needle 22 advances and pierces the woven tape 4 that is stopped at a point 77 a, the sewing thread 29 that has passed through the needle hole and the sewing needle 22 together with the sewing needle 4. Pass through and form a thread ring portion 78 on the back side of the tape. As shown by the one-dot chain line in FIG. 14, immediately after the sewing needle 22 moves forward to the front end, the looper 24 descends to a position 24 a behind the needle hole of the sewing needle 22 on the back side of the tape, and hooks and lifts the thread ring portion 78. . When the sewing needle 22 moves backward and comes out of the woven tape 4, the woven tape 4 moves to the left by the distance d. The looper 24 ascends while the thread needle 78 is hooked with the retraction of the sewing needle 22, further moves forward in the drawing, and starts to descend again when it reaches the front side of the tape. When the sewing needle 22 is retracted to the rear end as shown by a solid line in FIG. 14, the looper 24 with the thread ring portion 78 hooked is lowered to the front position 24b of the needle tip. When the sewing needle 22 moves forward again, the sewing needle passes through the thread ring portion 78 guided by the looper 24 on the tape front side, and thereafter pierces the woven tape 4 at a point 77b. As a result, the thread ring portion 78 of the sewing thread 29 can be sewn to the tape side edge. As the sewing needle 22 advances, the looper 24 from which the thread ring portion 78 has come off starts to rise, and the thread ring portion 78 can be sewn at the point 77c by the same operation as described above. Thereafter, the above operation is repeated to perform single ring sewing.
[0028]
As is apparent from FIG. 11, the woven tape 4 that has passed through the edge stitching device 9 is continuously formed with a single stitching thread 29 without overlapping the seam along the fiber melted portion on the side edge of the tape. Even if it is 29, the fiber melted part is almost completely covered. When one edge of the woven tape 4 is single-ring stitched by the edge stitching device 9 and the woven tape 4 is passed through the edge stitching device 9 twice, both sides of the tape can be single-ring stitched as shown in FIG. When the woven tape 4 having both side edges sewn in a single ring is passed through a pair of metal rollers 10 and heated and pressed at about 140 ° C., both side edges of the bent portion 2 are about 0 as shown in FIG. Recess 3mm. Furthermore, the woven tape 4 is processed by resin processing with chemical glue or the like as desired to adjust the shape.
[0029]
In order to obtain the woven label 1 shown in FIG. 4, the resin-processed woven tape 4 is further heat-cut in the lateral direction for each label with a separate heat-cutting device (not shown). It is. When the obtained rectangular woven label 1 is end-held along the alternate long and short dash line in FIG. 4 and then pressed in the subsequent folding step, a folding line 75 as shown in FIG. 5 is formed. The woven label 1 is sewn at a predetermined place in clothing such as sportswear, a coat, and a cutter shirt after end-holding.
[0030]
In the woven label 1, the fiber melted portion is bent downward as both side edges of the bent portion 2 are recessed, and the protruding portion of the fiber melted portion (see FIG. 10) 10d) does not occur. Moreover, since the width | variety of the bending part 2 becomes narrow, when the part is bent to the back side, since it does not expose from the edge of a label main body, it is aesthetically preferable. In the single ring stitch 7 on both side edges of the woven label 1, since the thin sewing thread 29 is used and the thread piercing points 77a, 77b, 77c are only one line in a straight line, the single ring stitch width can be easily adjusted. By narrowing the chain stitch width, the appearance of the label is not impaired. The woven label 1 can use the weft thread of the label main body as the sewing thread 29, and can also unify the color and pattern of the entire label.
[0031]
In the woven tape 80 shown in FIG. 6, in the pattern weaving mechanism 64 shown in FIG. 16, three heat-shrinkable yarns 81 are woven only at each folding point, and the heat-shrinkable yarns are high in white polyester that shrinks at about 140 ° C. Shrink yarn. This woven structure may be any of plain weave, oblique weave, and satin weave. However, in the case of colored woven tape 80, plain weave, weft oblique weave, and satin weave with white heat-shrinkable yarn 81 appearing on the front side are not preferable.
[0032]
Similarly to the above, the woven tape 80 is subjected to single ring stitching 82, 82 on both side edges by the edge stitching device 9 (see FIG. 7). Next, resin processing is performed on the woven tape 80 with chemical glue or the like, and when it is passed between hot rolls for drying the resin, it is heated to about 140 ° C., so that a bent portion 83 (FIG. 9) is obtained as shown in FIG. Both side edges are recessed about 0.2 mm.
[0033]
In order to obtain the woven label 84 (FIG. 9), the resin-processed woven tape 80 is further heat-cut in the lateral direction for each label by a separate heat-cutting device. In the subsequent folding process, the obtained woven label 84 is center-held and then pressed. At this time, no melted protrusion or the like is generated at the corner 85 of the bent portion. The woven label 84 is sewn at a predetermined position in clothing such as a blouson after the center hold.
[0034]
Although not shown in the drawings, when the woven tape used in the present invention is a narrow tape woven by a needle loom, the heat-shrinkable yarn is partially woven as a weft at a portion to be bent at the time of weaving. The heat-shrinkable yarn may be woven wide at the folded portion as shown in FIG. 1, or 3 to 5 may be woven only at each folding portion as shown in FIG. In this woven tape, both side edges of the portion to be bent are slightly recessed by heat treatment after weaving without performing single ring sewing or the like. The resin-processed woven tape is further heat-cut in the lateral direction one by one with a separate heat-cutting device to obtain a woven label. The obtained woven label is pressed after end-holding or center-holding in a subsequent folding step.
[0035]
【The invention's effect】
In the woven label according to the present invention, the fiber melted portions on both side edges formed by heat cutting are bent downward by the dents in the bent portions, and no protruding pieces of the fiber melted portions are generated at the corners of both side edges at the bent portions. . Therefore, when this woven label is sewn to the undergarment, it prevents the skin from being damaged or rashed by protruding pieces of the fiber melted part on both side edges of the woven label, and even if it is sewn on an outer garment such as ski wear, it is worn below. Sweaters and pants are not frayed or fuzzy. When the end-holding is performed by weaving the shrinkable yarn wide in the folded part, the width of the folded part on the back side of the label becomes narrow, so that when the part is folded back, it is not exposed from the edge of the label body. This is also preferable.
[0036]
The woven label of the present invention has a good tactile sensation by wrapping the fiber melted part when both sides of the edge are sewn on a single ring, and the edge sewing width can be narrowed using a thin sewing thread compared to the case of sewing with an overlock sewing machine. . At this time, if the sewing thread to be used is a weft thread of the label main body, the color and pattern of the entire label can be unified, which is aesthetically preferable. This woven label has a uniform thickness with no stitches on both edges, and is advantageous in storing the label and sewing it on clothes.
[0037]
In the production method of the present invention, when weaving a wide woven fabric or the like, the shrinkage yarn is only partially woven in place of the normal weft yarn, so that the production cost is not hindered by inhibiting high-speed production of the woven label. Hardly increases due to labor saving. Furthermore, even if single ring stitching is added to both side edges of the label, it is only necessary to sew the woven tape tightly with one sewing thread, so that the edge sewing process on both sides of the tape is added before the label cutting / bending process. However, the increase in manufacturing cost is negligible.
