Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a tire vulcanization mold suitable for vulcanizing a raw tire, particularly a large tire for TB (truck, bus) having a diameter of about 3 m.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, a raw tire is vulcanized and molded into a predetermined shape by heating from a radial outer peripheral surface and both lateral sides of the raw tire with a tire vulcanization mold.
[0003]
When inserting a raw tire into a tire vulcanization mold and when removing a tire from the tire vulcanization mold after vulcanization (hereinafter, the raw tire before vulcanization and the tire after vulcanization are collectively referred to as a tire). Therefore, it is necessary to form a predetermined amount of gap so that the radially outer peripheral surface of the tire and the inner peripheral surface of the segment do not contact each other. In this case, a predetermined amount of gap is formed by sliding the outer inclined surface of the segment and the inner inclined surface of the container by a predetermined distance. At this time, the outer inclined surface of the segment and the inner inclined surface of the container so that the angle (sliding angle) when the outer inclined surface of the segment and the inner inclined surface of the container slide is generally 15 to 20 °. The inclination angle is determined.
[0004]
Also, a mold for vulcanizing and molding the side surface in the width direction of the tire may open due to an internal pressure reaction force of the tire internal pressure generated when the tire is vulcanized. For this reason, the mold is tightened by a tightening member (for example, a lock ring) to prevent the mold from being opened during vulcanization.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the sliding angle between the outer inclined surface of the segment of the tire vulcanization mold and the inner inclined surface of the container is set to 15 to 20 ° depending on the type (size, etc.) of the tire to be vulcanized. ing. The internal pressure reaction force due to the tire internal pressure generated during vulcanization, that is, the force acting in the mold opening direction increases in accordance with the size of the sliding angle. For this reason, there exists a problem that it is necessary to increase the clamping force of the mold by a clamping member etc. according to the magnitude | size of a sliding angle.
[0006]
In addition, there is a problem that the outer diameter of the container increases and the weight increases according to the size of the sliding angle.
[0007]
The present invention has been made to solve the above-described problems, and is capable of reducing the internal pressure reaction force of the tire internal pressure generated during raw tire vulcanization and reducing the outer diameter of the container. The purpose is to provide molds.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the invention according to claim 1 is a tire vulcanization mold for vulcanizing and molding a raw tire, and is divided into a plurality of parts along the circumferential direction of the raw tire. and segment for vulcanization molding the radially outer peripheral surface into a predetermined shape, an inner inclined surface corresponding to the outer inclined surface of the segment is formed, the inner inclined surface and the outer inclined surfaces are possible sliding, and , A ring-shaped container in which an inclination angle of the inner inclined surface is determined so that a sliding angle with respect to the inner surface of the segment is 5 to 10 °, and a sidewall portion from the shoulder portion of the raw tire An upper mold and a lower mold for vulcanization molding into a shape are provided.
[0009]
According to the first aspect of the present invention, the tire vulcanization mold is provided with a segment for vulcanizing and molding the outer peripheral surface of the raw tire in the radial direction, that is, the tread portion of the tire into a predetermined shape. The segment is divided into a plurality along the circumferential direction of the green tire, and when the green tire is vulcanized, the inner surface of the segment comes into contact with the tread portion of the green tire and is vulcanized and molded into a predetermined shape. The outer inclined surface of this segment is formed by an inclined surface whose diameter increases as it goes upward.
[0010]
The tire vulcanization mold is provided with a ring-shaped container having an inner inclined surface corresponding to the outer inclined surface of the segment. Similar to the outer inclined surface of the segment, the inner inclined surface of the container is formed by an inclined surface whose diameter is increased upward. That is, the inner inclined surface of the container is formed in a taper shape. The container is provided so that the inner inclined surface of the container and the outer inclined surface of the segment can slide through the same axis as the segment. The sliding angle at this time is set to 5 to 10 ° depending on the type of raw tire to be vulcanized. Therefore, the inclination angles of the inner inclined surface of the container and the outer inclined surface of the segment are determined so that the sliding angle between the inner inclined surface of the container and the outer inclined surface of the segment is 5 to 10 °.
[0011]
Thus, the sliding angle between the inner inclined surface of the container and the outer inclined surface of the segment is set to 5 to 10 °. Thereby, the internal pressure reaction force of the tire internal pressure generated at the time of vulcanization of the green tire can be reduced. Further, it is possible to reduce the tightening force of a tightening member such as a lock ring for tightening a mold for vulcanizing and molding the side surface in the width direction of the green tire. Further, the outer diameter of the container can be reduced and the weight can be reduced. The sliding angle between the inner inclined surface of the container and the outer inclined surface of the segment is preferably set to 7 to 9 °.
[0012]
The invention according to claim 2 is characterized in that an auxiliary ring formed with an inner inclined surface that is an extension of the inner inclined surface of the container can be detachably attached to the container.
[0013]
As described above, the sliding angle between the outer inclined surface of the segment provided in the tire vulcanization mold and the inner inclined surface of the container is set to 5 to 10 °. In this case, a predetermined amount of gap is formed between the outer surface in the radial direction of the tire and the inner surface of the segment when the raw tire is inserted into the tire vulcanization mold and when the tire is removed from the tire vulcanization mold after vulcanization is completed. In order to achieve this, it is necessary to increase the sliding distance between the outer inclined surface of the segment and the inner inclined surface of the container.
[0014]
Therefore, according to the invention described in claim 2, when inserting the raw tire into the tire vulcanization mold and when removing the tire from the tire vulcanization mold after the vulcanization is completed, the container is assisted in the end portion in the diameter increasing direction of the container. Install the ring. The auxiliary ring is formed by an inner inclined surface that is an extension of the inner inclined surface of the container when attached to the container. That is, the inclination angle of the inner inclined surface of the auxiliary ring is the same as the inclination angle of the inner inclined surface of the container. As a result, the inner inclined surface of the container, the inner inclined surface of the auxiliary ring, and the outer inclined surface of the segment can slide, so that the sliding distance can be increased. Accordingly, a predetermined amount of gap can be formed between the radially outer peripheral surface of the tire and the inner surface of the segment when the raw tire is inserted into the tire vulcanization mold and when the tire is removed from the tire vulcanization mold after vulcanization is completed. . The auxiliary ring is configured to be detachable, and may be attached and used when the mold is opened and closed, and may be removed when vulcanized.
