Description
【0001】

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the conventional processing method as described above, the accuracy of the width of the rail depends on the accuracy of mounting of the tool, particularly the accuracy of mounting of the cutting edge such as a tip, and the wear of the cutting edge. For this reason, the rail width after processing is largely variable, and it is difficult to achieve high accuracy with a small error. In addition, when processing rails with different width dimensions using the same processing equipment, it is necessary to re-install the tool or replace it with another one corresponding to the rail width. It is also a factor that impairs workability and raises manufacturing costs.
The problems to be solved by the present invention are: (1) shortening the machining time and improving the working efficiency, and (2) preventing the rail width accuracy from being affected by tool mounting accuracy, wear, etc. To reduce variations in rail width, or to improve accuracy by reducing machining errors, (3) When machining rails with different width dimensions, change tools or replace tools.
