本発明は、主に上面開放容器内に収容された農作物の取出処理に使用される容器内収容物の反転取出装置に関する。

【従来の技術】
農作物の収容された上面開放容器を支持するための水平支持部と、この水平支持部の前端から起立させた垂直支持面部とを有するL字型反転枠を定置本体部に左右向き軸回りの揺動駆動可能に装着してなる容器内農作物の反転取出装置は存在している。

この取出装置により前記上面開放容器内からその収容物である農作物を取り出すときは、前記L字型反転枠を左右向き軸回りへ揺動させて、その垂直支持面部を前下がり状となすのであり、これにより上面開放容器内の農作物は重力作用により上面開放容器内からその外方へ転がり落ちるものとなる。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
上記した在来の容器内農作物の反転取出装置の使用においては、農作物が取り出された後の上面開放容器を水平支持部から地上などに降ろす処理は手作業により行われているのが実情であり、この手作業に要する労力は、その取り扱う上面開放容器の数が多いほど多大なものとなる。
本発明は上記手作業を出来るだけ機械化することにより容器内収容物の取出に要する労力を減少させるものとした容器内収容物の反転取出装置を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記目的を達成するため、本願発明に係る第1の容器内収容物の取出装置では、請求項1に記載したように、垂直支持面部15と水平支持部14を備えたL字型反転枠6を備え、前記水平支持部14は左右向きのローラ17を前後方向に複数並設したものとなされており前記水平支持部14の前端から起立さた垂直支持面部15は上端部付近に適当間隔を置いて一対の係止爪28a、28bを支持面f上に対する出没可能に設けられると共に上部の左右両端部を定置本体部4に対し左右向き軸5回りの反転揺動可能に装着されており、前記垂直支持面部15と前記定置本体部4との間には前記L字型反転枠6の左右向き軸5回りの揺動に連動して前記係止爪28a、28bを出没作動させる係止爪作動手段29を形成し、該係止爪作動手段29は前記係止爪28a、28bを出側へ付勢するスプリング36と、前記定置本体部4に結合され前記係止爪28a、28bを前記スプリング36の弾力に抗しつつ没側へ押し変位させる押圧部材39とを具備し、前記L字型反転枠6がこれの基準位置d1と収容物取出位置d2との間で揺動される過程において、前記垂直支持面部15が前上がり傾斜姿勢となる特定揺動位置d3から収容物取出位置d2までの範囲では前記押圧部材39が前記係止爪28a、28bを連動変位させないことにより前記係止28a、28bが前記スプリング36の付勢力で完全に出側へ変位された状態一方前記L字型反転枠6が前記基準位置d1から前記特定揺動位置d3に到達する前の一定揺動位置までの範囲では前記押圧部材39が前記係止爪28a、28bを没側へ連動変位させることにより前記係止28a、28bが完全に没側へ変位された状態となる作動を起こさせるものとなされており、完全に出側へ変位された状態の前記係止爪28a、28bは前記水平支持部14に載せられた上面開放容器の側面の前記垂直支持面部15と対接する上縁部に係合して前記支持面f上での上面開放容器の前記水平支持部14の支持平面と直交する方向の変位を規制する構成を特徴としている。

この発明において、水平支持部14の左右向きのローラ17は上面開放容器を前後方向から水平支持部14に移動し載置する処理を容易となし、また係止爪作動手段29が係止爪28a、28aを出側へ付勢するスプリング36を具備することは係止爪28a、28aをスプリング36の弾力で出側へ変位させることを可能となし、また係止爪作動手段29が押圧部材39を具備することはL字型反転枠6の左右向き軸5回りの位置に対応して係止爪28a、28aを特定位置に安定的に位置決めするように連動させることを可能となし、またL字型反転枠6がこれの基準位置d1と収容物取出位置d2との間で揺動される過程で垂直支持面部15が前上がり傾斜姿勢となる特定揺動位置d3から収容物取出位置d2までの範囲で係止部材28a、28aを完全に出側へ変位させた状態になすこと、及び、完全に出側へ変位された状態の係止爪28a、28aは水平支持部14に載せられた上面開放容器の側面の垂直支持面部15と対接する上縁部に係合して支持面f上での上面開放容器の水平支持部14の支持平面と直交する方向の変位を規制することは、L字型反転枠6が反転された状態の下で上面開放容器をL字型反転枠6上に位置保持して、上面開放容器内の収容物を重力作用で落下させる上で寄与するものであり、また垂直支持面部15が前記基準位置から前記特定揺動位置に到達する前の一定揺動位置までの範囲で係止部材28a、28aを完全に没側へ変位させた状態となすことは、L字型反転枠6が基準位置d1に位置する前にL字型反転枠6上の上面開放容器を地上などに落下させたりL字型反転枠6上に次の上面開放容器を載置する処理を係止28a、28aの影響を受けることなく円滑に行うことを可能となす。

本願発明に係る第2の容器内収容物取出装置は請求項2に記載したように、垂直支持面部15と水平支持部14を備えたL字型反転枠6を備え、前記水平支持部14は左右向きのローラ17を前後方向に複数並設したものとなされており、該水平支持部14の前端から起立された垂直支持面部15はこれの上端部付近に適当間隔を置いて棒部材からなる左右一対の係止爪28a、28aを支持面f上に対する出没可能に設けられると共に上部の左右両端部を定置本体部4に対し左右向き軸5回りの反転揺動可能に装着されており、前記垂直支持面部15と前記定置本体部4との間には前記L字型反転枠6の左右向き軸5回りの揺動に連動して前記係止爪28a、28aを出没作動させる係止爪作動手段29が形成されており、前記係止爪28a、28aは、前記L字型反転枠6がその特定揺動位置d3とその収容物取出位置d2との間に揺動されたときに、前記係止爪作動手段29により完全に出側へ変位されると共に、その基準位置d1と、前記特定揺動位置d3よりも前記基準位置d1に近いその揺動位置との間に揺動されたときに前記係止爪作動手段29により没側に変位されるものとなされ且つ、完全に出側へ変位されたときに前記水平支持部14に載せられた上面開放容器の側面の前記垂直支持面部15と対接する上縁部に入り込むように係合し前記垂直支持面部15上での前記水平支持部14の支持平面と直交する方向の上面開放容器の変位を規制するようになり、一方、没側に位置されたときには前記上面開放容器に係合しないように作動する構成となされており、また前記水平支持部14に載せられた空状態の上面開放容器を前記L字型反転枠6の揺動変位過程の特定位置で左右方向へ落下させるものとした容器放出機構44が設けてあり、該容器放出機構44は容器押上揺動部材45と押上力付与機構46とを備えており、前記容器押上揺動部材45は前記水平支持部14に載せられた上面開放容器を支持し左右傾斜状に押し上げるために前記水平支持部14に前後向き支点軸49を介して左右傾斜変位可能に装着された左右向き棒部材47を具備しており、前記押上力付与機構46は前記左右向き棒部材47を左右傾斜変位させるための特定大きさの押上げ力を付与するスプリング58を具備すると共に前記L字型反転枠6がその基準位置d1に位置したときに前記左右向き棒部材47を前記スプリング58の押上げ力に抗して水平化させ前記ローラ17よりも下方に位置させるものとなされており、また前記L字型反転枠6が空状態の上面開放容器を支持した状態で且つ、前記係止爪28a、28aが出側に位置され上面開放容器の上縁部に入り込んでいる状態で且つ、前記容器押上揺動部材45が前記押上力付与機構46の押上げ力を上面開放容器の底面に付与している状態の下で前記L字型反転枠6が前記収容物取出位置d2側から前記特定揺動位置d3よりも前記基準位置d1に近いその揺動位置に位置されることにより、前記係止爪28a、28aが没側に変位されて、上面開放容器の前記水平支持部14の支持平面と直交する方向の変位が許容され、該許容に関連して前記左右向き棒部材47は前記スプリング58の押上げ力で左右傾斜状態となり、該左右向き棒部材47で支持された空状態の上面開放容器は、該左右向き棒部材47上を重力作用により左右方向へ滑り降下される構成を特徴としている。

この発明において、水平支持部14の左右向きのローラ17の存在や、L字型反転枠6がその基準位置d1に位置したときに左右向き棒部材47を水平化させてローラ17よりも下方に位置させることは、上面開放容器を前後方向から水平支持部14に移動し載置する処理を容易となすのであり、また係止爪28a、28aが出側へ変位されたときに該係止爪28a、28aが水平支持部14に載せられた上面開放容器の側面の垂直支持面部15と対接する上縁部に係合し垂直支持面部15上での水平支持部14の支持平面と直交する方向の変位を規制する構成となされていることはL字型反転枠6が反転された状態の下で上面開放容器をL字型反転枠6上に位置保持し上面開放容器内の収容物を重力作用で落下させる上で寄与するものであり、また容器押上揺動部材45が水平支持部14に載せられた上面開放容器を支持して左右傾斜状に押し上げるために水平支持部14に前後向き支点軸49を介して左右傾斜変位可能に装着された左右向き棒部材47を具備しており且つ、押上力付与機構46が左右向き棒部材47を左右傾斜変位させるための特定大きさの押上げ力を付与するスプリング58を具備することは、左右向き棒部材47と出状態の係止爪とでL字型反転枠6上の上面開放容器を安定的に位置保持する上で寄与するのであり、またL字型反転枠6が空の上面開放容器を支持して基準位置d1の近傍に位置したときで係止爪28a、28aが没状態となったとき左右向き棒部材47はスプリング58の押上げ力で左右傾斜状態となり且つ、該左右向き棒部材47で支持された空の上面開放容器が該左右向き棒部材47上を重力作用により左右方向へ滑り降下されることは、L字型反転枠6が基準位置d1に位置したとき空の上面開放容器は水平支持部14上には存在しておらず、直ちに、収容物の収容された次の上面開放容器を水平支持部14上に載置することを可能となすほか、L字型反転枠6上の空の上面開放容器を人為力を要することなく迅速に地上などに落下させることを可能となす

【発明の実施の形態】
図1〜図10は本発明に係る容器内収容物取出装置を示すもので、図1は全体側面図、図2は斜め後側から見た斜視図、図3は主要部の側面視断面図、図4は主要部の上面開放L字型反転枠が上方へ揺動した状態を示す斜視図、図5は主要部の左半分を示す平面図、図6は主要部を後側から見たもので上面開放L字型反転枠の左半分を省略した図、図7は主要部の一部を拡大した側面視説明図、図8は搬送物係止機構付ローラコンベアを示し、Aはx−x部側面図で、Bは平面図、図9は使用状態説明図、図10は別の使用状態説明図である。

図1に示すように、本発明に係る容器内収容物取出装置は、主要部1、搬送物係止機構付ローラコンベア2及び水平ローラコンベア3からなっている。
先ず、主要部1について図1〜図7を参照して説明する。
図1に示すように、主要部1は定置本体部4と、これに左右向き軸5を介して上下揺動可能に支持されたL字型反転枠6とを備えている。
前記定置本体部4は左右に前後向きとなされて配置された図6に示す一対の水平脚部7、7のそれぞれから前後向きの垂直支持壁部8、8を起立させると共に、左右の垂直支持壁部8、8間の特定高さ位置に前下がり状の案内板部材9を固設し、また左右の垂直支持壁部8、8の前側に上面開放容器aであるバスケット内から取り出された収容物を受け入れて滞留させるための収容物受入部10を形成し、さらにこの受入部10の前側には動力で駆動され収容物受入部10内に滞留している収容物を順次に外方へ搬出するものとしたバケットコンベア11を傾斜状に配設したものとなされている。

この際、収容物受入部10は図2に示すように前記各垂直支持壁部8、8を前方へ延長させた側面壁部12、12と前記案内板部材9を側面壁部12、12間の前方へ延長させて形成された案内板延長部9aと、前記バケットコンベア11とで周囲を囲まれたものとなされており、またバケットコンベア11は左右向きのバケット13の多数を前上がり傾斜面bに沿わせて連続的に上方へ向け移動させ、このように移動される各バケット13が収容物受入部10内に滞留している多数の収容物を少しづつ掬い上げて前上方へ搬送し、搬出口cから落下させることを繰り返すものとなされている。

前記L字型反転枠6は図2〜図4などに示すように水平支持部14と、この水平支持部14の前端部から起立させた垂直支持面部15とを備えている。そして、水平支持部14は四角枠部材16の内方の左右各側に3つの左右向きのローラ17を前後方向に並列させて支持平面を形成したものとなし、また垂直支持面部15は四角枠部材18を有すると共に前記四角枠部材18の左右各端部を上方へ延長した態様のアーム部18a、18aを有し、これら四角枠部材18及びアーム部18a、18aの後端面に板部材19を被着したものとなしてある。この際、前記左右向き軸5近傍となる板部材19部分の左右2箇所には縦長の透孔j、jを形成される。

前記左右向き軸5は左右のアーム部18a、18aの上部間に橋渡し状に固定されると共に、図6に示すように左右の各端部を垂直支持壁部8、8のそれぞれの後端面の高さ途中に固定された軸受部20、20を介して回動可能に支持される。

そして、図3、図4及び図6に示すように、L字型反転枠6と前記定置本体部4との間にはL字型反転枠6を左右向き軸5回りへ揺動させるための駆動機構21が設けてある。この駆動機構21は定置本体部4側に固定された駆動本体部22と、この駆動本体部22の左右側面から突出した状態の左右向き出力軸23とL字型反転枠6とを結合したリンク機構部24とを備えている。

この際、駆動本体部22は内部にモータを具備し、このモータの出力軸と前記左右向き出力軸23とを歯車伝動機構で連動連結したものとなされている。またリンク機構部24は左右向き出力軸23の左右各端部に固定された出力アーム25、25と、このアーム25、25の先端部に一端を枢着され他端を垂直支持面部15の四角枠部材18の左右向き部材18bの左右箇所に固着された結合片26、26に枢着された結合棒部材27、27とからなっている。

上記した駆動機構21は、駆動本体部22内のモータが回転されることにより出力アーム25、25が左右向き出力軸23回りへ揺動駆動され、この出力アーム25、25の揺動変位が結合棒部材27、27を介してL字型反転枠6に伝達され、この伝達により、L字型反転枠6が図1に仮想線で示す基準位置d1と、実線で示す収容物取出位置d2との間範囲e内で左右向き軸5回りの正逆方向へ揺動変位されるように構成したものである。

また図3、図4、図6及び図7に示すように、L字型反転枠6の垂直支持面部15と前記定置本体部4の左右向き軸5近傍箇所との間には、前記水平支持部14に載せられた上面開放容器aの前面に係合される左右一対の係止爪28a、28aを必要時に前記垂直支持面部15の支持面fに対して出没作動させるものとした係止爪作動手段29が設けてある。
この係止爪作動手段29は水平支持部14に装着される係止爪機構30と、この係止爪機構30を動作させるもので定置本体部4の左右向き軸5近傍箇所に装着された押圧力付与機構31と、前記係止爪機構30の動作を制限するもので定置本体部4の左右向き軸5近傍箇所に設けられた制限機構32からなっている。

前記係止爪機構30は、垂直支持面部15の左右向き部材18bの左右各側箇所に前方視U字形の軸受板部材33、33を固着し、一方では左右向き辺部28bの左右端部から縦向き辺部28c、28cを延出させると共に各縦向き辺部28cの先端を前側へ屈曲させてこの屈曲箇所よりも前側を係止爪28aとなした係止爪棒部材28を形成し、前記左右向き辺部28bを前記一対の軸受板部材33、33の軸孔gに回動自在に挿通させ、また左右の縦向き辺部28c、28cの比較的元部の相互間箇所に門形棒部材34を架設状に固着すると共に、各縦向き辺部28cの略中央箇所に90度曲がり状の係合棒部材35を固着し、さらに右側の係合棒部材35の左右向き部とその対応する軸受板部材33との間に引張スプリング36を架け渡した構成となしてある。

前記押圧力付与機構31は定置本体部4の左右の垂直支持壁部8、8の後端縁間に架設された左右向き部材37の長さ中央箇所に断面溝形の押圧部材39をヒンジ継手40を介してその屈折軸41回りの上下揺動自在に装着すると共にこの押圧部材39をヒンジ継手40回りの上方へ付勢するための図示しないバネ(コイルバネ、スプリングなど)を装着し、このバネの弾力で押圧部材39の先部切欠凹み面hが前記門形棒部材34の左右方向長さ中央箇所に下側から圧接されるものとなしてある。

上記した係止爪作動手段29は次のように作動する。
L字型反転枠6が基準位置d1にあるとき、押圧部材39の先部段部h1が図7に示すように門形棒部材34に圧接するか或いは近接した状態となる。このとき、制限機構32のボルト42、42は係合部材35、35の左右向き部に近接するか或いは圧接した状態となるのであり、この状態で仮に押圧部材39の先部段部h1が門形棒部材34から外れるような事態が生じても、このときは係合部材35、35の左右向き部がボルト42、42に受け止められるため、係止爪棒部材28は図7中の基準位置d1に対応した状態とほぼ同じ状態に保持され、係止爪28a、28aはL字型反転枠6の垂直支持面部15の板部材19の透孔j、jから後側へ突出するものとならない。

駆動機構21が作動すると、L字型反転枠6が基準位置d1のとき下向き状態にあった出力アーム25、25が後向き上方へ回動され、結合棒部材27、27がL字型反転枠6を左右向き軸5回りの後向き上方へ揺動させる。この揺動中、L字型反転枠6上の位置で押圧部材39の先部段部h1に対応する点は図5に示すように左右向き軸5を曲がり中心とした第一円弧軌跡k1を辿り、また押圧部材39の先部段部h1の位置は屈折軸41を曲がり中心とした第二円弧軌跡k2を辿るものとなり、また門形棒部材34は図示しないバネの弾力で押圧部材39の先部切欠凹み面hに常に圧接した状態に保持される。従って、L字型反転枠6の上方揺動が図7中の基準位置d1から進行するに伴って、L字型反転枠6の揺動位置に対応した2点、即ち第一円弧軌跡k1上の点と第二円弧軌跡k2上の点とが離反するようになり、この離反に基づいて、係止爪棒部材28の左右向き辺部28bが先部段部h1と門形棒部材34との当接状態下で先部段部h1から遠ざかるものとなり、これにより係止爪棒部材28は引張スプリング36の弾力で左右向き辺部28b回りの図7中右回りへ揺動するものとなるのでありこうしてL字型反転枠6の上方揺動が特定揺動位置d3に達したときには、係止爪28a、28aはL字型反転枠6の板部材19の透孔j、jから完全に突出し完全な出側に位置した状態となり、このとき左右向き辺部28b回りへのそれ以上の変位を板部材19との当接により規制される。

この後、L字型反転枠6の上方揺動がさらに増大されると、もはや係止爪棒部材28は左右向き辺部28b回りへ揺動しないまま先部段部h1が第二円弧軌跡k2上を移動して係止爪棒部材28の左右向き辺部28bからさらに大きく離反するため、押圧部材39の先部段部h1は門形棒部材34から次第に大きく離れていくのであり、従ってL字型反転枠6の上方揺動の増大にも拘わらず、前記特定揺動位置d3でのL字型反転枠6に対する係止爪棒部材28の位置はそのまま維持される。

前記押上力付与機構46は、L字型反転枠6の水平支持部14の方形枠部材16の左右向き部材16bの長さ中央箇所で左右向きローラ17よりも下側箇所に前後向きの軸受管50を固着すると共に、この軸受管50に支点軸51を回動自在に挿通させ、この支点軸51の端に入力アーム52を固定すると共に端に出力アーム53を固定し、前記入力アーム52の先端には左右向き支持軸54回りへ回転自在となされたローラ55を装着して、前記出力アーム53の先端には前記容器押上揺動部材45の前側の左右向き棒部材47、47を押し上げるものとなされ前後向き支持軸56回りへ回転自在となされた溝付ローラ57を装着するほか、図4などに示すように前記入力アーム52と垂直支持面部15の左右向き部材18bとの間に引張スプリング58を設け、一方では前記定置本体部4の垂直支持壁部8、8の後方張出枠部43の左右向き部材43aの長さ中央箇所と、前記定置本体部4の垂直支持壁部8、8の後端縁間に架設された左右向き部材59の長さ中央箇所との間に、前記ローラ55を支持案内するための前後向き案内部材60を設けた構成となされている。
