Description
【0001】
F=−μ1Mcosβ+Msinβ+μ1Ncosa+Nsinα・・・(1)
Ncosα=μ2Nsinα+μ2Msinβ+Mcosβ ・・・(2)
【0015】
P=Nsinα+μ1Ncosα ・・・(4)
μ1=μ2=0.1のとき F/P=4.7
μ1=μ2=0.2のとき F/P=3.17
μ1=μ2=0.3のとき F/P=2.24
となる。
【0019】

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
[0010]
An object of the present invention is to overcome the drawbacks of the conventional techniques as described above, and to provide a configuration that efficiently converts the pulling force of the draw bar to the gripping force of the collet chuck while having a relatively simple design. To do.
[0011]
[Means for solving the problems]
In order to solve the above-described problem, the configuration of the present invention is configured so that one of the inner engagement surface of the collet chuck and the engagement surface of the draw bar with respect to the collet chuck in the engagement between the rear end portion of the collet chuck and the vicinity of the front end of the draw bar. Is a taper surface that gradually decreases in diameter toward the center side, and the other is a substantially arc shape or a substantially elliptic arc shape in the cross section in the central axis direction, a rear end portion of the collet chuck, and a rear end portion of the sleeve of the main shaft, In the engagement relationship, one of the outer engagement surface of the collet chuck and the engagement surface of the sleeve with respect to the collet chuck is a tapered surface that gradually increases in diameter toward the rear, and the other is a substantially arc shape in the cross section in the central axis direction. Or it consists of the tool holding device based on making it a substantially elliptical arc shape.
[0012]
[Effects of the Invention]
4 (a) and 4 (b) show the basic configuration of the present invention. In FIG. 4 (a), the inner engagement surface of the collet chuck is a tapered surface that sequentially decreases in diameter toward the center axis. The engagement surface of the draw bar with respect to this has a substantially arc shape in the cross section in the central axis direction, and in FIG. 4B, the position of the substantially arc shape with the tapered surface is reversed.
[0013]
On the other hand, in FIG. 4A, the outer surface in the vicinity of the rear end portion of the collet chuck is a tapered surface that gradually increases in diameter toward the rear, and the engagement surface of the sleeve is a substantially elliptical arc shape in the cross section in the central axis direction. In FIG. 4B, the tapered surface and the position of the substantially elliptical arc are reversed.
[0014]
Thus, FIG. 3 (a), (b), the the

And in this invention, as shown to Fig.5 (a), (b), it is designed by contrast with respect to a central axis whatever the inclination angle with respect to the central axis of a taper surface is. As long as there is a part that engages with the other substantially arcuate shape or substantially elliptical arc shape as a result, both tapered surfaces are closely engaged as in the case of the configuration of the prior art shown in FIG. Design difficulties are not necessary.
[0021]
[Example 1]

By selecting such a 1/4 substantially circular arc shape or a 1/4 substantially elliptical arc shape, it is possible to select a wide range of angles of the other tapered surface engaged therewith, and the angle of the tapered surface. However, even if the design is somewhat inaccurate, both engagement relations can be maintained with respect to a wide range of tapered surfaces.

【The invention's effect】
As described above, the present invention efficiently converts the draw bar pressing force into the collet chuck gripping force, while avoiding the wear of the ball as in the prior art as shown in FIG. As in the art, problems caused by the design mismatch of the tapered surfaces that engage with each other can be avoided.
[0028]
As described above, the present invention has extremely usefulness in the tool holding device, and its value is tremendous.
