Journal of Engineering for Gas Turbines and Power Vol.119/893−897(1997)で、J.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a gas turbine system including a turbine that is operated by a combustion gas containing moisture, and more particularly, a gas turbine system in which the amount of moisture in the combustion gas is increased by increasing the amount of moisture in the air supplied to the combustor. About.
[0002]
[Prior art]
As conventional techniques related to gas turbine systems using humidified air, for example, in Japanese Patent Publication No. 1-31012 and Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 9-264158, heating is performed using compressed air compressed by a compressor and a heat recovery medium. The liquid phase water is brought into contact with a humidifying tower to obtain humidified air (air / steam mixture) and cooled liquid phase water, and heat recovery of the turbine exhaust with the humidified air, and also cooled liquid phase water. The heat recovery of the turbine exhaust and the intermediate cooling of the compressor are performed using the heat recovery medium as the heat recovery medium, and the liquid phase water equivalent to the amount of water vapor transferred to the compressed air in the exchange tower (humidification tower) is cooled by the exchange tower. A gas turbine cycle is disclosed which is used as a cooling medium downstream of a compressor intercooler with liquid phase water and is replenished into a liquid phase for use in an exchange tower and heat recovery.
[0003]
As a humidifier that humidifies and reduces the temperature of the air, Journal of Engineering for Gas Turbines and Power Vol. 119 / 893-897 (1997), J. De Ruyck et al. An example using humidified air obtained by spraying water on compressed air has been reported as a low-temperature heat source for a post-cooler. In addition, in the above-mentioned document (hereinafter referred to as “prior art”), air that has been humidified and dehumidified by spraying water droplets on the raw air is diverted, one is taken out as it is, and the other is exchanged with the raw air to be raw air. Next, the effect of the present embodiment shown in FIG. 4 will be described with reference to FIG. FIG. 5 is a diagram showing the relationship between the number of air branch stages and the low-temperature humidified air temperature. The high-temperature air in the figure has an air temperature of 300 ° C. and a relative humidity of 0.0%. Further, at each branch point, the temperature-lowered air is branched to 1: 1. Moreover, the vertical axis | shaft has shown the temperature of humid air which has the lowest temperature among the humid air from which the temperature generated with the humidification temperature-reduction apparatus of this invention differs. The abscissa indicates the number of times the humidified air is branched, and the branch indicates a series of flows in which the humidified air is branched and one of the humidified air is cooled with water spray and then heat exchange is performed with the other. The humidified air here refers to air that has not been humidified after being introduced into the humidifying / temperature reducing apparatus of this embodiment. FIG. 5 shows that the temperature of the low-temperature humidified air can be lowered as the number of air branches in the wake of the heat exchanger is increased. Branching in the wake of the heat exchanger can generate humid air having a

Next, the gas turbine system which is the 3rd Example of this invention is demonstrated using FIG.
[0029]
The efficiency of the gas turbine system that performs heat recovery of the gas turbine exhaust gas using the humidified air increases as the temperature of the gas turbine exhaust gas released to the atmosphere after the heat recovery is lower if the other conditions are equal. [0036]
FIG. 7 shows a comparison of the effect of the gas turbine cycle of this embodiment with respect to the humidification and temperature reduction characteristics when the conventional humidification and temperature reduction device is applied to the gas turbine cycle. In this study, the compressed air conditions (temperature: about 300 ° C., pressure: about 15 kg / cm 2 , moisture: about 4 vol%) at the outlet of the compressor are the same between the present application and the prior art.
[0037]
The vertical axis of the figure shows the temperature of the low-temperature humidified air and the low-temperature heat recovery capability (relative value) obtained by each method. The purpose of obtaining the low-temperature humidified air here is to enable the heat recovery of the gas turbine exhaust heat to the lowest possible temperature, and a system that can obtain a large amount of low-temperature air is desirable. Therefore, in order to compare the heat recovery capability of each method in the region where the gas turbine exhaust gas temperature is relatively low, the low temperature region heat recovery capability is defined by the following equation.
[0038]
Low temperature region heat recovery capability = Flow rate split ratio to the low temperature humidified air side x (gas turbine exhaust gas temperature near the regenerator outlet-low temperature side humidified air temperature)
As shown in FIG. 7, when the conventional technique is applied, the low-temperature region heat recovery capability defined above becomes maximum when the flow rate branching ratio at the branching point is about 50%. However, since the low-temperature side humidified air temperature rises with an increase in the flow rate branching ratio, the amount of increase in the low-temperature region heat recovery capability is relatively small.
[0039]
On the other hand, also in the system of the present embodiment, the low temperature region heat recovery capability defined in the previous period becomes maximum when the flow rate branching ratio is around 50%. The low-temperature side humidified air temperature in this example is constant at about 100 ° C. until the flow rate branching ratio is about 50%. Further, when the flow rate branching ratio is about 50%, the low-temperature side humidified air temperature can be lowered as compared with the prior art. Therefore, there is a merit that the low-temperature region heat recovery capability is increased as compared with the prior art.
[0040]
Therefore, in the gas turbine cycle of the present embodiment, the heat recovery capability in the low temperature region can be increased as compared with the case where the humidification and temperature reduction device of the prior art is applied, and the heat recovery from the gas turbine exhaust gas is performed to a low temperature. Therefore, there is an effect that the power generation efficiency of the plant can be increased. In addition, when this embodiment is applied, the temperature of the low-temperature side humidified air can be further lowered by configuring the number of branch stages of compressed air to be two or more. There is a possibility of further improvement of power generation efficiency by increasing recovery.
[0041]
Furthermore, when the gas turbine exhaust gas temperature at the outlet of the
