ガス,下水道等に設けられるマンホール蓋や溝蓋等には、自治体名やガス,下水道等の種別を表示したマークが施されている。このようなマークを蓋体に施す手段として、例えば、特許第2598313号公報に記載されているように、表面に設けた凹部にマーク板(マークプレート)を嵌入し、該マーク板の裏面に充填材を注入固化して固着する方法が知られている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかし、上述のように、充填材や接着剤を使用してマーク板を蓋板の凹部に固着する場合は、充填材等が必要であるだけでなく、充填材等を注入あるいは塗布する必要があり、工数が多く、製作コストも高くなるという欠点があった。また、マーク板を蓋板の凹部に嵌合させて固着するものでは、両者の寸法精度を高めなければならず、この場合も製作コストの上昇原因となる。

そこで本発明は、製作が容易で、蓋板へのマーク板の装着も簡単に行うことができるマーク付き蓋体を提供することを目的としている。

上記目的を達成するため、本発明のマーク付き蓋体は、表面の所定位置に設けた凹部内にマーク板を装着したマーク付き蓋体において、前記マーク板の裏面に、先端に係止段部を有する係止片を突設するとともに、裏面一側方に凹溝を設け、一方、前記凹部の底板部に前記係止片が挿通するとともに、前記係止段部が係止する係止部を有する通孔を設け、かつ、底板部の上面に前記凹溝に係合する凸条を設けたことを特徴としている。

【発明の実施の形態】
図は本発明のマーク付き蓋体の一形態例を示すもので、図1は縦断面図、図2は底面図、図3は底面側から見たマーク板の斜視図である。

このマーク付き蓋体は、蓋本体11の表面側所定位置に設けられた凹部12に、凹部12の形状に対応した形状のマーク板21を装着したものであり、蓋本体11とマーク板21とは、マーク板21の裏面に突設した2個の係止片22が、凹部12の底板部13に係止することにより固着されている。

前記係止片22は、先端(下端)から側方に突出した係止段部23を有する鉤状のものであって、弾性変形が可能な形状で形成されている。また、マーク板21の裏面と係止段部23の上面との距離は、凹部12の底板部13の厚さと略同じ寸法に設定されている。

前記凹部12の底板部13には、前記係止段部23を含む係止片22が挿通可能な開口面積を有する通孔14が設けられており、その位置は、前記係止段部23の突出端が通孔14の側壁に当接することにより、係止片22が反係止段部方向に弾性変形し、係止段部23が通孔14を通過したときに、係止片22の復元力により係止段部23が底板部13の裏面に係止するように設定されている。
